Fleshed out the design and ref for DJ/Hubert/Captain 3!!! Ever since he was a kid he wanted to be a superhero. Its turned out okay for him, OE proved that its not all fun and games, even if your cool eye gives you awesome powers. Being an agent has its challenges, but its leagues easier than living in the normal world and socializing.

He was always getting financial support from the Cuttlefish family (for everything), but he has decided to start a new life in splatsville. When he meets neo and Teryon, he goes from sleeping rough to being the roommate who, as nice as he is, doesnt wash as often as he should.
