💭I love pink and the thought of being skinny.
I want to be an adult in a slim, teen-like body. And I want to be fragile and to be handled with care, like an old porcelain doll.
I want to feel something again: being protected and cared for. The feeling of being loved and truly cared about.

I'm at 494 calories for today! I'm so proud of myself, yet still so conflicted. Part of me says I should ease back into this gradually... start higher and work my way down to this kind of deficit. That it probably isn't a good idea to make my ~410lbs body run on such a small number of calories. But the other part of me... She tells me my body has to learn the hard way. That I got to be this fat gradually; it didn't happen overnight. So if I expect change, I need to demand it.
I WILL win this war with myself. By any means necessary.

I’m still stuck in this body that feels so heavy, but I dream of the day when I’ll finally be light—when my thighs won’t touch, and my arms will look like they belong to someone so delicate.
I want to be the kind of person you could blow away with a breeze, someone so dainty and small. Right now, I’m hidden beneath all this, but I can feel her waiting underneath- fragile, graceful, almost invisible. That’s what I want. That’s what I’m fighting for. I just need to keep pushing until I get there

Random d!3t I'm doing. The "you can't 3@t until you do __" d!3t. Let me explain. So I know that everyone always says "busy girls are sk!ññy girls" but a lot of us don't have many things to do or we're just not active people so this will solve that. Just start off by deep cleaning your room saying "I can't 3@t until I finish this" then usually by the time you're done with your room you're going to have some dishes you need to put in the sink. Whenever you're done with the dishes you're going to say how "I can't 3at, I already did the dishes I'm going to need to clean the kitchen to go with it" and just continue until it's bedtime. Be creative with it. Like check all emails separately or read that whole book you've been putting off. Trust me this is one of the most effective d!ets I've done (not really a d!3t but whatever)
