The whole film took me altogether about 5 grueling months (usually 10-12hours a day) to do. I often felt my butt was going to grow into the chair I usually sat at. 

Please note that this was simply my way of doing my film to achieve the soft-shaded style I wanted; there are many other ways of doing this and some are a lot faster with different results~! :)

You can see my storyboard animatic here (although the original had music, but like I mentioned, my placeholder music was by Joe Hisaishi, you know, Miyazaki’s composer, so it’s not really legal to upload it). 

This tut differs a bit from my dA version, because tumblr lets me put the combination of gifs and jpegs :D.

1+2: emo scene highschool takazura where they’re a disaster couple that always breaks up super publicly but also get back together, always

3:  takazura highschool and twin au, where it’s just hs gintama but takazura are. rich twins. who constantly fight because let’s face it. basically zura has a crush on gintoki and takasugi has a fat crush on his dad shouyo. it’s perfect and i wish it was canon honestly. she wrote more for it here

4:  ibarin GoT au. tbh I didnt even watch it but in the height of the last season she came up with it, told me the settings and we ran with it. rin is the head of house obami that was swallowed by kirari and she promoted ibara to high knighthood to keep rin in check. rin acts as a head strategist and he has to suggest good plans if he wants ibara to survive–

5: ibarin boxer and coach au. again 100% her idea- rin tried being a boxer but physical fights aren’t exactly his forte.. he decides to pick up a promising new star with a bad temper and aim the highest possible to show everyone who dissed them they’re just better.
