Ugh! This is hard for me! Christmas and New Years hit me like a ton of bricks this year!! It was my first holiday season since I started my journey, and I just wasn't prepared! Some days... like today I can get down on myself because I missed my work out yesterday, I've had a few bad days food wise, and sometimes just curling up with your husband sounds SO much better then working out... 馃槣 But I was in my #ww app and remembered my progress tracker!! Some days I may feel like it'll take me forever to get there... but it's my journey and I've made great progress!! I had made a soft goal to be at 'goal' by my one year anniversary with #weightwatchers but that is quickly approaching and the weight I still have to lose is probably not recommended to come off that quickly!! 馃槈 I still have a goal of 160's by Jan 1, and I'm determined to get there!!!

I made this the other day and it came out to {2sp} a serving!! I love crock pot recipes! Here's the ingredient list I only did 3.5 cups of broth and the rest water (because it's what I had) and I didn't do the butter. **Shout out if you can RELATE to this** It's Tuesday and I'm on day 1 of my work outs for the week, because I skipped yesterday!! I felt like 馃檴 because I had too many sweets/foods I don't normally eat at my family christmas' over the weekend, and I just made excuses and went to bed early instead. Now I'm struggling even more getting back on track because my sweet tooth is back!! (And every one and their dog is bringing us chocolate at work) I know I'm friends with a few people I work with!! If you see me eat another piece of chocolate, I'm giving you permission TO CALL ME OUT! MY STORY!! . . I joined WW in January of this year with a friend of mine, I had watched a girl from high school have great success and a few others, and decided I was ready!! And low and behold... #wwworks 馃槀 .... then summer hit!! And on came the pool parties, summer cocktails, girls night out, BBQ'S, holiday parties, and more!!! And my progress haulted!! In August I was determined to kick things back into gear and that's when @samanthassays came into my life!! (I think she may have a spidey sense of when people need her) and I started doing a home program and drinking shakeology (after a little convincing) I joined my first online accountability group and was HOOKED! I loved the motivation from the group, I loved the results I was getting from the shakes, and I was back on track!! In Nov. After seeing my coach going on all these all expenses paid trips just from doing what she was passionate about, I decided I wanted to give coaching a try! Little did I know just saying those words was going to impact my progress even more! I now hold myself to a higher standard and don't make excuses to skip a work out... because it's: 馃憠30 min/5 days a week and 馃憤I can do it at anytime! How can I encourage people to keep going, and that they can do it if I'm not also doing that myself!?! 馃檶 Even if I never become successful with being a coach, I will continually be greatful for this push that it has given me with my weight loss journey!! I have lost 29.4lbs and 9.5inches total!! 馃槃馃挭
