Based on nothing, here's my wwdits prediction to throw in the ring.

Once the truth drops and Nandor is upset, he decides not to kill anyone. Instead, he uses his last wish to turn himself human, and in season 6 Guillermo has the choice to turn him into a vampire again.

To guess even further, the last 3 wishes go like this:

Wish 1: Petty reversal of Guillermo's vampirism

Wish 2: After feeing guilty, undoing wish 1

Wish 3: Uncertain of how to fix things, wish to become human

No idea if they'll go this route, but that would be an interesting way to reverse the power dynamic between them.
