Ngong: Grow Your Focus, Grow Your Forest
Transform your productivity with Ngong, a unique Pomodoro timer that turns focus time into a tree-growing journey. Each focused session plants a seed in your virtual forest, motivating you to stay on track and complete your tasks.
Key Features:
Four-Slot Focus System: Begin by planting a seed in your first slot. As you complete focused work across all four slots, watch your seed flourish into a full-grown tree. Stay consistent - missing two days will cause your tree to wither!
Flexible Work Sessions: Enjoy 30-minute focus periods with perfectly timed breaks to maintain peak mental performance. Customize both work and break durations to match your personal workflow.
Smart Notifications: • Convenient toolbar countdown timer • Desktop and tab notifications • Choose from 20+ energizing notification sounds
Track Your Progress: • Weekly performance statistics • Detailed work history • Visual productivity insights
Make productivity engaging! Each tree in your forest represents completed focus sessions, creating a beautiful reminder of your dedication to time management and reduced procrastination. Watch your forest grow as you build stronger work habits.

Payflow mobile version redesign
Assuming that Payflow customers primarily access the app on mobile to quickly check their financial wellbeing, seek updates, or request support, I categorized the features into three priority levels.
Primary priority: Features like Home (Dashboard), My Business, Luca/AI, Transactions, and Expenses, which allow users to glance at their finances, seek updates, or access support.
Secondary priority: Features such as Profile, Search, Menu, and Add Transactions, which are useful but not critical for immediate access.
Tertiary priority: Features like Payables, Revenues, Documentation, and Admin, which can be accessed under the Menu or on the Dashboard as needed.Pay

Products Have Great Premises.
The most powerful thing a product can do is give its user a premise. A premise is the foundational belief that shapes a user’s behaviour. It can normalise actions that people might otherwise avoid due to existing norms.
Premises are most valuable for unorthodox, niche, or emerging behaviours. Great premises give permission for actions that most people would seek approval for.
AirBnb: The premise: It’s ok to stay in strangers’ homes
Bumble: The premise: It’s ok for women to ask men out.
Substack: The premise: It’s ok to charge for your writing. Source: Anu Atluru
