Hey friends!

It’s been a while since we’ve done a rec list! We thought now was a great time to celebrate our favorite fictional couple, our amazing fic writers, and the start of our summer. So, if you’re looking for a good beach read to enjoy the sunshine with, we’ve got you!

Summary: Felicity Smoak knows that sleeping with the boss’s son goes against the rules of her summer internship at Queen Consolidated in about a hundred different ways. She knows, but it doesn’t matter.

Summary: A very quickly written prompt fill for the Olicity Summer Sizzle prompt “Jealous”. Set in the summer after season 3 when Oliver and Felicity are on their trip around the world together.

Felicity’s disenchanted with her current life, too. She’s just left a job at Wayne Enterprises and attempting to regroup at the beach. Will these two help the other find themselves or will they remain lost in the disenchanting world of the wildly idle rich?

Summary: After a one night stand, Oliver and Felicity find out they are kinda into each other. Takes place in Venice Beach, CA.

Summary: When Oliver told Thea and Tommy that he had a girlfriend, one that lived some miles away from Starling, and they met online, of course the Queen heiress was skeptical. It sounded very much like a narrative made for hers and his best friend’s peace of mind. Now, months later, Oliver claimed his supposed girlfriend was arriving in Starling on the weekend. Thea was paying to see this. (Fifty bucks, exactly, according to her bet with Tommy.)

Summary: Felicity and Oliver dive into their most grueling mission yet…. a relaxing vacation.

Summary: She tucked her pen back into her hair and stuck the order slip to the line-up in the kitchen window before heading off to check on another table. She was… cute. Not his type. Which was a good thing. A summer fling with some small town girl was on the list of distractions and temptations he was supposed to be avoiding.

(aka the one where Oliver gets sent to a small seaside town to do his court mandated community service hours and his life becomes a Nicholas Sparks plot)

Summary: Modern Pride and Prejudice AU: “It is a truth universally acknowledged that a young woman in possession of a great intellect must be in want of job that requires its use.” But Felicity Smoak seemed stuck in the quiet beach town of Hertfordshire forever. Will the handsome summer tourist and his snobby best friend save her from another season of boredom or will Oliver Queen’s stuck up attitude make Felicity want to strangle him before it’s even over?

Finally finished my prompt for Olicty Clue. Thanks @olicitytropes​ it was a lot of fun to write, I’m sure you all can see my person, place and thing, but humor me and guess anyways? lol. Or just read, that would be lovely too. 

Felicity just wants to enjoy a nice vacation with her husband, that’s not too much to ask, right? It’s their anniversary; it should be great, and it would be, if she could just get out of these restraints. Honestly, who gets kidnapped vacationing on a nearly deserted island?

Felicity has been babysitting William Queen since he was 5 when he got lost in QC and found Felicity’s cubicle, making her and Oliver best friends. Her boys have always been a bit strange… for example, Oliver only asks her to watch William three nights a month, always has a private conversation with William before he leaves even after 6 years that she’s been watching him, William is always his most hyper and then eerily calm after the three days and Oliver never tells her where he goes even though they tell each other everything, but as William enters puberty, and her and Oliver start to make new and intimate strides in their relationship things start to get just a bit stranger.

“I don’t want to be here.”

“Yes, you said that already.”

“I’m serious, Tommy,” Oliver hissed.

He grabbed his best friend’s shoulder and yanked him back as the group of women before them went inside the haunted house. Thankfully the guy managing the door held his hand up, indicating Tommy and Oliver had to wait before they entered. 

The door took its time shutting, letting Oliver hear every single scream and shout and terrifying whoosh echoing from within.

A shiver scraped down his spine. From the crisp night air, he tried to tell himself.

Tommy’s shoulder shook with a chuckle.

Oliver punched him.

“Ow, hey!” Rubbing his sore arm, Tommy glared at him. “This was your bet, not mine. I didn’t tell you to tempt the fates by playing chicken with Slade Wilson.”

“You didn’t have to tell him how much I hate these stupid things.”

“Nice try, but I’m pretty sure that was your drunken ass telling him that, not me.”

“Well, you didn’t have to say ‘Too bad it’s Halloween, haha.’”

“How the hell was I supposed to know he was pulling extra hours at this place? That guy’s shut up tighter than your asshole right now.”

“You’re hilarious.”

Tommy tossed him a cheeky grin. “I know.”

Another scream erupted from somewhere deeper inside the hulking beaten-to-shit barn and a cold sweat broke out across the back of Oliver’s neck.

“Listen,” Tommy said, “we get in, get out, and then it’s over with.”

Easy for him to say.

The man waved them forward.
