Yep, that was me. I sort of lost steam on it after falling out of love with playing the game, and a series of stolen bags and lost notebooks really didn't help. I still want to finish the story though.

I spent much of Midwest Furfest alone sitting in a hole. Im really introverted in person and I didn’t really know anyone there, except for the person I went there with and they ran off with some other people. *shrug* it is what it is, and I’m glad I’m almost home.

the intense feelings I felt and the stuff I came to understand about myself probably is a net positive impact on my life. Still gonna try and go again next year

Torri is an AI that was build during the HiMACS program (High Mobility Autonomous Combat System). It took 90 years but they were finally able to develop a bipedal platform small enough to interface with the humans and their world at their scale, while not being bound to tracks, treads, or lumbering 4 meter tall machines (though he did use flying drones quite often).

The Dunklen are supernatural beings from old Ascarian folklore; creatures that stalk the night and feast on the blood of lost travelers and other unfortunate souls. They possess the ability to seamlessly camouflage with the general population, only showing their true appearance to their victims in their final moments. Dunklen are very similar in their methods to Vampires from Human myth, the story of vampirism appears constant not just in human culture but in aliens culture across the galaxy. 

Though just as with Human Vampires, Dunklen are regarded as mythological creatures. However, supposed encounters and sightings only increased as Ascarian society modernized and eventually spread across the stars. A Galaxy is an awfully big place, and a few missing citizens here and there would hardly be noticed. 

Officially Dunklen do not exist, but fringe scientists believe they're out there… somewhere. Like aliens.

Spaceshiptember 2024 Day 22: Starliner

This one was the last one I was able to get done after work and getting sick got in the way. It was modeled originally for the Winged prompt, but I felt it fit Starliner better. Fun fact, this is set just a few hundred meters away from 2022s Freighters prompt.
