Geneva Dunsany that is. Yep, the creepy disturbing icky situation that made me want to wash my eyes with bleach when I watched it and even more when I read it. Watching it I felt this has no right to be this sexy, but after reading it I thought, hmmm maybe it did, but still, (insert eew brotha eew meme)

Was it really that important to use the breast-mouth action which until that point I honestly thought was reserved to Claire only 😭 and give this scene so much valuable screen time. I mean he did do that in the book but...

Speaking of which, if they had Sam slip into gaelic like book Jamie did... 👀🥵😱😵‍💫I don't think I'd survived it tbh I almost died reading it, but maybe that's just my kinky brain lol

Video games ramblings

Um.. Dear Chinese Room my beloved. Can I just explore the lovely rusty oil rig in "Still Wakes the Deep" and listen to the wind, the creaking of metal, and the lovely scottish accents and go through everyone's stuff without all this 'terror from the deep that kills everyone'? Promise I will spend at least 12 hours doing that, and go back to it every month. Just like I did with Dear Esther, staying for hours in the caves, just breathing, listening to the amazing soundtrack, getting lost in my thoughts.

Speaking of Dear Esther, I still go back every year or so. It made me fall in love with Scotland and I still dream of visiting the Hebrides (too bad that I, much like Jamie Fraser from Outlander, puke my soul out as soon as I set foot on a ship or a boat. or a plane..)

First of all - awww my sweet babies. (babies? they are in their 60s, am I ok?? oh well) Second, I actually feel like I maybe don't quite grasp what it means to be co-dependent. I mean sure. He says some pretty cheezy lines and doesnt want to separate from her but can you blame him? After all the horrors and trauma they went through and all the dangers around them? And I feel they are usually go about their day, doing their own thing, meeting after a few hours or days. Also I feel, when two people live together for decades, the thought of living without the other is pretty surreal, I mean I saw different reactions (unfortunately...) and not wanting to continue is pretty common at least in my experience. at least at first. Also I feel in the book they still getting it on, and way hotter than the show, grandparents and all. Yes, its not "Does it ever stop, the wanting you" but when its on, IT IS ON. sometimes twice.

You know what I'd actually pay good money to watch? Sam and Caitriona watching all Outlander episodes together, talking about how "so in this scene I actually told them Claire wouldn't say that" or "we had to do that 50 times because Sam doesn't know how to put his shirt on" then go on giggling and rambling about shit sets and uranus for 45 minutes all while Sam is fidgeting with various objects and making paper planes

Ep 16 is very hard to watch but seeing Claire in this outfit and her hair like this just did something to my heart. Not sure why she was wearing pants, or why she didn't wear them more often if its just for comfort, but she was so damn cute in this!
