i feel ridiculous and dumb and so so tired. i can't. i adore my therapist but should really quit to save money but i also so enjoy that time that's mostly just a sounding board. and stuck constantly between letting myself and everyone down to just stick it out forever vs fucking stepping up and i'm just so tired. today is very much an i can't do it day
