something something i'm heavily considering changing zakri + kel's relationship from what they had going on before to more just. coworkers. and with that they will also be on significantly less friendly terms. sad! but shrugs

also, since i'm likely un-killing unnamed kiv, might have zakri deliberately go after kel in their place. have them be more of a clear obstacle. maybe he even manages it! who knows. i have things to think about

the relevant trope was secret relationship which is absolutely not something that fits my sillies at all but i wanted to try and think of something anyway and landed on "zakri's obsessive dedication to velzie could be viewed in some sort of weird romantic(?) way". which is something i've been thinking about harder than i planned
