Maafkan Aku Ketika Aku Mengeluh

Hari ini di bus, aku melihat seorang gadis cantik dengan rambut keemasan, aku iri padanya-dia tampak begitu ceria, dan entah bagaimana, aku berharap aku juga bisa secantik dirinya. Namun, ketika ia bangkit untuk turun dari bus, aku melihatnya berjalan pincang menyusuri lorong. Ia ternyata hanya punya satu kaki dan mengenakan penopang. Saat ia berlalu, ia pun tersenyum kepadaku. Oh Tuhan, maafkan aku ketika aku mengeluh. Aku memiliki dua kaki dan dunia adalah milikku.

Lalu ketika aku berhenti untuk membeli beberapa permen, seorang pemuda yang melayani aku memiliki pesona yang sama seperti gadis yang aku lihat di bus. Ia tampak memancarkan kegembiraan, sikapnya begitu baik dan hangat, aku berkata, "Sangat menyenangkan berurusan dengan Anda, kesantunan seperti itu sangat jarang saya menemukannya", ia berbalik dan berkata, "Oh, terima kasih Bu." Hanya saja kemudian sebelum saya pergi meninggalkannya, saya melihat bahwa ternyata pemuda itu buta. Oh, Tuhan, ampunilah aku ketika aku mengeluh. Aku memiliki dua mata dan dunia adalah milikku.

Saat melangkah menyusuri jalan, aku melihat seorang anak dengan mata biru, ia berdiri dan menyaksikan orang lain bermain, tampaknya ia tidak tahu apa yang harus dilakukan, aku berhenti sejenak, lalu berkata, "Mengapa kamu tidak bergabung yang lain, Sayang?" Dia memandang ke depan tanpa kata, dan kemudian aku tahu dia tidak bisa mendengar. Oh Tuhan, maafkan aku ketika aku mengeluh. Aku memiliki dua telinga dan dunia adalah milikku.

Dengan kaki yang dapat membawaku ke mana aku pergi, dengan mata untuk melihat matahari terbenam, dengan telinga untuk mendengar apa yang aku tahu. Aku sungguh diberkati. Dunia adalah milikku; oh, Tuhan, ampunilah aku ketika aku mengeluh di dalam hari-hari kehidupanku.

You know that feeling when you're just waiting, waiting to get home into your room, close the door, fall into bed, and just let out everything that you have kept in all day?

Nothing is wrong, but nothing is right either, and you're tired, tired of everything, tired of nothing, and you just want someone to be there and tell you it's okay, but no one's going to be there.

And you know you have to be strong for yourself because no one can fix you.

But you're tired of waiting, tired of having to be the one to fix yourself and everyone else, tired of being strong, and for once, you just want it to be easy, to be simple, to be helped, to be saved, but you know you won't be, but you're still hoping and you’re still wishing and you're still staying strong and fighting with tears in your eyes.

Javalalala~

So it's been almost a year to my last coming to West Java.

Time flies yeah, it does scare me for real.

This is how I spend my Lebaran holidays year after year recently, visiting Mom and brothers.

Gathering with your family is a blessing. I am super happy to meet them. Can't wait to bring them all back to hometown in Sumatra. We will, in Jesus' name, amen.
