Bought these black velvet leggings ages ago and just recently found a matching crop top. have I mentioned my love for black velvet before? Cuz I'm absolutely obsessed. I know I post a lot of selfies and dress in revealing clothing, and some people find it distasteful... But those people can kiss my (rather nice) ass. I used to have such bad self esteem issues I couldn't look in the mirror without crying. My Gma often says she misses when I was shy and modest. But I wasn't modest, I just hated myself and thought I was too ugly to be looked at. Do I have a 10/10 bod now? Nope. I still have flaws, but I love myself anyway. I would much rather be full of myself and show off the body I'm proud to have built than to go back to covering up and being ashamed of myself. Humans are not a carnivorous or even omnivorous species. We are biologically frugivores, meaning our bodies are meant to digest a diet consisting of greens, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. NOT the flesh and secretions of other animals,and certainly not the chemical, processed crap we consider food today. Studies show that if you feed a wolf several times more flesh than he would naturally eat, he still will not get heart disease. This is because his body is meant to and is capable of processing dietary cholesterol. The human body is not capable of this, so dietary cholesterol (found ONLY in animal products) causes atherosclerosis and death. I have ALWAYS been the black sheep. I've never felt like I fit in anywhere. At school, with my friends,my family, at work... No matter where I go I'm always the odd one out. The extreme girl. The weird girl. And I like it that way. I've noticed that over the years, my weirdness has become dulled and I've become much quieter and more tame than I used to be, and that saddens me. I miss being my crazy, random, dirty joke making, fun, hyper, idgaf self, and I don't like the fact that I've allowed my sparkle to dull. When you change who you are to fit in with others, it's psychologically and physiologically painful. You're literally removing, or suppressing a part of who you are, and that shit hurts. You can be whoever you wanna be and do whatever you wanna do **(as long as you're not hurting any innocent beings and preventing them from living their lives of course)**. I've never been one to conform or be satisfied with the 'wake,work,sleep, repeat' life we've been brainwashed into accepting. I've always been outspoken, opinionated, inappropriate, odd, determined and enormously stubborn. I've never cared about being 'cool' or fitting in,and love to stand out and be different.
