Okay, so I haven't made any new Trollhunters fanart in like almost two months because I'm working on something that took a lot of time. And even with that It's not entirely the final product.

So what was I working on? My own redesigns of the characters. Here's the sneak peek of the current redesigns and the height chart(Mind you, it isn't final, and it might change in the future).

I'm not ready to show off the rest yet because I feel like they're not good enough to show yet. So yeah, they'll get another updated redesign.

I'll probably be ready to show them off around the end of November.

Heathers musical fandom, i bring an idea:

an alternate version of Heathers where JD gets to Heather McNamara before Veronica can, encourages her to swallow the pills, and sings her to (eternal) sleep with a gentle lullaby-like reprise of Freeze Your Brain.

When Veronica finds out and calls JD out on indirectly killing McNamara, esp. when she didn’t do anything worth punishing, JD sings a reprise of Lifeboat trying to justify/rationalize letting her die because Heather herself knew that she didn’t serve a purpose, but the song shifts so it becomes increasingly clear that he’s not singing about McNamara’s suicide, he’s singing about his mom. Because we all know he’s still not over that.

Veronica’s almost convinced by it, but realizing that JD was talking about his mom makes her realize something. Everything that JD does circles back to his own pain, and the justification of unleashing that pain on others, whether it be for the good of Veronica or the destruction of society. And it will continue to influence JD, regardless if Veronica stays or leaves. cue I Say No.
