I am so hyped for this!!
Brahms simps assemble
I've never done this before but I'd like to host a watch party for The Boy. Please comment and reblog so we can get a good amount of people!! I don't have very many days off but, I'm shooting for Monday May 10th at 3pm pst!
Also feel free to let me know if the time doesn't work. I can try to work something out if the time difference is too great!!
Edit: I think I'm also going to do this for House of Wax :)

reblogging this to save it
Heya, I'm looking for games in the similar vein of the Rusty Lake escape games, specifically the ones set in the Rusty Lake universe. I like the escape the room style, but also the bizarre overarching plot. I enjoy that sometimes the answers to puzzles involve some unusual leaps of logic. Can you recommend anything similar, especially something that might be a longer, full game? Thanks!
Escape-room style play is very standard for both hidden object games and point and click adventure games (the Rusty Lake series has elements of both), so it’s really just the weirdness we need to select for. Just about anything in Amanita Design’s library might fit the bill (I’m particularly fond of Botanicula), as may Fran Bow (and its spiritual successor, Little Misfortune) or Oknytt, depending on where your tastes fall on the scale of surreal versus grotesque. I’m also going to throw in a plug for Please Don’t Touch Anything, which doesn’t have any room-escaping per se, but the type of exploration it demands is very much in the spirit of the room escape genre, and if you’re into Rusty Lake I suspect its sense of humour will be right up your alley.

Remember that time in the Merchant’s Tale when Proserpina utterly destroyed Pluto’s argument. Like, she Vanquished Him and saved May in the same breath. A 14th Century Feminist Icon. Love that gal, love that scene
