Ok see now this makes me agro bc imagine Rapunzel playing piano, singing an acoustic version of Wind In My Hair at the Snuggly Duckling, and an interrupting Varian sits down beside her/hip checks her out of the way and does a literal takeover of her song, singing it in a prissy exaggerated voice to poke fun, and you could include some actual lighthearted bickering between Rapunzel and Varian near the end when she's had enough and cuts him off.

Sometimes I wish we got to see a theme song takeover with Varian or Cass

Sorry, the thing is though is I'm lowkey living through the plot of Kiki's Delivery Service rn, i know I've not really been offering up art to the prowlerbyte community all that much lately and tbh i don't think that's going to change, I don't really feel like publicly sharing my spiderverse content anymore, or making any spiderverse content anymore, it's getting harder and harder to do with how my moods are swinging and how they practically never miss. Maybe once in a while I'll have some sudden positive mood swing and make something quick and post that, but I don't wanna count on it anymore, it's getting very annoying and a little overwhelming when I feel like posting art one day and then deleting it the next, i also don't wanna do anything with the prowlerbyte art I've already posted, so I don't really feel like adding those to the community tab either. Hi ^^, how are you ? I have a question: is it me or in the series it seems like Rapunzel is forbiden to have other female friendship that it isn't cass ? Let me explain: in the series we know that cass is Rapunzel's best friend but we also saw that she had a friendship with stalyan but that is never brough up and i find it unfair in some point because why Rapunzel can only havecass as her friend but not stalyan nor lady cain or nor even other princess from other kingdom ? Why eugene can have a lot of male friendships but Rapunzel can't have female friendships besides cass ?

Idk if someone asks this before, but i wanted to ask you to see your opinion about it

I wouldn't say that Stalyan and Rapunzel were friends. I would say they got along by the end of the episode, and that Rapunzel saw some good in her, just like she does everyone who takes half a second to talk to her calmly.

But for narrative reasons, no, they didn't want Rapunzel to have friends other than Cassandra. That friendship was what the story was about. And personally, I think that introducing another gal pal might have made the friendship she had with Cassandra look flimsier than they wanted it too, especially if said gal pal was genuinely nice and supportive of Rapunzel.

But also -- and I'm not just spitballing here, this is genuinely the case -- the man who was the executive producer/showrunner is a chauvinist (he now works for Ben Shapiro and is producing a Bluey rip-off that makes sure that boys are the central characters, because how dare women and girls go on adventures and have imaginations), and made little to no effort to have women who were neither Rapunzel nor Cassandra play a significant role in the plot. Not Arianna, not Adira, not even Kiera and Catalina. He never "knew what to do with them" and so he didn't do anything.

Fun fact!

Yesterday’s episode “Max and Eugene in Peril on the High Seas” was super fun! And here’s a little fun fact Ricky shared with us about that episode:

“This episode is so much fun but it was one of the hardest to write. We wrote about 10 versions. The first version of it was that they get on a ferry, but the ferry turns out to be a ghost ferry that sunk a long time ago and the crew sails the same doomed route over and over. So they had to figure out a way to save the ship from sinking.”

Like I visited my native country (Honduras) when I was 12-13 but I was taller/same height as many of the people there, and then when I was 15 i went to a predominantly white school for the first time (my last school was mostly Hispanic/black, loved it) I specifically remember being blown away by how dang tall everyone was lol like I was shorter than a lot of girls

btw I checked and ~1.5 m would make you like 4'11. So that means you and I are Luke and Leia sized ✨

being short doesn't really have any downsides until you have to physically climb the shelves in a supermarket without any employees seeing you to reach a bottle of soda
