Consider: Bad ending with gorgon Eclipse. A miscommunication has y/n taking their blindfold off at the wrong place and wrong time.

Eclipse puts their statue in the garden. He can finally look into their eyes, but the split-second expression of unbridled horror in their eyes is enough for him to retie the blindfold across their face </3

That is truly the worst ending for Eclipse. He will forever live with their frozen expression of horror decorating the garden, his snakes hissing sorrowfully whenever he passes them by. Sometimes, he'll stop beside them and rest his head against them, and pretend for a moment that their flesh is not cold stone.

Now that he knows what colors their eyes are, he wishes he was left to wonder.

Hello. Hi! Victim of sexual assault, grooming and COCSA, well into my adult years that has been working for a long time on healing my trauma, here:

I personally do not think non victims of SA, childhood SA, etc of all people have the right to dictate who is and isn't a "good" victim of SA and what constitutes as the wrong way to cope with sexual trauma, vs the right way to cope with sexual trauma. This whole "perfect victim" narrative shit that is normalized online is actually starting to pmo.

As a victim that often works my traumas through my artwork (both sfw and nsfw at times) myself: as long as a victims coping methods are done through consensual acts that are not illegal, and harm no one, then it is no one's business but their own. And it doesn't make them "problematic" or "disgusting" or bad people to do so. And yes, this also plays into victims that may participate in venting through their art. So long as, again, whatever art being produced is not illegal, harmful, and is giving a victim a sense of control in a situation where they otherwise wouldn't have had it before, then it's fine.

I don't think many realize that by shaming victims who do this, you are doing more harm than good. And I'm not talking about people who fetishize things like blatant rape/noncon, etc. I am especially not referring to things like loli/shota either (because imo there is NO defending that kind of content, considering it actually can be used to normalize sexual/child abuse and groomers often use it to groom their victims) I'm talking about people who practice safe, CONSENSUAL acts in regards to their sexuality, be it through art or physical means. Things like CNC and sexual trauma based vent art, or acts between them and their partners. These are totally fine and I, as a victim, am genuinely so tired of seeing the most brain dead takes about this from people who have either never experienced sexual trauma themselves or even sometimes literal fucking CHILDREN online who aren't grown enough to be more educated on the matter and shouldn't be speaking in adult spaces anyway???

Anyway that's all.

I'm not here to argue. Just giving my two cents as a victim that struggles with my sexuality, hypersexuality, and sexual trauma as a whole.
