i discovered today a diet tip for myself. nowadays i study hard every day, i sit for about 2-3 hours studying for literature exam because i don't have anything else to do. but i can't study if i'm hungry, so after my zoom classes are over i just cook smth, sit at the desk and study for all that 2-3 hours slowly eating my meal. so i don't get hungry while studying and enjoy my meal slowly so i want eat too much during the day.
if you also can't study while hungry i highly recommend this method to you!

as i predicted it's 56.5 today :) i'm kinda happy, my metabolism is too slow to lose weight so fast anyway. today i finished the pack of porridge and i don't know what to eat for breakfast next days. maybe sandwich with cheese? it's not that high cal as i remember, we'll see.

so i was scrolling through youtube now and found a lot of korean girls sharing their diet stories, it is actually extremely motivating 🤩 and i watched anna park's diet vlog about eating 300kcal/a day for 10 days, btw she lost 9 kg
i think i can try this? i still can eat today below 300 kcal.

иногда я не хочу иметь ничего общего с рпп честно, но каждый раз я возвращаюсь к диетам и насилию над собой. мне хватило посмотреть вчера на свои ноги и понять что пора пробовать на себе абс. не знаю что из этого выйдет, но возможно я попробую после нее (сколько бы я не отсидела) перейти на 700 ккал и дальше на 1000 каждый день, чтобы не угробить свой организм.
