there is something about llorumi that scratches my brain in a lot of ways

lloyd has a family, friends and he can share anything with them, he has people. harumi doesn’t. sure, there are sides of him that only harumi can understand or what he can’t show to others. but overall - lloyd has a shoulder to cry on whenever something happens.

harumi, again, doesn’t (mostly because she is not letting in others, doesn’t let herself make bonds).

but she has lloyd. and if he didn’t reach out to her, if he didn’t pry, she wouldn’t tell him things she told him. if you noticed, very few knew details of her plan, her motivation - she doesn’t tell anything to anyone. not garmadon, not her biker gang, not the royal family, not overlord, not the ninja. only lloyd. it started out as a mission to get close to him, but lloyd made it easy to show him every layer. she shared her plans, her hatred, her pain and he became the only person, who knew her.

that’s part of the reason she got attached to him. part of the reason she decided she wants him to join her, to be around her, to he there for her in any way she can have him.

and she knows he doesn’t need her. or that she needs him more than he does. because why would he choose her to be around when he has others?

also i was so excited to draw harumi's hair - a combination of the "good" and the "villain" one.

4. Harumi not fulfilling overlord’s plan after her resurrection and looking for Lloyd

imagine harumi finds out about lloyd’s fight with avatar harumi. imagine she finds out she was his greatest enemy. not because she was strong (which she is) and evil and did terrible things to him.
