i don't think ENA has "lore", i think it has themes and motifs, i think you're meant to analyze it on a more emotional level than people seem to do. why is it that ENA is always acting wrong according to other characters? why is her more positive demeanor endlessly accommodating even if she never gets a return on that politeness? what kind of experience might this be portraying? how does it make you feel?

The Homestuck community isn’t the first fandom to pretend that “the new stuff [about minorities] doesn’t count [because it was made by marginalised people]” (Star Wars, Doctor Who, Spider-Man, etc) but they are one of the most annoying.

The sheer cognitive dissonance this fandom has that the wider opinion is “Only the parts made by Andrew Hussie count. And only before they started identifying as non-binary. And especially only the bits made by white people” like wow I wonder why.

People will try and argue, “it’s because it frames itself as non-canon” which first of all, no it doesn’t, but even if it did, that seems to be working out well for Undertale/Deltarune. Something tells me that if Toby Fox had signed Deltarune off to a bunch of trans people & people of color people would be arguing that that is a soulless corporate cashgrab too.

People on the Homestuck subreddit still talk about how Hussie got brainwashed by the trans community. It’s fucking dire out here.

Hinamizawa Forever!

I had fun with last week's drawing, but it made me realize how rusty I've gotten while focusing on other projects.

This week I wanted to get back into it with something fun. And since cartoons is the most fun to draw, I decided to draw the Hinamizawa kids together in their wonderful village where nothing ever goes wrong. 💛

It's probably clear by looking at it, but I did spend more than an hour working on this one.

Meakashi-hen is an arc I both hate and love, but the hate is just because it hurts so much. The twins are both such excellently written characters.

hi nezumi! i saw what anon said last month and while i don't agree with what they said, they might be onto something. ur videos' subject matter is pretty clear, so i disagree with them on that part, and i also don't think you should just stick to doing what the subscribers found you for since that's draining as a creative. but i do think they might have been onto something when it comes to the presentation of your videos (thumbnails, titles.) i don't want to overstep and give unwanted criticism so would it be alright with you if i send another ask detailing my opinion and advice??
