Went back to PT today. 6-12 weeks of stretching 1-2 times a day before I can move up to strengthening exercises.
The bright side is, it shouldn't be so hard to fit the 25 minute stretching sessions into my schedule. That's a little more manageable than what I've done in the past.
She seems pretty confident I'll be back to being able to lift weights like I have in the past so I'm excited🌺
Some reasons I look forward to working through my physical therapy journey:
Being able to weight lift again
Being able to play basketball again
Can work twards my pilates certification
Being able to run around various places without experiencing pain the following days
Feeling strong again
Getting to do my favorite warm up exercise again

You don’t need to be in constant search for the sacrosanct productivity to deserve praise.
