Mutant rabbits were pesky creatures. They were easy enough to exterminate but their numbers posed a problem. Thanks to them, though, Blade now knew how absolutely fascinated Olivine was with his daggers. Blade worked hard to keep them pristine. An assassin couldn’t have sub-par blades. After a brief discussion and a lengthy cuddle session with several other clan members, Blade was now doing thorough research on the proper way to go about engaging in knife-play. Olivine expressed his interest in the subject, but said it was a matter for a different day.

Fortunately for Blade, Little Aster had a vast collection of books in his library. Many of them were dedicated to various sex acts. It only took him a couple of hours to find one that covered the dos and don’ts of engaging in intercourse with knives. Olivine would be proud of him to know how thoroughly he had studied. One of the chapters stated it was best to use dedicated knives for the act. That meant Blade couldn’t use the daggers that Olivine was so fascinated by. That was disappointing, but he wanted to be safe. Even though Blade cleaned them regularly, he didn’t want to infect their fair priest with some sort of unknown disease because of his carelessness.

When he finished reading and memorizing all seventy-two pages regarding sex with knives, Blade pulled Olivine aside to tell him all that he had learned. As expected, Olivine was disappointed to hear they couldn’t use his weapons.

Aster happened to overhear their conversation and pointed them in the right direction. “If you need knives, I know a blacksmith. He’s incredibly discrete and does amazing work. Every client I’ve ever pointed in his direction has been enthusiastically pleased with their requests.”

Olivine looked skeptical, but Blade was intrigued. They went to the smithery that Aster directed them to and placed their order. Three days later, a message was sent to the manor to let them know their order was ready to be picked up.

Blade’s eyes widened in delight when he saw how excited Olivine looked. The end result was a magnificent knife made of the finest steel Klein had to offer. It gleamed in the sunlight as they walked down the street, casting a rainbow on the ground as they stepped over a puddle. It was a sure sign that things would go well.

“You like it?” asked Blade, his head cocked to the side.

Olivine nodded. “It’s beautiful.”

“Just like O~~livine,” sang Blade. Olivine blushed.

With their new weapon in tow, Blade and Olivine sat down in the library with a sheet of parchment between them. Olivine began to jot down what they would and wouldn’t do, while Blade explained everything else that he had read in the book. They agreed that no blood would be drawn on their first attempt. They would save that for a later date. Blade’s chest fluttered with excitement over the prospects of them doing this more than once. He couldn’t wait to fill Olivine with all the pain and pleasure he so desperately desired.
