Apparently, doing a trio in the dungeons is very feasible! As long as you have two healers... Even with this new update, 2 healers is the way to go!

This run really wasn't the best either in terms of upgrades and abilities, but! Group heal is such a lifesaver.

(Spoilers for final boss of the new Phantom Dungeons under cut!)

Also, corruption really isn't much of a problem as long as you don't gain 5 of it during your teams turn (because you'll literally explode the moment your final team member does their move), so you can let it pile up for a bit before needing to cleanse! (plus higher corruption gives you more damage)

so... i'm going to take back what I said about this year's NoTP... I love the upgrade to the Phantom Dungeons so much!! I also feel really silly about complaining about Darkseeds being scarce, since my best guess is that the Dungeons might've been the actual main source for them outside of Trick or Treating. I just forgot that the main attraction of NoTP doesn't actually release until a week into October, usually 😭

Regardless, I very much appreciate Darkseeds being more available! No complaints about that.

The implications of the upgraded Dungeons are also very interesting as well.... gonna put spoilers for it under the cut!

Well! About the final boss....

Damn!! I wonder, has Greely actually been corrupted from being in the Dungeons too long (+ its collapse) or is Dark Greely simply a copy of him, like how players fight dark copies of themselves?

Then again, seeing as how Peck isn't exactly "corrupted", at least in the same manner as the final boss + the corrupted phantoms, perhaps he's still out there... I just hope we get to see Greely (safe!) again soon.

Also, I think it's really funny how the old boss of the caverns is now a mini boss, guess they're just small fry in the grand scheme of things... I do appreciate the nerf (?) to the damage it deals though, supercharge + sneaky leg can't exactly wipe out a full team as easily anymore haha

Oof, I should quit my rambling now, but if anyone has anything else to say about the new Dungeons/NoTP 2024 so far please lmk!! I'd love to talk about it more with other people!

Finally got membership again in AJPW and MAN... fit check is... SO FUN!!? probably the best feature they've added, I love fooling around with this so much...

ahh. if only I had claw extensions! it'd definitely improve my Komodo dragon fit a LOT + trying my best to log in daily to get Haunting (?) Wings so I could possibly make a Gore Magala cosplay in AJ....

Oh boy! Night of the Phantoms 2024!

It's probably way too early to say anything yet but... ehhhh......???? I was really excited when I saw the little new area! I just wish they'd tell us HOW exactly we can get the dang Darkseeds in Jamaa Journal!!!! (At least a reliable source of darkseeds.... I know the Trick or Treat spots can give ya some, but those are once a day and it's not even guaranteed!)

I've also seen some people in the comments on their Instagram post complain that the 1,000 for the corruption orb is too much, with one person saying they grinded for a few hours and only getting up to maaaybe 500?

If anyone else knows how to get them or wants to say smth about their experience so far with NotP, please lmk!!! I'm also a tiny bit curious as to how the "corrupted" items look...

(Aside from the main stuff though, I'm looking forward to peeping all the character dialogues and seeing if there's anything new in da Phantom Dimension! Even if I'm a bit "eh" with the main event so far, I ain't ever skipping a NotP...)

the Galaxy Tail price is genuinely insane. I live in Eastern Europe and everything in the Premium Shop costs way too much. That tail costs 6.59 bgn. Wishing Coins x5 costs 21.99 bgn and x15 costs a whopping 43.99 bgn.

Wildworks is a greedy ass company and they need to stop with these microtransactions. This should not be allowed in a game for kids.

Jesus CHRIST those prices sound abhorrent. I genuinely wish there was something we could do about these prices (well, I'd honestly like for the entire concept of the premium shop AND super boxes to go kaput. We did not need more than the little sapphire + membership buying page) but... I don't think sending emails to Wildworks or trying to boycott it would do much...

After all, they're already banking on the fact that kids will probably want to buy ANYTHING that seems the slightest bit interesting or cool. It really needs to stop. Though I wonder if it's Wildsworks themselves that are pushing these changes or the company that bought them out...? I don't know, but it's awful either way. Thanks for sharing this with me.

You are so right for this!!! Like seriously, I was wondering why these items aren't paired with sapphires or literally anything else, selling an item ALONE for that much is just so. STUPID. and I hate seeing people gas it up (ofc no shame to those who actually bought or traded for it but I think we should really discuss how they need to stop doing "deals" like this) despite the fact it's so obviously a ripoff! And yeah you're right, the fact that it's a GALAXY item makes it harder to style, so people are kinda forced to seek out and buy galaxy items or potions just so they can make a proper outfit... I really hate all this Galaxy/golden/sapphire/glacier/WHATEVER crud, ugh. man. Damn.

OKAY I SHOULD HAVE MOST OF THE DAMAGE STATS FOR ALL THE JAMMER CLASSES NOW!! Afterwards I just need to find out the damage values for the phantom legs and then the exact amount of healing the healing phantoms do, as well as how much damage warriors do after they buff themselves.

I also have to write down the dmg that one multi-hit attack does??? Smh.

Anyways, here's some quick math for ya. A Healer and a Warrior/Trickster can always take out an enemy that has 20 health or less, but two healers CANNOT do so.

This is because Healers only deal 9 damage, in comparison to the Warrior's 11 and the Trickster's 12!

Anyways, if your team consists of 2 Healers, 1 Warrior, and 1 Trickster, you can actually one-shot the Sneaky Leg just in the first turn! Your damage totals at around 41, no buffs needed! Ofc, you can also take out the Mending Leg too if everyone focuses it (35 HP)

But I prefer to focus the sneaky leg in particular during the fight, because when supercharged its special attacks can EASILY one-shot warrior and trickster and cost you the game 💀

I suppose you could go for protective or mending leg next, but they all do so little damage when unbuffed, so I don't think it matters too much afterward haha
