He’s a travelling merchant who always seems to have the exact thing you might be looking for (among a lot of junk-). And if you can’t find what you’re looking for? There’s a lot of stuff you might find handy in your journey! (But over half of the stuff is just junk)
He’s not sure what 90% of the things he sells are or how much he should charge them for, but he’s definitely going to overcharge you one way or another - if not for a charm, then for lending a helping hand when you least need it.
Unless, of course, you manage to c̶o̶m̶p̶l̶i̶m̶e̶n̶t̶ haggle your way into lower prices. Which… Actually isn’t very difficult.
