The dystopian cyberpunk future we predicted is here

Today on the way home from work, I biked past a guy letting out giant clouds of nicotine laden vapor, a group of young folks playing an augmented reality game (gotta catch ‘em all!) and a dude who had skateboards in the trunk of his car setting up to launch a drone off the sidewalk in new center. When I got home I picked up a package from the mailbox, a product I got a deep discount on in exchange for my opinions’ use as a marketing tool, and climbed up four flights of stairs because the old apartment building I live in has an elevator, but it has been busted for who knows how long. Then my partner and I had spaghetti and watched a cartoon about gay space rocks.
