I reported before that JJ had 140 stills [illustrations], but after closely checking the script I found out that it was actually 164 stills.

I’m almost done with my assigned work, so I’m thinking of supervising and maybe going over the script in detail.

After, I might work on additional drawings I want to tweak. (See below, picture showing the same scene)

I’m drawing everything in the scene including the backgrounds by myself, but I thought that in order to improve my still-drawing skills, a “lack of resistance” to a certain task might be important.

If you’re painting 160 colour illustrations, drawing the background doesn’t feel like such a hassle anymore.

I was drinking together with others from home so I looked for a glass, but I didn’t have one.

I used a tumbler that I normally use (a gift from a reader), but I still wanted to see the liquid as it’s being poured into a transparent glass. My home doesn’t really have a suitable environment for drinking.

So I bought this.

Jack Jeanne was scheduled to be released in August, but in light of the various circumstances it has now been postponed to December.

It’s a shame the date has been pushed back, but here’s a few drawings out of the 160 in-game illustrations drawn by Ishida.

I want to confirm the inevitability of me creating a story about comparing self against the world.

I want to properly prepare for it if I do so again. And if I’m making preparations, I want to undertake the research necessary.

I’ve already accepted the current circumstances, and will make assumptions for it until next time.

I think I’ve said it before, but I wonder if the world will gradually adapt to this situation and be able to create new jobs and services and such.

I pondered over it yesterday while I was watching Mikasano’s YouTube stream yesterday.

I wouldn’t exactly call it progress, but I’ve thought about the title of the manga, the general setting, the pattern of combinations for a few characters (for instance, boss and subordinate, partners, 3-person party, 4-person party…), and an overarching structure of about 15 volumes worth.

This is what’s on my mind.

As for how I’m doing, I’ve been quietly working on my part for JJ.

So that’s what you’re thinking…! Whenever I create something I’m constantly thinking about the world [events], it’s just I usually don’t get anxious about it…

I’m sure you watch the news, but I just thought you had no interest in it since I never saw any reactions to world events…that’s what I thought.

Missing Tokyo Ghoul Hours: OPEN I’ve been a bit nostalgic lately and started thinking that it would be cool if more zines were available in the fandom, especially now since the series has ended. I then started thinking about the possibility of a TG zine (featuring characters from the prequels, sequels and spinoffs) to allow fans to reconnect with both the fandom and the series again, in some meaningful way. Of course, this wouldn’t happen right away and would involve a lot of planning and additional mods, but I just wanted to open an interest check to see if the fandom is still active and if this project would be worth pursuing. The world wasn't ready for Megamind in 2010. I think it could be ready now. After seeing the same superhero arc in every Marvel movie, the squandered subversion in expectations from Game of Thrones, the tired consistent revamps of previously done ideas from Disney,, I petition that we just rerelease Megamind in theaters again. No changes at all. Just toss it back in there and let people experience culture and class for the first time in their lives
