What is currently happening in Indonesia:
• A lot of Indonesians are protesting against rising unemployment, rising cost of food and education, higher taxes and a new housing allowance for parliament members that are 10 times higher than the minimum wage in Indonesia.
• Affan Kurniawan was a delivery driver who got killed by police. He got ran over by an armoured police vehicle. He wasn't participating in the protest, he was trying to deliver a food order.
• A lot of Indonesians are speaking up about the issues on different social media platforms, but they got censored and restricted by the government.

How to never feel bad about your body ever again
• Start working out: walking, or doing pilates, or going to the gym... you'll always feel better afterwards.
• Take care of your hygiene: Shower regularly, take yourself to a sauna or a hammam once in a while, use body creme, body oil and other body products. Get your body shaved or waxed if you want to.
• Explore yourself: Get to know what you like and don't like, don't be shy to look at yourself without clothes on. You deserve to get to know yourself in an intimate way, without feeling guilty.
• Be picky about your clothes: Buy clothes that match your body size, skin color and that make you feel good, inside the house as well. Don't feel bad to spoil yourself.

• working a 9-5 job is average for me, but it creates routine and stability which makes me happy
• There is not only rich in money, but there is also rich in experiences, rich in relationships and I value them more than money.
• I desire to have a lot of money, but I'll also be fine if I have a normal amount of money, as long as I can pay my bills, do my own things and not have to overthink about money.
