After all, his past is not one to ground his words as truth. However, long time has passed since then and he is simply too tired to play such games.

Though his amicable expression doesn't change much, he does visibly relax-- in the drop of his shoulders, mostly, and in suddenly tiring of all the fidgeting he'd been in the middle of.

"Either, you have finally after all this time become predictable, and me knowin' where you might be hiding away at is nothin' much special... or, you are still quite mysterious, and the fact I've discovered you has more to do with my impeccable intuition or... whatever it is I've got. Arthur took his cigarette and crushed it into the a lonely ashtray in the corner of the balcony. He turned around fully to face the one speaking to him.

"Well, if you were searching high and low for me perhaps I would agree... Thought, such things are more past troubles, nowadays it's much harder to dissapear." Arthur pulls his fact-o-matter face before glancing at kid infront of him and quickly noticing how nervous the other one was.

He clears his throat. "Or, maybe... You're just very good at finding things and people all together. In that case, congratulations" a chuckle escapes his lips. Arthur turns back to lean on the balcony rail. "How have you been?"

Arthur gives out a chuckle. "Hm, it seems I no longer have any secrets to me... Well, how time flies that my actions are so predictable." Despite all this, he doesn't seem so bothered. "It's been a while."

Oh it is only a couple of specks of ash, you’ll be alright Gilbert, you always were. “Well...I suppose it was me in a good mood, what? is it so strange now? don’t pull that face on me...” A laugh escapes his lips, what a lighthearted time together. “You could join me for a smoke...” He will pull out the pack of cigarettes and shake it at him to grab one.
