once again, I'm asking you all to please acknowledge the gray spectrums of aromanticism and asexuality. the concept of attraction is so subjective and complex that it can't exist on a black and white area only, a- and allo- aren't the only ways you can experience attraction. acknowledge the gray!

Can I get some greyrose positivity please?
Greyrose is an identity in which someone identifies as greyromantic and greysexual!

I chose the label of greysexual because I don't really feel at home in the ace community, but I'm also not 100% allosexual. I'm definitely on the allo side of the spectrum, but my sexual attraction is still spotty at best. The ace community isn't really for me personally; I don't relate to a lot of the experiences, as I do have strong sexual attraction and am mostly sex favorable. I called myself allosexual or allosexualspec for a while, and those can still be true, but I also don't entirely fit because I don't have sexual attraction towards specific people that consistently. Greysexual is the label I feel most at home with, especially as I can add it or omit it as I want and still feel complete in naming my orientation

Welcome! This blog is like those of @our-aroace-experience @our-aplatonic-experience @our-arospec-experience for users to share their experiences on the greyspec.
The greyspec is for anyone who is not strictly allo or aspec for any attraction, including greysexual-spec, greyromantic-spec, greyplatonic-spec, greyalterous-spec, greyqueerplatonic-spec, and any other attraction.
About the Mod: - he/him pronouns - 20 yr old adult - greysexual, greyromantic, and greyplatonic
Anyone can interact with this blog, as we don't want to limit sharing experiences. That being said, we will not tolerate asks with bigoted sentiments.
