things u should Always do the night before:
file ur nails (even if its dark and they turn out uneven u can fix them up in the morning and itll take less time)
shave ur face (either for hair removal or derma-planing always night before cus if u cut urself at least ull have time to heal)
remove ur nail polish (at least remove it so that the acetone isnt there in the morning to remove the new coat of color :)
if you cry put cold compress on ur eyes the night before
charge devices
scented body lotions so that before u leave the house the next day theres the subtle body lotion scent and u can spray perfume on top of it :)

bought some sheet masks from beauteque!
you can subscribe to their “mask maven” for $15/month and receive a variety of sheet masks
i used to use it but i couldn’t keep up with the amount of masks! i had to give away some to friends. if you’re a big masker i highly recommend this subscription though.

Korean Sheet Mask
Aside from drinking water and relaxing, the easiest way to do something good for your skin without wasting a lot of money is to use a sheet mask. Sheet masks are an excellent introduction to Korean beauty; they only cost a few dollars and take 20 minutes to achieve dewier, glowier skin.
Sheet masks, like most other beauty trends, originated in South Korea, which is known for its commitment to skincare and cosmetics innovation. The success of Korean skincare routine created an impact around the world including the middle eastern countries.
Korean Sheet masks must be highly durable, and they can be made of a variety of materials, including dense but flexible paper, cellulose, a variety of fabrics, microfibres, and even more environmentally friendly alternatives like coconut pulp and cotton wool. Sheet masks is one of the important factors in 10 steps Korean skincare routine followed by Koreans.

Summer skincare tips
Decided to make this because my skincare changes a bit in the summer.
Layer skincare. Since it’s hot you probably don’t want to put on a lot of moisturizer. Cleanse, apply a hydrating toner or face mist, then apply a bit of your moisturizer.
You could also apply essence after toner/ face mist for lightweight hydration and glow then go in with a bit of moisturizer.
Wear sunscreen
If you have to, skip moisturizer then go straight to sunscreen.
Use a brightening cleanser or cleanser that evens your skin tone. I do this even though I wear sunscreen just to keep my skintone even.
Use a gel cleanser, you don’t have to do this but it’s refreshing to keep one around. Throughout the week I switch off between my brightening cleanser and this.
Use a clay /mud mask weekly, you’ll find you’ll need it more during this time because of sweating, wearing sunscreen, etc.
Use an umbrella. Might seem weird but it really helps again the sun, I take mine everywhere.

𝓌𝒾𝓃𝓉𝑒𝓇 𝓈𝓀𝒾𝓃𝒸𝒶𝓇𝑒 𝓉𝒾𝓅𝓈
my skin and lips tends to become extremely dry, dull and flaky in the winter months due to freezing weather and drying indoor heating, so here are some tips to help you guys out!
• moisturize!! seriously!! twice a day!!! this balances out oily/ dry patches of you skin, and will reduce inflammation if you have sensitive skin (like mee)
• you don’t need to exfoliate too often, i use my face scrub once a week (variable depending on your skin type), this boosts skin regeneration and makes product absorption better
• drinks loads of water, or green tea, or herbal teas, or warm water with lemon e.t.c whatever keeps you hydrated! it’s so easy to forget when you’re busy, so carry a water bottle wherever you go, and aim to drink all of it by the end of the day for example
• eat foods with high water-content, examples include strawberries, apples, oranges and veggies like celery and cucumber. an adequate diet will benefit your skin and well as ur physical health
• use organic, good-quality lip balm, ones like burt’s bees, pangea organics, the body shop will really help chapped lips
• remove dead skin from your lips by wetting them with luke-warm water, and scrubbing them dry with a towel. my friend said scru cream is a good exfoliater, but i haven’t tried it
• get enough sleep!! if you’re sleep-deprived, your body produces the stress hormone cortisol, which will stress out your skin, and cause inflammation
