i was in a thrift shop the other day and they were playing the most unsettling variations of normal christmas music, culminating in this rendition of the 12 days of christmas except it was like 12 guys all singing over each other and going “no!” and interrupting the lyrics with random other phrases until they deadass just started singing 5 golden rings to toto’s africa. can anyone confirm that this is a real song and not that i stroked so hard i astral projected into a universe where everything is somehow worse than it is here

On a trip to Puerto Rico as a little toothy child, I fell in love with a pack of mangy strays that convinced me to be a veterinarian. That path never changed.

On the same trip, I watched Beetlejuice for the first time. Fitting that the sequel came this year, as I eagerly live my lifelong dream. One last exam to go, jump in the line (cue Harry Belafonte)! 🙌🙌

you ever thought you'd see Dr. Doppler irl? i am so so happy with the first photo especially! My muzzle got caught on the lower lip in the second one and I had no idea because I can't perceive that part of the mask without a mirror, when I'm wearing it T_T Handmade the whole cosplay back in 2022 and have upgraded/updated/replaced details and pieces over time since then. This was the first cosplay I ever made and I love it very much. It proudly won the novice category of the NZ Cosplay Competition in 2022 and went semi-viral on TikTok one time, which was bizarre. c: Kohika Creative slayed with all of their cosplay photography this year and I recommend checking out their photo albums on facebook (KohikaCreative) to see some awesome cosplays like Nightcrawler, Baldur's Gate, Gravity Falls, and more.

Well, this was for the last Stricklake month prompt, but life has been a whirlwind so I never found a chance to color it. Maybe in December? 😅

There was going to be some mutual healing and martyrdom going on - you’ll just have to wait for color to come through to make it make sense 😉

Went to Armageddon Expo in Auckland NZ for a good test of fun and freedom before exams. I went as the Tenth Doctor on Saturday and Dr. Doppler on Sunday, and I expect to share some supper cool treasure planet photos in the next few weeks!

I went with my friend Ed who was an excellent lamb, and I ran into lots of awesome cosplays — but the weeping angel and the Jack sparrow had me most giddy!
