Spent the past few days visiting extended family. Ate so much. Bringing it the big guns this week to suppress appetite to keep calories extra low. I'm not really losing weight like I need.
Health log day 8. Had a lot going on. Did yard work and jumped a bunch of rope. Cauliflower nuggets are weird. Only eat 1/3 of a halo top at a time. Picture is probably around 2k calories, too tired and lazy to log it all.
Health log day 7. Calories were around 2k. Spent an hour biking and jumping rope. Forgot my watch on the charger and didn't weigh myself. Kinda want to wait to weigh myself... It's stressing me out a little.
Health log day 6. Binged again last night. Did a ton of biking, jump rope, and walking today. Feeling plenty full since I ate all that between 2pm and 8pm, not gonna binge tonight.
Day 5 health log. For the record, Oreos and milk blew up last night. Probably going to blow up tonight too. At least I spent a few hours swimming and did pilates with my daughter today.
Health log day 4. Had a lot going on with an intense morning workout and then spent 3 hours at the pool with my kids. The cinnamon rolls were a successful food experiment. The dough is fat free plain Greek yogurt, flour, and vanilla protein powder, sweetened with erythritol. The macro breakdown is perfect and they're basically just as good as a regular cinnamon roll. Each of those has 100 calories. Overall, I probably ate more than I counted, and I'm starving right now. I want to go eat Oreos and milk.
Day 2 health log. Not pictured was a chocolate chip scone. Spent half the day in the car. Got my bike and my yoga mat setup so I can actually workout tomorrow. I mean I like doing fitness blender pilates, but it doesn't match my bike.
Day 1 health log. Restarting at 1 because there was a big gap. Moved into a new place, my ex failed at parenting so I had to take the kids extra, and I had a work trip, so everything went wrong. I didn't have my scale or access to a kitchen. I tried to be reasonable with calories but let's be real, there was a lot of stress and when your flight is delayed two hours and you're sitting across from a Dunkin donuts and you're starving... Well... You know what happens. Will be interested in what my weight is in the morning, but I'll accept it and keep making progress
Day 32 health log. Not pictured was the chips and guac I had. Gonna try to keep my deficit less extreme the next week, save room for treats, but no binging. Diet fatigue is feeling real, my average daily deficit is like 1200 calories which just isn't sustainable.
Day 30 health log. Not pictured was a small slice of coffee cake. I was really active today with yard work and painting but I thought I did good keeping calories high enough I didn't get ravenous, but low enough to still be in a deficit.
Day 29 health log. Got two separate workouts in, diet was pretty good. I'm expecting a "whoosh" soon, provided no more binges... tomorrow will be rough though... A lot of yard work and house work to do
Day 27 health log. Started off the day with an hour on the bike, then spent the rest doing yard work and painting. I got a notification at 5 that this was my most active day since I got my Fitbit 4 years ago. That meant I was insanely hungry and ended up blowing up the diet. Calories are probably even higher than that estimate. Gonna just have a hard time while I have so much work to do getting moved the next few weeks.
