Nicole Wallace and the actor that played male Cris are going to play a romantic couple for Amazon's next movie!
Anon, you forgot the most important part! They are going to play a romantic couple in which the characters are stepsiblings.
I found out about that yesterday through the Druck tag of all places (crosstagging is a cancer 💔), and apparently the movie is based on a trilogy that started out on Wattpad. And the trilogy itself is based on the vibes the author got from Taylor Swift's I Knew You Were Trouble MV.
The story itself is about a girl whose mother marries some rich dude. His son pretends to be the golden child, but is secretly involved with dangerous things like fights(!) and car racing(!!). The girl has a Checkered Past™ and so does like Noora and tries to avoid her sexy bad boy of a stepbrother. Alas, as we learned from Elite, bad boy stepbrothers are simply too sexy and most people cannot wait to get in bed with them.
As an additional note, I had to google to find out what all this was about, and I also learned that at some point Nick locks Noah (the story was written in Spanish originally, but the characters are from the US and Canada because that's exotic I guess) in her room because there are reno workers in the mansion and he doesn't want sex to occur between them. 💀
