Terrible Destiny - Mattheo Riddle
Chapter 1/?
So I decided that I wanted to start a shortish series, so lmk if you like it, or maybe if I should start a taglist for it possibly?
Summery: Amara is forced into an arranged marriage with an old enemy/ex-boyfriend
-----------------------------
“Darling, come downstairs,” my mother asks. Amara stumbled away from her desk and hurried downstairs. “Yes, Mother?” “Sit, please. Your father and I have made a very important decision. Mattheo Riddle, do you remember him from school? We have decided that you are to be wed.” Almost as soon as Amara had sat down, she stood up in anger. “What? You cannot just ship me off to go marry a man, a man whom I hated with every part of my soul!” Amara’s mother signaled her to silence, and she did, knowing it would not end well on her part. “Enough. It has been decided. The house elves are packing your things as we speak and we will take you to the Riddle Mansion.” She clenched her fists and sighed in defeat. Maybe she could find a way out of this, but in order to do so she had to comply.
As the elves made her change into her prettiest dress, the others finished packing her things, which was rather too quickly. Amara was dreading to see Mattheo for the first time in a year. He tortured her all through school, things better be different now or she’ll be determined to make his life hell.
The moment they were apparated to the Riddle Mansion, she felt sick. She really was dreading seeing the boy. As the door opened, Amara’s parents were very pleased by the ‘sweet’ smile he gave her, but she could see the haste in it. “Mara, great to see you once again, love,” he said with his smirk, using the pet name he had always used to irritate her. She took a deep breath and put on a fake smile just to please her parents, but she knew the second they left it would be gone.
“I’m delighted that you have agreed to this marriage, Tom,” Amara’s father said as he shook the man's hand. “We both are, Mr. Riddle, and in no time, our daughter will be as well.” She rolled her eyes, carefully so that her parents couldn’t see, but of course Mattheo did, making him smirk. “Father and I are very pleased with mine and Mara’s arrangement.” Amara cringed at his words, which were very clearly a lie, on his part at least, Tom Riddle did seem pleased, though.
As an hour passed, her parents stood up to leave, her mother pulling her into a hug, whispering in her ear. “Now, you will be a good wife to be. Me nor your father will be pleased if we hear word of you acting out.” Amara nodded quickly and pulled away from the hug as her father patted her on the back. her father was much more understanding of my feelings, but he wasn’t able to control her mother’s actions, she did as she pleased and hell to pay if someone went against it. “Just try to enjoy this, my dear. You’ll grow fond of him one day.” Amara nodded slightly and hugged her father tightly, though she completely disagreed with him.
The sky was already dark when her parents left. Tom had ordered for the elves to take her things upstairs, and she prayed so hard that it was not to Mattheo’s room, but she knew that was most likely where she would be sleeping. “Amara, tonight you will be sleeping in the room across the hall Mattheo’s to get settled in, but from then on, you two shall be sharing a room. Understood?” She nodded quickly. “Yes, sir.” Tom nodded, pleased that she hadn’t fought against his statement, and walked away into his office, leaving Amara with his arse of a son.
Mattheo looked at her with a smirk. “Back together once again, love. We’re just meant to be.” She glared daggers at him, hoping they would turn into real daggers, but with her luck, he stood unharmed. What most people didn’t know about Mattheo and Amara was that we had dated all throughout their sixth year at Hogwarts. She was sixteen, as was he, and she was young and dumb. Amara actually fell for the boy, and he just went ahead and broke her heart, sleeping with every girl he looked at. “Go to hell, Riddle,” She grumbled quietly as she clenched her fists. Mattheo chuckled at this and pointed for her to follow him. “I’ll show you up to your room, and what eventually will be our room.”
Amara grimaced at the thought of them having to share a room. She just hoped that they didn’t have to share the bed, she’d much rather the solid, cold floor than to sleep next to him like she had once done.
Once they got to the door of her bedroom for the night, he trapped her between him and the door, her back pressed against it as he held the doorknob, making sure she wouldn’t open the door just yet.
“It was great seeing you again, love, a year was too long,” he said with an evil smirk. “I beg to differ, Riddle. I would much rather go the rest of my life without seeing you again.” Mattheo rolled his eyes playfully. “Oh, I know you don’t mean that, my love. I know you missed me. Missed holding my hand, me hugging you from behind, kissing me, laying next to me in my arms as you drifted off to sleep.” Amara closed her eyes as the pain of catching him sleeping with a fifth year came back to her. “Trust me, the last time I missed you was our seventh year. You were a bastard of a boyfriend and I’m glad we broke up. You just didn’t care enough about me to wait until I was ready,” she spit out. A soft look flickered in his eyes for only a fraction of a moment before the crazy eyes were back. “I do admit that I was stupid, but the shagging was just so good,” he smirked. “But, that was the only thing I ever did with any of those girls, everything else was for you exclusively. Why couldn’t you just be happy about that?” “I-bloody hell, I loved you, Mattheo, you don’t understand the pain of catching someone you love with every bone in your body sleeping with someone else!”
Mattheo’s eyes softened again, slightly longer than the first time, but those soft eyes went away quickly. Mattheo didn’t show it, but for the first time in three years, she had used his first name, and it made his heart skip a beat. His name still sounded so good coming from her, completely different from any girl he was ever with, and for a moment, the guilt he had felt for cheating had returned. He did love her as well, why couldn’t he have waited for her? Mattheo put a slight space between us and let go of the doorknob. “Goodnight, Mara,” he said softly and turned to his room.
Amara was left frozen for a moment, it was almost as if the old Mattheo was back for a few seconds. She took a deep breath and opened the door, quickly falling on her bed, before slowly getting up and changing into the night set that was placed kindly on the bed for her.

Cured - Dean Winchester
After a short, but bloody case in Michigan, Dean, Sam, and Rochelle bunker down in the nearest hotel, Dean and Rochelle sharing a bed, per usual, since Sam takes up too much space on his.
The three almost eminently fell asleep the moment they touched the pillow.
The next morning, Dean was awake before anyone else and turned over to a snoring Rochelle and smiled, pushing back the urge to tuck her hair behind her ear, in attempt to see her face better.
Dean didn't hate the way he felt, but that didn't mean he exactly liked it either. Love is too much of a risk in the business, and he knew that, everyone he loved seem to disappear, it was a wonder how he still had Sammy, then again, he had lost him several times.
Dean let his mind wonder to when he first met Rochelle.
Three years ago- Rochelle clung to the counter, the vampire bit stinging like hell, but also making her hungry. Hungry for human blood. She knew she couldn't let herself go that far, there was no turning back once you get your first taste, you go crazy. She could smell fresh blood getting closer and closer, as she clung harder and harder to the counter. She wouldn't let herself turn into a monster. Dean flung the door open, gun pointed in front of them as he quietly headed towards the bathroom where he heard panting. The moment Rochelle saw him, she closed her eyes. "Please, kill me, I can't stand this, I don't want to turn into one of them." Dean frowned. "You haven't had your first taste." Rochelle shook her head, clinging harder to the counter when saw blood on Dean's shirt. "Who are you sired to?" As Rochelle shakily said the name of the monster who changed her, Dean perked up only the slightest. "Sammy! Bring me that damn cure!" Sam rushed in, grabbing the cure out of his pocket, Rochelle pushed herself into the wall. "Don't touch me. Please, just kill me." Dean rolled his eyes, holding her down as Sam gave her the cure. She sighed as she slowly felt the urge melt away and fell against Dean.
That night, the boys brought her home, and the young girl took such an interest in hunting, that they couldn't let her slip away from them, and the more Dean hunted with her, the more he fell for her.
"Dean" Dean shook himself out of his thoughts to see Rochelle giving him a curious look.
"Do I have something on my face or something?" Dean chuckled and shook his head. "No." Rochelle frowned. "Then what?" Dean smiled. "You." "What about me?" Dean sighed and brought his hand up to her face. "Just happy you're still by my side, it's been three years after all. Don't know how you're still alive." Rochelle rolled her eyes with a grin. "I was trained by the best, the best from Kansas, anyway." Dean gave her a look and grinned. "I appreciate that. Good to know you think so lowly of me." Rochelle laughed and laid her hand on his. "You are the best around, Dean, and I wouldn't want to hunt with anyone else. Kinda funny, you know. I died and fell in love in the same night three years ago, in that order." Dean frowned. "What?" Rochelle chuckled. "I love you, Dean." Dean grinned and was about to kiss her when Sam cleared his throat. "Mind getting a room?" Dean groaned and threw his pillow at Sam, kissing Rochelle quickly before leaping out of bed and running into the bathroom before Sam could deliver a punch.

Ticklefest - Castiel
Reighn and Castiel had been close ever since they first met, they just clicked. The two had recently started dating, and they were left alone at the bunker while the brothers were out.
Reighn sat close to Castiel, his arm around her. His free hand had accidentally touched her side by her ribs, causing her to yelp because it tickled.
Castiel was immediately on his knees in front of her, holding her hand. "Reighn, what's wrong? What did I do, are you hurt?" Reighn laughed and shook her head. "No, I'm okay, Cas. It tickled, that's all." Castiel frowned. "Is that a bad thing?" Reighn laughed again and held his hands tightly. "No, it's not. It's a joyful feeling."
Castiel hummed and tested it by stroking her ribs, causing her to laugh and push him away. "Stop it Cas!" Castiel frowned and moved away. "I apologize." Reighn rolled her eyes with a smile. "I didn't mean it." Cas tilted his head to the side and grinned, sitting very close to her and poking her side. After a few minutes of her laughing, he straddled her legs so she couldn't flail them and tickled both of her sides, causing her to almost cry from laughing so much.
It wasn't long after that started that Dean and Sam walked back in, and Dean frowned while Sam laughed. "Get the hell off my little sister you winged bastard! Not on the couch, come'on man!" Castiel jumped up quickly and folded his hands together. "'m sorry, forgive me, Dean, I didn't know it was a bad thing."
Reighn laughed. "It wasn't what you're thinking, Deanna," she teased, using the name of whom he was named after. Dean grunted and rolled his eyes. "Shut it, Midget."

Shark Week - Supernatural
Sam, Dean, and Faye were getting ready to head out on a case and the boys realized they haven't heard a thing from Faye, even though she was supposed to come.
Sam and Dean knocked on her door and went in after hearing a growl-like sound coming from her. "Sammy, get the holy water." Sam nodded and dashed to her desk. "What the hell are you doing, Samuel, I'm not possessed you dumbass." The brothers frowned at her attitude and stared at her.
"Don't give me that look, get the hell out of my room before I beat your asses."
Sam backed away, splashing holy water on her face, not burning her. "What the hell, Sam, knife." Faye glared at Dean. "You cut me with that damn knife, I'll slit your throat. I'm bleeding enough already." Dean frowned, not processing what she meant, while Sam's eyes widened. "Dean, I think we should leave her here." Dean shook his head.
"Just because she's being a little brat, doesn't mean she gets special treatment besides me kicking her ass. She's coming. We need her."
Sam sighed. "Dean, she's you know, shark week." Faye glared at him.
"So, she's shedding eggs? I don't give a rats ass." Faye grabbed the knife on her desk and pointed it at Dean.
"Leave my room, or this is going through your throat," she said with a deadly look, causing Dean to cock an eyebrow.
"So, since the princess is bleeding, we got to leave her here, whatever, bunch of bull if you ask me, come'on Sammy," he said in a gruff voice.
Sam leaves first and Dean turns around, a smile on his face. "Need anything, Kid?" Faye rolled her eyes and flipped him off, causing him to chuckle on the way out.

Breaking up isn't the best form of protection - Sam Winchester
Three weeks ago, Sam had broken up with Rue since he started hunting with Dean again and didn't want her to have the life he was destined for.
Sam constantly worried about her, unsure if any enemies knew of their relationship, so he had Dean call and check up on her while he stood there next to him.
"She's not answering, Dean, maybe somethings wrong..." Dean rolled his eyes. "For Chuck's sake, Sammy, it has only rang twice, and it's midnight. Give her time." Sam sighed and nodded.
After three rings, Rue finally answers. "Who the hell has the audacity to call at this time? Ever heard of sleep?" Dean chuckled and she instantly woke up. "Dean? What on earth do you want? Sam made it clear that neither of you would be making any contact with me." Dean sighed.
"I know, Kid. Just thought I'd check up on you while Sam was asleep." Rue frowned. "He's right next to you, isn't he," she asked, but it was more of a statement. Dean chuckled. "Start lady, correct you are."
Rue groaned. "Tell him to leave me alone. I'm fine and nothing is coming after me, I don't want to hear from him, or you for that matter." "Listen, Kid. He still cares. He ended it cause he loves you." Rue scoffed. "Loves me, my ass." Dean looks to Sam and Sam eagerly awaits an answer from him, having no idea what Rue is saying.
Dean hands the phone to Sam and Sam tries not to grab it, but has to take it since Dean lets go of it.
"Rue, hey," he says, awkwardly. Rue groans again. "Give me one good reason not to hang up on you right now, Winchester." Sam sighs. "I'm really sorry, Rue. I do love you. I just couldn't put you into this life. I ended it to keep you safe, please understand." Rue shook her head on the other side. "If you loved me, you would have stayed or taken me with you. We could have made it work, you just chose the easy way out."
Sam sighed. "Look, were on a case twenty miles out, can I stop by once we kill this thing?" Rue scoffed. "Really? You think that's a good idea? I don't want to see you, Winchester." Sam looked down, slight tears in his eyes. "Please, Rue. I need to make things right, I can't stand this."
Rue laughed humorlessly. "It's too late, Winchester," and with that, she hung up.
Sam put the phone back with sad eyes, but he knew he had to go see her, and he wasn't waiting til after the case, he would be going tonight.
A/N - Hey, guys, I was thinking about doing a part two to this, what do you guys think?

Nerves - Tom Holland
Elle got out of her limo in her flowing blue dress, celebrating the end of her newest movie.
Elle recently had met Robert Downey Jr. and had gotten rather close to him, seeing him as a father figure almost. After she saw him standing to the side, she grinned and offered him a wave, seeing Tom Holland, the buy she knew so much about, yet has yet to meet.
Tom saw her the second she got out of the limo and was all but drooling over how beautiful she was. Robert nudged him. "See something you like, kid?" Tom blushed, not taking his eyes off of her. "She's even more beautiful then she is on the screen." Robert chuckled, "Elle! Come over here dear." Elle quickly made her way over with a grin, hugging the man who she recently found a father figure in.
"It's good to see you, old man," she smiled. She looked over at Tom, his jaw slightly hung open. "Hello, Tom, it's lovely to meet you." Tom couldn't find his words and looked at Robert quickly. "This mess of a boy says hello," Robert chuckled, causing Elle to giggle.
"Well, I see someone I need to talk to, so I'll leave you kids to it," Robert says causing Tom to go wide-eyed and try to grab his arm but he leaves too quickly.
"Take a breath, Tom, I don't bite, unless you ask," she jokes, causing his face to burn up.
Tom slowly takes a breath and smiles at the girl in front of him. "I-I'm uh-sorry. You are incredibly beautiful," he says with a blush. Elle smiles. "Thank you, Tom."
Elle's phone dings and she quickly checks it, seeing a text from Robert
(The kids wants your number)
Elle laughs, already knowing. "So, to make this easier on you, Tom, let me see your phone." Tom grins and quickly gives it to her. "Now, once this event is over, I hope to see more of you, maybe even work with you one day." Tom nods. "That would be amazing, maybe even take you up on that biting thing," he says quietly with a blush. Elle laughs. "We'll have to get a date worked out."
A/n - I know this one's bad and really short, but I'm getting back from a break of writing and I'll try my best to make my future writings better then this.

Anchor - Jack Kline
Sophia walked over to the Winchester's old house Sophia walked over to the Winchester's old house. Castiel was laying on the ground and she ran over to him. "Come on, Cas. Wake up." She tried to wake him up but he laid dead still. He wouldn't move, so with tears in her eyes, she went over to the house after seeing a weird glow from Sam's old room. She quickly ran upstairs and saw a weird glow around Sam and Dean, holding them in the air. Jack's eyes were glowing and his mouth was open. She stood at the doorway, slightly freaked out, but she knew she had to protect her brothers. "Jack," her voice came out barely even a whisper, but Jack heard her. The boys were sent flying back into the wall as he lost focus. "Jack, calm down. Please." His eyes didn't lose their glow and she cautiously stepped into the room. Dean and Sam tried to stop her, but she didn't care. "Shut up, guys. I got this." Her eyes never left Jack's and she stepped even closer. "It's okay, Jack. No one's going to hurt you," Sophia tried to speak as calmly as possible, even with her rising fear. She knew Jack wouldn't hurt her, but she was still slightly scared after what he did to Sam, Dean, and most likely Castiel. "Jack," she said again while taking yet another step closer. He shook his head, pleading for her to stay back because he didn't want to hurt her. "No, just calm down. You're not in any danger, alright? I won't let anyone hurt you." Jack shook his head and stepped away from her. She closed the distance between them and took his hand. "You're safe. No one can hurt you. Not even your father." Sophia slowly raised his hand to her heart. "Just relax." The glow in Jack's eyes started to dim and Sophia smiled. "Good. Just listen to my heartbeat. Nothing else." Jack slowly nodded with a gulp and closed his eyes. He reopened them after a few seconds, and the glow was gone. He took a few deep breaths before hugging Sophia tightly, as if he was scared to let go. Sophia let out a sigh of relief and hugged him just as tightly. Sam and Dean gave the two confused looks but Sam grabbed Dean's arm. "Let's go check on Cas." Dean nodded and the pair walked outside. Sophia pulled away and looked up at Jack. "What did I do to him?" Sophia bit her lip. "He should be okay. Just breathe. We can focus on Cas later." Jack nodded and leaned against the wall. Jack looked her in the eye. "My anchor," he whispered. Sophia frowned in confusion. "What?" "You. You're my anchor. The one thing that can keep the darkness out. My soulmate." Jack put a hand on Sophia's face and stroked her cheek. Sophia blushed and looked down. "I doubt that, Jack." Jack frowned. "Why?" Sophia sighed. "I'm not good enough for an angel." Jack laughed. "I'm literally Satan's son, Soph. I'm not good enough for an angel like you." Sophia blushed harder and looked back up at Jack. "You're nothing like him." Jack frowned. "Did you see what I just did?" Sophia nodded. "That wasn't you." Jack shook his head. "It was." "You felt threatened. Right? A feeling like that is a trigger. Something that takes a lot to control. You're just not skilled enough." Jack shook his head. "I have you. I know how to control myself now." Sophia smiled shyly. Jack leaned down and kissed her cheek. "Thank you."

Pure - Castiel
June was wondering where Castiel went after he disappeared while he was helping her with research June was wondering where Castiel went after he disappeared while he was helping her with research. June walked into a gas station after feeling slightly hungry and saw Gabriel talking with Castiel. She decided to listen to them a little before confronting them. "Well, well, does my dear brother have feelings for a mortal?" Castiel's eyes widened. "I-What? What kind of feelings?" Gabriel sighed. "You know, love?" Castiel avoided eye contact with his brother. "I have no clue what you're talking about, Gabriel." Gabriel laughed. "Yes, you do. But that's alright. If you don't want her, I call dibs." Castiel frowned. "What? No. You won't lay a hand on her." June frowned, wondering who they were talking about. She had never noticed that Castiel was in love with someone. And he was never good at hiding how he felt. Gabriel saw June in the corner and grinned. "But I thought you didn't love her?" Castiel's jaw clenched. "Fine! I love June, alright? Happy?" June blushed furiously and looked down. Her heart was beating so fast it almost left her chest. How could he love someone as dark as her? She had killed way too many people and enjoyed it. She was too corrupt for someone as innocent as Castiel. "That wasn't so hard, now was it?" Castiel glared at Gabriel. "Don't give me that look. Love is a wonderful thing," Gabriel stated, half sarcastically. "What does June have to do with any of this?" Gabriel shrugged and glanced at June, who was still completely flustered. "Can't a guy talk to his brother about his love life?" Castiel gave him a look. "No, not you." Gabriel put a hand over his heart, feigning a look of hurt. "Wow, dear brother. You have no faith in me." "I have faith in everyone, comes with the job, but I know you, Gabriel." Gabriel shrugged and grabbed Castiel's cheeks, turning Castiel's face in your direction. Castiel froze for a moment before his eyes went wide. "June..." he whispered. Gabriel chuckled and both Castiel and June glared at him. He raised his hands defensively and walked out. Castiel rubbed the back of his neck. "I didn't want you to find out that way." June slowly walked up to him. "Cas...I'm too dark for you. I enjoy the rush after killing someone. I enjoy the blood on my hands...You deserve someone pure." Castiel put his hands on her face and stepped closer. "You don't kill innocents. You kill evil. You are pure. Pure enough. I don't deserve you, not the other way around." June looked up at him with tears in her eyes. Her parents always told her how bad she was a how she didn't deserve the life she was given. She was a devil in disguise as they put it. "That's not true." Castiel smiled weakly at her. "Yes, it is. I love you, June. More than anything." Castel rubbed his thumb over her cheek as a stray tear fell. "I-I..." Castiel's smile grew slightly and kissed her cheek as he let go of her face. Castiel pulled her into a hug. "You are pure, June. No one deserves you." June smiled slightly into his shoulder. She had never felt loved by anyone until now. She was always an outcast until she met the Winchesters, and she felt like she truly belonged when she met Castiel. She was at home where ever she was as long as she had him. "I love you, Cas," she whispered and Castiel grinned. He finally felt the whole in his heart disappear. He had everything he needed.

Fireworks - Castiel
Anna waited impatiently on the couch as Castiel got ready for the night out. "Cas," she whined. Anna had never been a patient person, especially when she was excited about something. Castiel came out with a slight roll of the eyes. "Calm down, Anna." Anna glared at him. "Cas, this is your first time going to the party. I will not calm down." She stood up quickly and went over to him, fixing his tie that he always had lopsided. "You need to learn how to tie this thing." Castiel rolled his eyes again and waited for her to stop. Once she fixed it, she patted his chest and grabbed his hand. "Let's go!" Castiel chuckled and let her pull him outside. Since it wasn't that far away, they decided to walk. "What exactly are the things that go off at midnight?" Anna smiled. "You'll have to wait and see." Castiel groaned slightly. "Okay...Why do people always throw parties and celebrate at midnight?" Anna sighed. Sometimes being best friends with an angel was a struggle. They were innocent and pure, and they had no clue about anything in the real world. "It's called New Year's Eve, Cas. They celebrate a new year." Castiel nods, pondering it. Once they get to the park, they find Sam and Dean. Castiel looked around curiously. "These people are drinking way too much. Maybe we should replace the alcohol with water." Anna laughed. "This is normal. Trust me. Dean and Sam will be drunk by the end of this." Sam crossed his arms over his chest. "Hey!" Dean and Anna laughed and Castiel looked at them disapprovingly. The loud cheers start as it's only a minute until midnight. Castiel looked around with a sigh, causing Anna to nudge him with her shoulder. "Lighten up, Grumpy Pants." Castiel cocked an eyebrow at her and the clock began to tick. Castiel jumped at the sudden noise, causing Dean, Sam, and Anna to laugh. Castiel watched as it counted down from ten. "What is it doing?" "How many seconds are left in this year." Castiel watched as the clock continued to count down. 5...4...3...2... As the clock counted down, he remembered what he looked up. When Anna told him about New Year's Eve, he looked up what happened at midnight, and all he remembered was the kiss to welcome the New Year. As the clock struck midnight, he turned Anna towards him and gently pressed his lips to hers. Anna stood star-struck for a moment, causing Castiel to pull away. "Happy New Year, Anna," Castiel whispered. Anna blushed as Dean let out a loud wolf whistle. The two couldn't stop staring into the other's eyes until the fireworks going off in the distance. Castiel jumped again and held onto Anna as if she was a safety boat. "Is Crowley setting the earth on fire with colors?" Anna giggled. "No. They're called fireworks." Castiel gave her a strange look. "Fire-what?" Anna giggled again. "Fireworks. And they won't hurt you." Castiel gave her a small nod, but he didn't trust the fireworks. As Anna's attention was on the fireworks, Castiel's eyes traced her face out of the corner of his eye. Her eyes were full of excitement, making her look like a young child on Christmas day. Castiel wrapped his arms around her and pressed her against his chest. He saw her face flush a blood red. Anna looked down for a moment, trying to hide the color of her face, but she knew Castiel already saw it. Never in a million years would she think that she would share a New Year's Eve kiss with her best friend. After the fireworks finished, Castiel spun her around and pulled her into a sweet kiss, one that she gladly returned. Castiel knew heaven pretty well, it was his home, but never once has heaven felt this good.

Harper walked through the door with a heavy sigh. She was tired of Klaus shutting her out, and she was going to get answers and get inside of his head, no matter the consequences. He wasn't back yet from a meeting with Marcell, so she sat on the couch and waited. She wanted to know why he kept shutting her out. She knew what his world was like, so there was nothing she didn't already know, or so she thought. She wanted to be turned, being one of the only humans to stay in New Orleans and not leave/be killed. Klaus wouldn't allow anyone to turn her and had her under constant protection. She was sick of being treated like a child.
Her head perked up the second she heard the door open. Klaus walked in and looked over at her. "Why are you still up?" She rolled her eyes. "Hello to you too, Klaus." Klaus rolled his eyes back at her. She was the only one who wasn't a sibling of his who was able to sass back without her head being ripped off. "Why are you still up," he repeated again.
"I was waiting for you." Klaus quirked an eyebrow. "And why is that?" She got up and stalked over to him. "I'm sick of being treated like a child and I want to know what's going on with you," she stated calmly. Klaus sighed. "No." She frowned. "No?" "No. You are not getting anything out of me." Harper huffed in annoyance. "Klaus, please. I can help you. Just let me in," Harper pleaded.
Klaus gave her a cold glare. Harper walked even closer and put a hand on his jaw. Klaus closed his eyes and took a deep breath. "I can't let you in, Harper," he said as he forced himself not to lean into her grip. Harper sighed heavily.
Harper pulled the dagger out from behind her back and pointed it at his chest. "Let me in, or you won't be awake for a long time." Klaus frowned. She had a lot of courage, he'll give her that. Klaus clenched his jaw. "Put the dagger down."
Harper shook her head quickly. "I'm afraid that's not an option, my dear Klaus." Klaus could see the look in her eyes. She was fighting to be strong and she didn't want to put the dagger in him. He reached out and grabbed her hand that was holding the dagger. "Then go ahead."
She tensed at hearing those three words. She didn't want to. She would hate herself for doing it. "Klaus, all you have to do is tell me what is going on!" Klaus shrugged. "I'm afraid that's not an option, my dear Harper," he said, feeding back her words. Her eyes narrowed at him. She kept pushing for him to tell her and he was starting to get angry.
Angry because she was too innocent for his world.
"Knock it off, Harper," he growled out.
She shook her head with tears in her eyes. "No. I need to know!"
Klaus's jaw ticked and he growled at her. "Don't you ever try to get inside my head," he snarled, slamming Harper up against the wall. For several beats they stayed there, his grip crushing her wrists. Finally, his beautiful blue eyes softened. "It's too dark for you," he whispered. Harper slowly reached out and grabbed his face like she did earlier and pierced the dagger into his heart.
"You're too dark for me, but I love you anyway."

More Than You Could Ever Imagine (Klaus Mikaelson)
Klaus heard the soft hum in the other room and went to check it out. He found his best friend humming his daughter to sleep. He smiled slightly and leaned against the door frame with his arms crossed over his chest. Ever since Hayley died, Elara had stepped in to help him out. Hope yawned and her eyelids fell. Elara smiled and placed a small kiss on the child's forehead who was in her lap. She looked up and blushed when she saw Klaus staring at her with an unknown look in his eyes. She smiled softly at him then brought her gaze back to the sleeping child.
"Thank you, El," Klaus whispered softly. She gave him another small smile before picking Hope up and placing her in her bed. Klaus walked over and leaned against the bed while looking at his daughter. He could never do this without Elara. He knew Hope needed a mother figure, hell, she needed her mother, but she was gone and Klaus couldn't ask for anyone better to take care of his daughter. To take care of his world.
Klaus turned his gaze to the woman next to him and he slowly grabbed her hand. "I couldn't do this without you." She rolled her eyes playfully and pulled him out of the room and quietly shut the door.
"I bet you could." Klaus chuckled softly and shook his head. "I really couldn't." Elara sighed. "You wouldn't even have to think about doing it alone if it wasn't for me."
Klaus frowned as she rested the back of her head against the wall next to the door. "It's my fault she's dead. I could have stopped it. My own sister is dead because of me." Klaus shook his head and stepped closer, barely even space between the two, and grabbed her face. "Hayley didn't die because of you, so stop it. It was either you or her and even though everyone misses her, I'm sure as hell glad you're still here."
Elara blushed and looked away from him. "I should have let Marcell kill me." Klaus let out a small growl as his eyes turned gold and it caused Elara to jump.
"Shut the hell up, Elara. You don't get how things would be if you were gone and she was still here." Elara frowned. "What do you mean?" Klaus sighed, his eyes still gold with anger. "My life would be over. Hell, I'm already dead, but I couldn't take having what I do. Living on without you would destroy me."
Klaus's eyes teared up as he ran his thumb over her cheek. "My daughter would have no father if you were gone." Klaus closed his eyes to prevent the tears from falling. He kept them closed until he felt two small arms wrap around his waist. His eyes slowly opened and she rested her head on his chest. He slowly wrapped his own arms around the girl he started to fall in love with.
"Well, we don't have to think that way since I am here, now do we?" She said, trying to lighten the mood. Klaus kissed her head with a sad chuckle. "I guess not, Love." Elara's heart fluttered and started to beat faster, as it always did when he called her love or kissed her. "Why don't you stay, Love? It's getting late and I'm sure Hope loves having you around."
Klaus knew that wasn't the only reason why he wanted her to stay. He wanted her close to him. It was getting hard for him to ignore how he felt for her and he just wanted her near him as much as possible. He also knew that it wasn't the best to have her so close all the time because he didn't want to run things by acting on how he felt.
She slowly nodded and pulled away slightly. They caught each other's eyes and couldn't look away. It was such a teenager cliche, everything about them was a classic cliche, but it was all real. Klaus slowly brought his hand back to the side of her face as he kept his eyes on hers. She leaned into his touch and closed her eyes while taking a deep breath.
Klaus leaned down and touched his forehead to hers. She opened her eyes slowly and looked at him. Her breath hitched in the back of her throat when she saw how close he had gotten. His eyes traveled down to her lips and they lingered a moment before he looked her back in the eye. "To hell with it," he mumbled and pressed his lips harshly to hers. She gasped and paused a moment before every thought left her mind ad she kissed him back while fireworks went off in the pit of her stomach.
They heard a small gasp to the side of him, then a giggle. "Daddy!" They pulled away and Klaus chuckled. Neither of them had even heard the door open since they were so caught up in the moment. Klaus picked Hope up as she walked over Elara rested her forehead on his shoulder and he leaned down to whisper in her ear.
"I love you more than you could ever imagine."

Craving - Sam Winchester
Sam put the cloth under cold water before ringing it out and placing it on his forehead. He was getting feverish as his craving only inclined. Dean was in the living room talking with Castiel and Sam was finding it hard to focus, but he heard what they were saying.
"Famine?" Castiel was shoving his face with food but responded. "Yeah." Sam turned around so he could talk with the two. "So, this whole thing town is just gonna eat, drink, and screw itself to death?" Castiel was still eating and it made it hard to take him seriously.
"We should stop it." Dean turned to him with a slight roll of his eyes and a sarcastic comment. "Hey, that's a great idea. How?" "How'd you stop the last Horseman you met?" Dean looked at the floor in thought and turned around, walking to the dresser. "War got his mojo from this ring, then after we cut it off, we just tuck tail and ran. Everybody that was affected by it was like they woke up from a dream. You think Famine's got a class ring too?"
Castiel swallowed and looked down. "I know he does." "Well, okay. Let's track him down and get to choppin'." Castiel nodded and stood up with his food, continuing to dig in. Dean was surprised and annoyed with the Angel. Sam continued to sweat, trying to drown out the craving. Dean's voice got quieter as the need for demon blood got almost too much to handle.
"Sam, what's wrong?" "Dean...I-uh...I can't...I can't go." Dean gave him a weird look. "What do you mean?" "I-I think it got to me, Dean. I think I'm hungry for it." "Hungry for what?" "You know..." Dean hesitated before speaking.
"Demon blood...You got to be kidding me. You gotta get him outta here, you gotta take him to like – Montana! Anywhere but here." "It won't work. He's already infected. The hunger is just gonna travel with him." Dean was getting mad. He hated seeing his brother like this. "Well, then what do we do?!"
"You-You go cut that bastard's finger off." Dean was worried for Sam. He didn't want to leave him, especially since they would have to leave him alone. Dean slowly turned back to Castiel with a shrug, trying to hide his real concern.
"You heard him."
"But Dean?" Dean turned quickly, almost hoping Sam would ask him to stay. "Before you go, you better...you better lock me down, but good." Dean hated seeing the tears in his eyes. He would trade places with him in a second if he could.
Dean slowly pulled handcuffs out of his pocket and went into the bathroom with Sam, hooking him up to the sink. Sam slightly struggled against the restraints for a moment before relaxing as much as he could against the wall.
"Well, just hang in there and we'll be back as soon as we can." Sam nodded. "Be careful...And hurry." Dean hesitated before patting Sam on the arm and getting up. Dean looked down at him before closing the door and Sam tried to control the craving.
After a while of the boys being gone, the craving got worse and he wasn't able to control it. He started to struggle, wanting to get out. He needed the blood. The door opened and he thought that they came back.
"Guys! Guys, what happened? I don't think it worked. I'm still-" He stopped talking as the door opened and Calliope Rogers walked in. Her eyes widened when she saw him and fell to her knees.
"Sam, what on earth is going on?" Sam started to breathe heavily as the demon was in front of him. Calliope was a Demon, but she somehow didn't use her powers for evil. She believed in good, unlike her father, Crowley. "Calli, get the hell away from me!" Sam started to shake and struggle even more. "Get out of here and never turn back, I can't hurt you." Calliope didn't listen and started to reach for the handcuffs.
"Just calm down, Sam. I'm gonna help you." Sam tried to get her to stop, but she easily broke him free of the handcuffs. He held onto the sink and turned away from her. "Calliope. Get. Out!" She put a hand on his back and he was triggered. He pushed her away, not wanting to feed on her. "Sam, tell me what's wrong." Being the daughter of the king of hell, she wasn't afraid of anything, certainly not Sam who always had his puppy eyes.
But now was different. She wasn't scared, but she knew he wasn't his regular self. His puppy eyes were gone, and they were filled with an evil hunger. "Calliope. Please. Go." Calliope shook her head and Sam couldn't control it anymore.
His hunger took over and he sprung forward, tackling Calliope to the ground. She remained calm, holding Sam off. Sam broke the table by them and grabbed a piece of glass, cutting a deep, long wound in her arm. "Sam, stop." Sam dug his teeth into her arm, feeding off of her blood. "Sam! Stop, this isn't you!"
Sam couldn't hear her as he kept feeding. The hunger was uncontrollable, even when he didn't want to do this to her. Calliope got light-headed from blood loss but remained awake. She wasn't able to shove him off until Sam was able to finally be in control again. He pushed himself away from her and went to the opposite side of the room. Tears rolled down his face as he looked at the girl on the floor.
"Calli...I'm so, so sorry." Calliope slowly stood up and winced at her arm. She went over to him but Sam cowered away from her. "Sam, that wasn't you. I know you didn't want to hurt me. I just want to help." Sam shook his head. "Get back. I could turn again." Calliope shook her head and put a hand on his face. As she looked at all the blood on his mouth, she ripped a piece of her shirt and wiped it off. "You'll be fine. I'll be fine."
A fresh stream of tears rolled down his face. "I hurt you. I could never forgive myself." Calliope smiled with a small chuckle. "I'm a demon, Sam. I'll heal. The pain will be gone in no time." Calliope leaned down and placed a light kiss on Sam's lips. Sam's heart fluttered. They had never admitted to the feeling they shared for each other, but at that point, he knew he had to do something.
After that one small kiss, they became his new craving.
A/n - This is based on one of the episodes where Sam got infected and Dean and Castiel leave to stop it and Sam's craving gets the best of him.
