Joyful Dessert  - Highly Recommended
You can’t go too wrong with a Michelin recommended restaurant. The Green Tea Lava Cake with Ice Cream at Joyful Dessert (as seen above) had a generous flow of matcha lava within, and the ice cream was rich and smooth!
I’m not usually a fan of green tea desserts, but this my friends, is an exception!

西貢公眾碼頭 Sai Kung Public Pier
A friend brought me to Sai Kung Public Pier the other day. This place is famous for its seafood. Sadly, we didnt manage to buy any seafood that day, so no guarantee on price, quality and freshness. Nonetheless, it was still a great experience for the urban supermarket guy like me.
Step 1: You will be standing on the bridge above the fisherman boat. Accordingly, you will have a bird’s-eye view of the seafood available on the boat (as seen from the picture above).
Step 2: Shout to the fisherman on the boat and start bargaining the seafood you have targeted.
Step 3: Once you have successfully negotiate a reasonable price, he will raise his fishing net for you to place your money into it.
Step 4: Collect Seafood from the fisherman.

Little Bao (’LB’) - Recommended!
LB is a great place to go if you want to enjoy a cosy dining experience after work with a friend or colleague. I wouldn't recommend the place for a large group dining experience as the restaurant is quite small.
Sadly LB doesn't take any reservation, and I recommend going there early as there will be almost certainly be a queue waiting outside!
Ratings: 3/5
Food Advice: The savory Bao(s) were good, but it was the LB Salt Ice Cream with Caramel Bao that really left me craving for more! Another bonus point about this place is the service staff at the restaurant.
Must try: LB Salt Ice Cream Bao (Salt Ice Cream w Caramel) (the middle photo)

After seeing so many photos and posts about it, I finally had the chance to try Dimdimsum’s famous 流沙肥豬仔包 today! Apart from its creativity and design, the custard within the bao was generous and smooth! In short, this肥豬仔 has both inner and outer beauty!
Ratings: 3/5
Food Advice: Besides the signature 流沙肥豬仔包, I highly recommend you to try their tempura cheong fan as well.

Yarbird - Highly Recommended!
Yardbird Restaurant has the perfect ambience and is a great place to chill with your mates over great food and drinks. We were really impressed with the quality of EVERY dish that was served, and you really cannot find any fault with the food in this place.
We also love the creativity of their drinks menu e.g. “BLOODY KIM JONG IL” (which is made of Russian Standard Vodka, Kimchi and Tomato).
Ratings: 4/5
Food Advice: The place tend to get crowded really quickly so be there EARLY! Must try the (1) ‘oyster’ yakitori; (2) ‘KFC’ aka Korean Fried Cauliflower; (3) Chicken and Egg Rice and (4) Sweet Corn Tempura.
Address: 33-35 Bridges Street SOHO, Sheung Wan
How to get there: 7-min walk from Exit A2, Sheung Wan MTR Station [Be warned: Lots of stairs to climb, but a great pre-meal exercise!]
