Yeah of course!!!!! Personally I consider fanworks to be completely a realm for fans, so you can make whatever you want and I will be forever in awe that fanworks of my characters exist at all ❤️❤️❤️ Literally the only things I'd ever ask for permission first for are either fully reposting my comic somewhere or somehow doing something you'd intend to make money off of it ahahahaha 😂

LOL in my head, both Kaito and Maki have already had their first kiss from other people before the spin the bottle incident, so by "basically" Kaito means Maki is his first for everything except for being his first kiss 😂🤣

Honestly that was not an intentional reference if that is a specific trope, but he also 100% inspired by the general genre of ~delinquent teenage boys~ and the fact that he could be a reference to such a hyper-specific trope makes me very happy LMAO 😂

it's irrelevant + long so feel free to not say anything LOL but

we used that EXACT SAME SIGN in my summer camp if something would happen that we didn't like/it was against the rules

so the way the counselors taught us was the "shut it down" sign. the issue was the would say it like "shut it doooown~~ 😫😫💅💅"

this led to people using it as a joke. like if someone used it at LEAST fifteen other people would whip around and go "SHUT IT DOOO~~WNN~~!!   😫😫😫💅"

anyway tldr it made me giggle because all i could hear was [my interpretation of his voice] going "SHUT IT DOOOWNN... 😫😫😫💅💅💅"

I mean I can't not share that story, that's amazing and adds a delightfully hilarious level of context to my "You Get Rejected by Itsuki" joke lmaooooooo 😂😂😂

jokes aside from my last ask, whats ur advice for beginner artists? i am an artist myself and i wanna know whats an advice that u can share with others that works for u.

I can really only give advice as someone who does art/comics as a hobby, but personally, more than anything, I think the most important thing is to find what makes making art the most fun for you! Knowing what you a) like to draw and b) DON'T like to draw will go a long way in helping develop your sense of style, as well as a potential map on what areas you might want to grow in one day. Lean into what you like! Find shortcuts to help manage the things you don't!! Enjoying the process is incredibly valuable in being able to continue the process, which in turn keeps you drawing and eventually, inevitably helps you grow as an artist :)

I would honestly love my silly little comic to exist as an actual physical book!!!! But it's a deeply hypothetical dream because I wouldn't even know where to begin to try to make it happen :') If nothing else, I know my files are nowhere near the right size for going to print, so it would involve a LOT of redrawing ahahaha 😂 I might look into it properly one day, but likely not until the comic itself has been complete!

Weird question but can all of the older siblings (yes all) in MBNSSB physically pick up their younger siblings?

Also who in the gang (including Shoyo) would teach Karin how to ride a motorcycle when she’s older?

I thiiiiiiink the answer is yes? 😂😂 Karin is small enough that Kaito can pick her up; Ryuu can definitely lift Sho (though not far since they're basically the same height ahahaha); Itsuki would be able to lift his younger sisters, and since in my brain Goto's older brother is a wrestler, he'd at least be able to lift his younger brother to slam him into the floor LOL 😂 Keiko might struggle to lift Rei, but I think she'd still succeed out of sheer determination/irritation, depending what she's bodily trying to move him for; and Jun can definitely go toe-to-toe with her younger brother, similar to Goto and his bro ahahahaha

Oh that's such a cute image!!! 😭 I'd honestly put my money on Itsuki—Shoyo is a good candidate too, but I'm not sure if he could take the pressure of if something went wrong when push comes to shove ahahahaha 😂
