My edit of our three Resident Evil hotties ❤️💗💜 I’m not an Ada fan solely because of how manipulative she lowkey is towards Leon, but she’s really pretty😅 Also, this is my first edit on AE rather than VideoStar

Here you go @itwillbeall-dwight I was your secret Santa and decided to write some sweet platonic Ji-Woon and Yun-Jin for you :)
Medicine For The Soul
Platonic Yun-Jin x Ji-Woon
By: Eren Noke
It was around that time of year again, the season that all retail workers hate with a passion, having to listen to the same damn same songs on repeat every single hour of the damn day while on the job. The time where everyone's wallets are begging to be fed again, and while the times were supposed to be Jolly, it could get a little depressing for some.
And in the singing industry, stressful couldn't even begin to describe the amount of pressure put on Ji-Woon for the holidays. Though his manager Yun-Jin, was not all that worried about getting a Christmas album out at first for him, her higher ups were on his ass about releasing one by Christmas day, and needless to say, it had taken a toll on his throat and his mental state.
It was around ten-thirty at night, and they were both in the studio together, they had been there since one o’clock, and they were both exhausted. They had spent so much time revising and making sure everything was absolutely perfect, and had spent most of this afternoon recording the last of the songs they hadn't gotten to do earlier this week. And at the moment, they were on the final song. Ji-Woon looked like an absolute wreck at the moment. He was dressed in black sweatpants, and a grey tank top, his hoodie he had on originally had been carelessly discarded off to the side. His hair was an absolute mess, and he just wanted to be done.
Yun-Jin didn't look much better, her purple hair that was normally down and straightened flat, was up in a messy bun, her skirt had been traded out for a pair of leggings, and she was wearing an oversized hoodie. Normally she would never be caught wearing something like this in the studio of all places, but it was late and they were both exhausted, so she made an exception. She had headphones on as she listened to Ji-Woon sing, not being able to feel anything but horrible for the man at the way he looked. She knew she would have to do something to thank him for all his hard work being put into this. And she really hoped he would have a great Christmas tomorrow.
———————————————————————
As Ji-Woon sung the last note of his song and the music faded out, Yun-Jin hit a button to end the recording, and Ji-Woon basically stumbled out of the recording studio, haphazardly grabbing his hoodie and taking a seat on the chair beside Yun-Jin, leaning backwards as he was finally able to speak properly in hours, "Please tell me...it at least came out good…”he begged quietly, and he was reassured with a gentle pat on the leg.
“I'm sure it will turn out great, don't worry your pretty little head kid..” she told him with a small, faint smile on her face. He never saw her smile often, so it was nice to see she was genuinely pleased with how the songs turned out. “We'll release the album tomorrow after the producers get it all sorted out. For now, you're off the hook, you deserve to have a bit of a break, maybe spend Christmas with your family? Friends? Partner?”
Ji-Woon only shook his head, putting a hand up to stop her from speaking anymore, “My parents suck...I don't really have any friends, and I'm single as one can be, believe it or not, so please, spare me with that. I'm staying in tomorrow, getting takeout for the night, and sleeping till I can't...rest my sore throat a little and all that,” he said with a small chuckle as he leaned his head back once more, reaching for his water bottle that had been refilled way too many times throughout this session.
Now that he was finished, the man looked even more exhausted, and Yun-Jin just stared at him, a look of wonder on her face before she stood up, making her way towards the studio door almost silently with her slippers on, slipping out and walking off. She knew exactly what this man needed, and that was some hot chocolate. It was Christmas time, and almost eleven at night, and she couldn't help but feel somewhat bad for how hard she worked with him this month, but it needed to be done so she didn't lose her job. She couldn't risk that.
———————————————————————
It was around twenty minutes after eleven when Yun-Jin returned back, carrying two steaming to-go cups of hot chocolate, with way too much whipped cream than what should be allowed. The sweet aroma filled the studio up almost immediately, and Ji-Woon's head perked up slightly at it, not having even realized the girl had left. To be totally honest, he had fallen asleep as soon as Yun-Jin had slipped through the door, and as she handed him that warm cup of chocolatey goodness, he gave her a genuine smile, “Thank you...it smells delicious…” he told her.
When he took a sip, he could tell immediately she had used milk for the hot chocolate instead of water, it tasted so much better than what he normally had when he let himself ‘indulge’ in sweets every now and again. He was an idol, he didn't eat sweets and junk food often, but like hell he didn't deserve this after all his hard work.
The woman took a seat beside him, sipping on her own drink, leaning against his shoulder with a sigh. Ever since the death of his bandmates, Ji-Woon and Yun-Jin had gotten close. He didn't have a crush on the woman, but he would consider her his closest friend, “Do you have anything planned for the holidays? Boyfriend? Parents? Anything?” he asked her, leaning his head on top of hers.
“No...nothing really. I doubt my parents want to talk to me since I'm always too busy to drop by, and believe it or not, I'm also embarrassingly single,” she said with a small chuckle, licking her lips as a bit of whipped cream got on to them.
Ji-Woon could only nod, a question coming up in his head that he wasn't sure if he should ask, but ultimately, he did. Why the hell shouldn't he? Spend Christmas with his best friend? Hell yeah! “Do you want to spend Chrismtas at my house? We can watch stupid movies, sleep in, and make cookies. I have an extra mattress you could sleep on, I remember you told me you don't like sleeping with other people in the same bed, so I figured that's the best option.”
The woman lifted her head from his shoulder, a small grin on her face at the question before she nodded, “Yeah..that sounds nice. But wanna know what sounds even nicer? Sleep, let's get going, we can drink and walk,”she said as she stood up, pulling on her jacket and hat, and the other man follow suit, pulling on his hoodie and putting on a pair of earmuffs he had gotten from a fan for the holidays.
Ji-Woon opened the door for her, and she did a little mock bow that caused them both to start laughing. And as they made their way out of the studio, the clock struck midnight when they stepped out the doors, and all the pretty Christmas lights surrounding the studio came on, illuminating both of their faces as they walked down the snowy sidewalk, chatting and sipping on their hot chocolate.
And if they did this every year afterwards when they had no one? Well...no one needed to know about that, now did they?

So.....I may or may not have made a mask that was Quentin-themed. Kind of a like a “If Quentin was a killer” kind of thing what his mask would look like. And I took pictures! Hope you like it!
(P.S was thinking of doing an ask blog, but it would probably be writing instead of art. Since I can’t draw for shit lmao)

A Day To Remember, a Nea x Yui Oneshot

Tumblr media
This is a commission collab I did with my friend Fizzie! Basically, we came up with the idea that we give each other characters and a third or first-person POV to go off of, and we write a story just based on those. She posted hers a day or so ago, so go check it out and give it some love!
Fizzie’s Story: http://aminoapps.com/p/u8pxte
Keep in mind…she doesn’t know the plot ;) But I decided with the number of characters she gave me, I would do an AU where they just have a girl’s day! She gave me Nea, Yui, Laurie, Claudette, and Meg to work with! Hope you enjoy girl!
Also uh....had to add a little side ship of your OTP since I know how much you like Quendette :)

━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
The weather was perfect today. The sun was shining, no clouds to be seen...it was just a great day to get out and do something. And that’s exactly what this group of friends was doing. But they weren’t going out just as a last-minute thing, this was all planned out months in advance. And it was going to happen no matter the conditions.
Why so dead set on going out? Well, today was an extremely special day for two girls, in particular, those girls being Nea and Yui. The two had been dating for...well what seemed like forever. But they had been dating for around four years maybe? Ever since the beginning of college. And well...within the next couple of days, they were going to get married. And who else would be a part of their wedding if not their group of friends they had been with basically since they were children?
Now, things weren’t always great for this group of girls, but honestly, it always worked out in the end. And today would hopefully be no different. The five of them were just supposed to go out and get their nails done, then go to lunch afterward. And it was all supposed to go according to plan, but you know, nothing could ever go perfect, especially not with this group.
━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
It had all started this morning, and can you guess who the first one to screw up was? If you guessed Nea, you would be correct. The girl had forgotten to set her alarm the previous night, and Yui had gone to spend the night with some of her old friends from Japan that had flown down to America for the wedding of their friend. They had stayed at the hotel, but they weren’t coming with them to get their nails done today. Since it was just going to be the two bridal parties together.
And as anyone could have guessed, Yui was not that happy to find out that Nea had forgotten an alarm on a pretty special day. But, Nea had apologized profusely as she ran around the house quickly getting changed into sweatpants and a t-shirt, all while their three friends Laurie, Meg, and Claudette giggled at the couple’s antics. The lack of Nea being prepared did not make them late though, so that was a little bit of a bonus to the shitty beginning of the day.
━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
When they arrived at the nail salon, everyone was no doubt, excited. Nea was talking with Meg and Claudette as they walked in, trying to decide on a matching color. Since the two were her bridesmaids, she wanted to make sure she picked out something they all liked. In the end, they had decided on a pretty light pink color. Since Nea’s dress was white, sticking with the traditional way of things. Well, as traditional as you could get with a lesbian wedding that is. The pink would match really well with the bright white gown.
Yui on the other hand was supposed to wear a white kimono, sticking with her traditional Japanese ways. She had a pink and white floral uchikake for the reception afterward, something her grandmother had worn at her own wedding, a garment Yui absolutely adored ever since she was a child. Now….she would get to marry the love of her life in it.
Laurie was her bridesmaid, being closer to the older woman than Nea’s two other friends. And they had both decided on a beige color for their nails, thinking it would look good with the white and the pink. Which, funny enough, were the colors for the decorations the two women had decided to be their main decor of the ceremony.
━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
As they walked inside the salon, there weren’t a lot of people there, maybe like….two others? Since it was still pretty early, but since they were getting both nails and feet done, they didn’t want to be there super late in the day when more people would start popping up. Common decency at its finest.
They were lead to sit down by a worker after picking out a polish from the walls, deciding to get acrylics for their hands with gel polish instead of normal polish, so it would stick on longer. And...quite a few of them had short nails, mostly because of their jobs. Yui was a mechanic since she always loved bikes and cars, things like that. Nea was a painter, but not a normal one. She got paid to do graffiti art on bridges and such, something to make the town more lively.
Meg was a semi-professional athlete. She wasn’t too well known, but she made a pretty good amount of money. Laurie was a childcare worker, working at a school and her nails broke easily around young children, she had come to learn that the hard way. And Claudette was a doctor, and she didn’t want to accidentally be poking people with her nails all too often through the gloves she wore. So needless to say, they didn’t get to have nice long nails like some girls a lot of the time and wanted to make sure they stayed on for the amount of time they could have them.
━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
They were sat down in the chairs to get their toes done first, one of the workers bringing over five glasses of champagne for them, one for each girl. And since they were all over twenty-one, they accepted it gratefully. Claudette wasn’t much of a drinker, but she would make an exception for this. It was a pretty special day after all, and she had taken off work for the next two days for the wedding.
Honestly, most of them had forgotten what it was like to just...be pampered like they were. It was honestly something they weren’t able to do often, being adults and such now with jobs to worry about. So it was relaxing while they just chatted, laughed, drank, and got their nails done. They did have a little incident where Meg almost kicked the nail stylist because the red-head was very much ticklish, but it didn’t seem to phase the person working on her. Only waving it off with a chuckle and saying it happens all the time.
━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
They were there probably around….three and a half hours? Mostly because despite the early time of day, a lot of people seemed to come in quickly, and the girls had to wait to get their hands done. But, nonetheless, it was worth the wait, and the five females were very happy with how everything turned out.
Though they didn’t condone drinking and driving, Claudette didn’t really like the champagne, and only ended up drinking two or so sips before she couldn’t do it anymore, finding the taste too strong without a chaser. And Nea was more than willing to finish it off for the smaller girl.
This also meant Claudette was now their driver for going off to lunch. So, they all piled into Laurie’s car, Laurie in the front with Claudette while the other three sat in the back, Nea and Yui sitting beside each other holding hands while Meg stared out the window, asking where they were going for the thousandth time since they left the salon. And the answer was the same each time. It was some little small-town restaurant that Claudette’s boyfriend, Quentin, owned. So not only would they get a discount, but he made pretty awesome food.
━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
It didn’t take long to get there, the place only slightly packed for the rush hour of lunchtime. And they quickly got out of the car, heading inside while chatting, obviously having to tease Claudette about coming to the place her boyfriend worked at.
As they walked inside, they spotted the curly-haired brunette behind the diner immediately. He had on his usual bright smile, his smile only growing bigger when he saw the five walk in, but it was definitely aimed towards Claudette.
“Hey, guys! Welcome in and have a seat wherever you want. I trust you guys to not take any unneeded space,” he said, more concentrated on the plates of food he was currently trying to carry. Quentin had changed a lot since high school. He wasn’t as shy as he used to be, and he had grown a lot taller almost six feet, and his hair had grown out a little longer. Needless to say, Claudette made a really good choice when she decided to start dating the nerdy kid.
The five took a seat at a booth, Meg, Laurie, and Claudette on one side with Nea and Yui on the other sitting beside each other. They chatted as they waited patiently for Quentin to come over to take their order, the boy handing off the plates of food to his co-worker, and ex-girlfriend Nancy. They had ended off on good terms, Quentin finding out he was into Claudette. And Nancy was totally fine with that, considering she and Quentin had been friends since childhood.
When he did come over, he let his customer service facade drop, his smile still there but seeming just a little less fake. He leaned down to press a quick kiss against Claudette’s cheek, causing the girl to giggle quietly and her friends to coo at her, “Alright….I’m guessing you all want the usual? Tea for you babe, water for Laurie, Sprite for Meg, iced tea for Yui, and a coke for Nea?” he asked, earning nods and smiles from the five girls. He wrote it down and walked off quickly, not before giving a quick congratulations to Yui and Nea. He hadn’t had much time to see them running his diner. One that his friend Steve had said he should open and most of his friends had pressured him into it. It was one of the best decisions of his life if he was entirely honest.
━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
They sat and chatted for an hour or so, eating the food that was paid for by Quentin, despite the objections of everyone at the table. But, the brunette was kind that way...even if he was a little more than annoyed when he saw the tip left for him by the five women. Since the day was over, Claudette was going to drive everyone home with Laurie’s car, and Quen would pick her up when he was done with work in a couple more hours.
Nea and Yui were the first to be dropped off since their house was the closest, the engaged couple giving hugs and promises of seeing them tomorrow bright and early to go to where their wedding ceremony was supposed to be held. And after the goodbye’s, waved as they watched their three friends drive off down the road.
Nea turned to her smaller fiance, a small smile on her face as she slipped her arms around the woman’s waist, pulling her closer and pressing a kiss against her forehead, “I ever tell you how much I love you?” she asked with a small tilt of her head, and Yui could only giggle at Nea’s antics.
“You say it all the time darling....but I guess there’s nothing wrong with hearing it again..” she told her as she leaned up, arms wrapping around her shoulders to kiss her properly, lips pressed firmly against Nea’s. If this is what she was getting for the rest of her life, well, then she got pretty damn lucky.

You're An Asshole, Anyone Ever Tell You That?
Mal x Frank
━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
This is a commission I did for this gorgeous person named Mal! I hope you enjoy it girly!
━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
Word Count

━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
Was there a time in your life where you ever felt..alone? A time where you felt unwanted and like you were a burden to everyone that was in your presence? A time where all you wanted was a friend to talk to about your problems? Only to be ignored and pushed away by the people that are supposed to hold you close and keep you safe? Well, that was a constant in the life of Malaikat Jahat. Pushed away and left out of everything by her mother and her three older siblings, she always felt...alone. Some found it selfish of her to be so gloomy when she had such a ‘great life’ in the eyes of others. Her family was well off on money, she was a gorgeous girl, and a smart one at that. She was everything anyone ever wanted to be, or so they thought. If they knew her home life, they would change that idea around quickly...after all, money can’t buy you happiness.
Mal always wondered why she was doomed to the life she had...but it always brought her back to one place, her mother’s morals. Her mother had gotten pregnant with her under...unfortunate circumstances, and due to her morals, her mom couldn’t bear the thought of aborting a fetus….so she instead raised the child with the bare minimum, food, and water, a place to sleep. Something parents are supposed to be obligated to do. But, she never hung out with or spent time with Mal as she did with the poor girl’s older siblings. but...Mal never spoke out about it. She was used to the neglectfulness of her mom, despite how unfair it was.
But that didn’t mean Mal didn’t try to make her mother happy. She got good grades and tried her best to make something of herself...to make her mother proud, but nothing ever seemed good enough to please her mom. For fifteen years she tried so hard...until she just snapped, and it started an argument with her mother. And at the ripe age of fifteen....was when her mother had told her for the first time, “Nothing you ever do will make me happy! Because you weren’t supposed to happen! A mistake, that’s EXACTLY what you are. So everything you do will always be a mistake!” and for years to come...that sentence would haunt her every night as she tried to sleep, silent tears dripping from her face at the pain her own mother’s words caused. And well...she stopped trying. What was the point in trying to please someone who made it clear they never wanted you in the first place?
At the age of eighteen...Mal just couldn’t take it anymore...and she packed up all her belongings, moving in with a couple of her friends. Throughout the years between fifteen and eighteen, Mal had grown into some bad habits. One of those being that she walked at night alone. Sure she could protect herself well, but still, it wasn’t safe to do that. And needless to say, old habits die hard. So when she moved in with her friends, she couldn’t stay in one place too long. And in the middle of the night, she packed up her stuff in a bag and left...no goodbye, no warning, no nothing.
She walked for hours in her thoughts, unaware of her surroundings as she walked, not noticing how foggy it seemed to be getting the more she walked. And when she did finally notice...it was too late. She was far into the dense woods...lost and no idea where she was. She didn’t know much, but one thing she did know, is she wanted to get out. And so she tried...over and over making twists and turns in the forest, scraping herself up as the creepers and vines on the ground tangled around her ankles and brought her crashing down onto the cold hard dirt of the woods. And eventually...she saw something up ahead. It was a little light….and she could hear voices as she got closer. These people could have been dangerous...but she didn’t care. And she used the last little bit of her energy to sprint towards the orange light and voices up ahead. But...she wasn’t where she thought she was.
━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
That was how she ended up where she is now...the entity’s realm. The little group of people she had met, turned out to be much larger than she had thought. And there were...maybe around twenty people. But they all seemed nice...in their way. She had made very good friends with Nea, given their similar personalities. And despite their bi-polar personalities, she had made good friends with Quentin, the dream walker.
He had been the one to explain most of how everything worked around here, that they ran from killers and did generators. On her first trial, she was worried she wouldn’t be able to do the generators that well, having no previous mechanic experiences, but...it all came naturally to her like she had been doing it for years. That was probably what it had been like for everyone, seeming that quite a few of them didn’t seem like the engineering types….except maybe Yui.
━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
She got summoned into a trial first, along with Meg, Nea, and Quentin. This was normally a good group. Quentin was normally the healer since he was more of the type to help others rather than help himself, and the other three were normally able to escape killers pretty easily and run them around for long periods. And it always ended with the four of them taunting at the opened exit gates, the killers giving them annoyed looks as though they wanted them to leave. Which they probably did if she was completely honest.
But today did not seem to be their lucky day. They were up against one of the Legion members...Frank, maybe she thought it was? And he had seemed to take the smart route, making sure Quentin was out of the game quick, so they’d have a lesser chance of healing themselves...and he had brought that damned iridescent button, so their pallet looping was useless at that point. So...they weren’t left with much of a choice besides trying to go around and heal each other...do generators...and try not to get seen, all at the same time. And you could probably guess that didn’t go down well.
It started with Meg...the girl having been knocked down after a good minute or so of being chased...which was pretty good with a team with basically no pallets. While Meg was on the hook, he had found Nea pretty quickly waiting around for the save, knocking her down and taking her towards a hook.
Mal had gone in for the save, praying that she would have enough time...and she did, after Meg was on the second hook stage though. Nea had been hooked once before now, the girl had tried to take protection hit for Quentin before he died, but that didn’t do much for the team, considering how the trial was going at the moment. After Nea was placed on the hook, Mal and Meg didn’t have time tog o run off together and heal, so they split. Meg trying to lead the killer away from the hook, and mal trying to go in for the save.
As soon as Mal got to the hook though, Frank had decided he lost interest in Meg, and instead had his sights on her, grabbing her off the hook with a grunt as he threw her over her shoulder, watching as the spidery limbs impaled Nea and took her into the sky.
As Frank carried her over to a hook, she was wiggling and pounding at his back to try and get off, but it didn’t seem to deter him from his task of slapping her on a hook. As the rusty metal made contact with her skin, she let out a pained scream, whimpering quietly as she hung there limply. It always hurt less when you didn’t try and get off yourself...also made the dying process slower and gave you a chance of surviving longer.
As Mal was on the hook, she could see Meg’s aura as she ran around...probably being chased if she had to guess, and that wasn’t a good sign. It meant that Ma herself would probably die on her first hook, which was never ideal. So, Mal attempted to get off herself once...twice...by this point she could see the spider limbs materializing around her. If she didn’t get off this time she was surely dead...as she heard meg scream, signaling she had been downed, she tried her last attempt, and...she got off!
In her surprise, she stood there, dumbfounded for a second before she heard Meg yell, only to be cut off as she was impaled, starting to be lifted into the sky. And Mal knew she only had a limited amount of time to find the hatch before Frank did...so she took off running, hearing the heartbeat soon begin to pound in her ears as the Legion gave chase.
She was bleeding, exhausted, and all she wanted to do was collapse and not get up again, but she knew she had to keep moving. She wouldn’t let this bastard get the last laugh. She was far too competitive for that to happen. She was going to put up one hell of a fight, even if it meant it made her even more tired than before.
But luck wasn’t on her side for too long, as the next thing she knew, she was slashed on her back, falling to the floor with a scream, cheek slamming against the cold dirt of the fake Earth. No...it couldn’t end like this...she wouldn’t let it. She continued to crawl, hearing the slow footsteps of Frank as he walked beside her crawling form, laughing his ass off as he looked down at her.
“Don’t know why you’re in such a hurry doll face, there ain’t no way you’re getting far with me right here. You got such a huge head, there’s got to be a brain in there to give you some sort of common sense, right?” he remarked at her dying form, earning a growl and a glare in response as she stopped moving, blue end green eyes looking up at the masked figure.
“Eat shit bub...at least I’m not a psychotic maniac that goes around killing people for the joy of it. Sick freak,” she snapped back, spitting up the blood pouring from her mouth up at him, watching as the crimson liquid hit his mask, dripping down the side. Though it didn’t seem to elicit the response she wanted, instead he just laughed once more.
He knelt slightly, looking her dead in the eyes as he removed his mask, looking at it before wiping the blood away. She could see him now...his face that is. He had dark chocolate brown eyes that matched with the little pieces of brown hair that poked from underneath his hoodie. He had many scars across his face. One on his nose, on his lip, and hell, even his nose was a little crooked and bent out of shape, God knows what he did to get those, but Mal didn’t necessarily care.
“Tough words from someone I could kill single-handedly anytime I feel like it,” he told her cockily, a smirk etched onto his face. He was pale...a tattoo of what looked to be a skull printed on his neck...and honestly, despite the situation, mal thought it was dope as hell. In the back of her mind, she knew he was right, that she shouldn’t be talking like this if she wanted to be showed Mercy, but she really couldn’t help it. It was just her personality.
“Tell ya what sweet cheeks, if you’re able to find the hatch before you’re about to bleed out, I’ll let you take it. But if you don’t well...I’ll kill you by my hand, and I don’t want that mori I brought going to waste,” he teased as he twirled his knife in his hand. Damn bastard...always had to make everything into a game.
“If I were you I would hurry up...you don’t have much time left before your doom~” he sing-songed as he stood up once more, crossing his arms as he looked down at her, which she could only guess meant he was going to watch her crawl and bleed as she looked for the hatch. Of course, he would watch...he wouldn’t just let her crawl off that easily as she had hoped.
━━━━━⊱✿⊰━━━━━━
As she crawled, they didn’t say much to each other, the only thing being heard being her grunts of pain as she tried to find the hatch, listening out for the sound that was oh so familiar to her. But she knew she was running out of time, and her hope was dwindling. That was until she heard the familiar noise coming from the killer shack, and she hastily crawled towards it.
But her plans seemed to be stopped as she saw frank get in front of her crawling form, standing in the doorway with his arms crossed over his chest, a small smirk on his face as he lifted his foot, pressing his boot against her forehead,” Times up, you’re gonna bleed out,” he said with a small smirk as he put his mask back on his face, unsheathing his knife from the holster as he took his foot off her face, going behind her as he slashed at her, hearing a cry as he stabbed her in the wrist.
She pulled away for a second, seeming like she was trying to scramble for the hatch before he stabbed her in her Achilles tendon. Good luck trying to get away now with that ankle, dragging her closer and flipping her over as he sat on top of her, “Any last words doll?” he asked.
All he got in response was another thing of spit being sent at his mask, a growl coming from the girl below him, “You’re an asshole, anyone ever told you that?” she asked. But sadly, she wasn’t dignified with a  response, instead screaming as the knife was pressed into her chest, Frank dragging the blade down as he cut her chest open, blood getting on his hands. “Yeah...all the time,” he said with a smirk as he got off of her dead body, giving it a swift kick to the ribs before he was taken back to Ormond.

Ice Shards and Hockey Cards - OC x Susie
This is a one shot commission I did for someone who wanted their OC shipped with Susie! Hope you enjoy!))
The loud cheering and the sound of skates against the ice sticks smacking against one another, and the voice of the announcer over the speakers was all that could be heard throughout the arena. It was the third and final quarter and everyone was on the edge of their seats as the clock counted down. The three seemingly most anxious ones were a small group in the midst of the much larger crowd. One had short brown hair, buzzed on one side with brown eyes. He was short, sported in a red and white varsity jacket with '1993' printed on the back. His name was Frank. Beside him, sat a much taller African-American man, wearing a black hoodie and black pants, black hair buzzed and brown eyes slit in concentration as he looked down at the ice, his name was Joey. And the final member of the group, the only female with them at the moment, with shining blue eyes and cotton candy pink hair, was cheering the loudest. She had on a black t-shirt, sporting a pair of black leggings and a black checkered skirt, her name was Susie.
They had been invited by their friend Julie, a hotheaded female with the attitude only certain people could come up to par with, to watch her play in her final match of the season for her college team, the Corvid Crows. Everyone was on the edge of their seats, as the two teams were tied, had been for most of the game. Julie had the puck, one of her teammates seemingly parallel to her as she skated down the length of the ice, waiting for the blonde to make a move. There were three other girls, hot on her heels, trying to maybe trip her up or take the puck, something to run out the time of the game or maybe even get them a shot on net, anything to keep Julie from scoring, as she and another girl, Anastasia Woodland, had made a majority of the shots for their team.
As Julie got closer to the net, she seemed to notice she really didn't have a great angle and didn't want to make the shot and possibly miss. She wanted to make sure it was a sure shot. She noticed Ana in her peripheral vision, keeping her eyes forward as she made a pass, a little bit in front of the other blonde, who immediately picked up on what Julie was trying for. The fact that they were able to pass so effortlessly, with not much communication, was what threw the other team off, and before they knew it, Anna had a basically clear shot on the net, pelting the little black puck forward with all the strength and speed she could manage, and as the puck flew into the back of the net, the buzzer sounded, ending the game with a win for the Corvid Crows. The sound of loud yelling and cheers from their team was basically deafening as they swarmed the two blondes, patting them on the back and giving them fist-bumps, knowing the two weren't big on hugging. And with that...their season was over.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After the game came to a close, the small group of friends from before was standing by the entrance of the arena, the pink-haired girl, Susie, was anxiously bouncing on the balls of her feet as she waited for her best friend, and as soon as she saw the blonde come out she ran over, throwing her arms around her in a hug as she congratulated her on the wind. And though Julie was never one for physical contact, she made a constant exception for Susie, who seemed to never care about personal space all that much. But she was just too nice to say no to.
It was only when Susie pulled away from the hug, she noticed the taller blonde girl beside Julie, an awkward smile on her face as she looked at the two of them, the pink-haired girl felt awful for not noticing her at first, too caught up in her own excitement for Julie," I-I'm so sorry! I didn't notice you there! I was uh...a little too excited I guess," she apologized, a small giggle escaping her as she ran a hand through her long hair nervously.
All she got was a small laugh in response to her apology, the girl beside Julie shaking her head and waving her hand dismissively," Oh no, it's fine! I can get the same way sometimes when I'm excited, I'm sure everyone can," she told her. Susie had to admit...the girl talking with her was pretty. She had long blonde hair, tied back with a baby blue bow, along with a matching blue jacket, with Corvid printed on the front of it, a college sweater if she had to guess. She had these pretty blue eyes....and she noticed little white studs in her ears. She....really pulled the color blue off well.
Little did the smaller girl know, the blonde was having similar thoughts about Susie. She didn't know her name.....but she looked adorable. Her pink hair complimented her pretty blue eyes well....her pale skin complimenting the black and dark red she was wearing. But...she couldn't fathom why she wasn't wearing a jacket of some sort. She must have been freezing," Hey...it's cold in here. Where's your jacket?" she asked, head tilting to the side in confusion.
It was then Susie realized how cold she really was, the excitement and adrenaline having distracted her, and she just let out a nervous laugh," I uh....may have forgotten it in the car when we came. It's okay though, I'm sure I can just borrow one, maybe joey will give me his," she told her, but she was cut off from turning to ask Joey for his hoodie when the blue cloth was thrown over her head, looking over at the blonde as she took the garment off of her face. And...she realized that the blonde girl had taken off her college jumper, and had given it to Susie to wear, her cheeks flushing red at the realization, "O-Oh! Uhm...th-thank you! But you really didn't have to uh..." she trailed off, realizing she didn't even know this girl's name.
The blonde seemed to pick up on this, grinning at Susie as she replied with her name, "Anastasia, Anastasia Woodland, but everyone just calls me Anna," she said with a small shrug as she watched Susie pull the jumper over her head. It looked cute on her...since it was big compared to her small body, and the jumper matched her blue eyes.
It was then that Frank interrupted their conversation, slinging an arm over Susie's shoulder, "Hey Susie, we were gonna go out for drinks to celebrate if you wanna come! Julie said Ana was gonna come song," he told her, motioning over to the said female, who seemed to have no say in the matter. But it's not like Ana would have said no if they had asked her to go. She was always down for a celebration party, especially if it meant free alcohol from others, and if it meant she could get to know Susie a bit more.
Susie was apparently the one that had driven them there, not entirely trusting Frank or Joey to not drink at the game. Guess that's what happened when you made the legal drinking age in Canada nineteen. And the little group had all agreed Ana could sit in the passenger's seat, not wanting her to have to sit in between Frank and Joey, who were going to be sitting in the back with Julie.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In the end, while in the car, the five of them had decided that instead of just going for drinks, they would get food as well. Everyone was hungry, especially the two that had just finished their game. It was around nine at night by now, and they had decided to just grab some beer or something from a liquor store and grab some fast food. No one was in the mood to go sit inside of some sort of restaurant.
So, they had first gone and grabbed a couple of cases of beer, Susie deciding not to drink since she had to drive. And after they had gotten their drinks, she had driven them to McDonald's, cheap and lots of food for a somewhat small price. Instead of just sitting in the car to eat and drink, she made her way towards a little trail, that would lead them up to an old ski lodge that Susie and her friends used to hang out in their teenage years. They hadn't been back in a while...but she figured it would be a fun and nostalgic experience.
The lodge had been fixed up a little...well, correction. The four of them had decided to try and fix it up before they all had to go off to college and had ditched the project when they were almost done with it, all always being way too busy, and it's not like anyone else besides them hung out there as far as they knew.
And when they arrived at the fixed up lodge, the three in the back immediately hopped out, taking the food and the drinks inside as they trudged through the snow. There was no electricity, but they had lanterns and a fireplace for heat and light, which was enough for the small group. Living in Canada would make you somewhat used to the cold.
Susie followed after them, Ana by her side, Susie thinking the blonde was only staying beside her and talking to her since Julie was busy talking with the guys. "I'm gonna drive everyone home when you all are done drinking. Wanna give me your address so I can write it down before you get too drunk to remember?" Susie asked with a small giggle, running a manicured hand through her hair once more. It was something she did when she was nervous, much better than when she used to bite her nails out of nervousness.
Ana seemed a little surprised when Susie asked her the question, but responded with a nod and asked for a pen and paper to write it down. But surprisingly, Susie had reached a hand into her skirt pocket, pulling out a pen and holding out her free hand for Ana to write it down. It was kind of cheesy, but Susie didn't have any paper on hand at the moment. This was a reason the skirt was her favorite, it had pockets. Which was something you didn't really get all too often when it came to girl's clothing.
The blonde blushed and took Susie's hand in hers as she held the pen up to her palm, willing the color to leave her face as she quickly wrote her address, handing the pen back to the smaller girl when she was finished. She was about to say something when the others told them to 'Hurry the fuck up before we eat your food', and it made the two girls rush into the house to try and get to their food before the others could.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
By the end of the night, it seemed as though Joey, Frank, and Julie had all passed out on the couch. Julie was curled up on one side of the couch, while Joey and Frank were on the other side of the couch. Susie and Anna were still up....and they had no idea what time it was at the moment. But based on how dark it was, Susie could only guess that it was somewhere towards the middle of the night. She and Anna had been up for hours, talking and giggling about god knows what by this point.
Both of them had been having the time of their lives talking with one another, and Susie had let it slip one of the reasons besides Julie being her friend, she went to the hockey game because she was a huge hockey fan and that she even collected hockey cards. And that seemed to capture Ana's attention and had told Susie she just HAD to show her. And considering she wasn't even driving anyone home tonight, since they had all fallen asleep, she decided there was no harm in it.
She had recently moved into her dorm apartment at her college, her binders full of hockey cards were still in her car. So, she went out to get them quickly, Ana waiting patiently for her to get back. If Ana had known this was how the night would end up, she would have brought her own hockey cards to maybe see if they could trade some of them.
When Susie got back, she led Ana over to the coffee table in the middle of the floor, grabbing a pillow and seating herself on it so she wasn't sitting fully on the cold, hard ground. Ana followed suit, grabbing another pillow and setting herself down beside the pink-haired girl, leaning close to her side to look down at the book full of hockey cards on the table.
And well...after a few minutes, Susie felt herself begin to grow tired, letting a yawn slip from her as her head rested in her hand. She was still wearing Ana's sweater, and honestly, the soft fabric and the warmth it gave her made her sleepy, rubbing at her eyes with her fist as she looked over at the couch. There wasn't any room to go lay down..as the other three were taking up the length of it.
Ana seemed to notice this and seemed to hesitate for a second before grabbing the pink-haired girl by the waist, pulling her to sit in her lap. It may seem a bit weird, but she didn't seem to care in her slightly drunken haze, and Susie in her sleep-induced mind, didn't find anything wrong with it, leaning back into the taller woman's chest, "Thank you...." was all she said as she slowly drifted off to sleep, curled in the lap of Ana as the blonde rested her chin on Susie's shoulder.
"Goodnight Susie..." she muttered softly, squeezing the girl a little bit tighter as she shut her own eyes, leaning back against the foot of the couch. The fireplace provided enough warmth, combined with the smaller girl in her lap, Ana was out like a light within minutes.
She really hoped hanging out with Susie...falling asleep like this, wouldn't just be a one time thing.
Birthday Wishes for the Dead- A HarringSmith OneShot
I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock blaring on my bedside table, how the day always started…except today the alarm was for a different reason besides work. And honestly, I had mixed emotions about said reason. As I sat up, a small groan fell from my lips as I stretched my arm out to press the stop button on the damned thing, just wanting it to shut up. I felt shuffling beside me and looked over with a smile, watching as my boyfriend sat up beside me, running a hand through his brown hair and looking over at me with that dazzling smile of his. Even after all of these years, Steve Harrington still had that same effect on making my heart race every time I saw him.
We had met in high school, I was a Sophomore and he was a Junior, but somehow...we had clicked the instant we met. And eventually, he had asked me out a couple months into our friendship. Of course I said yes, who the hell would turn down a chance to be with Steve Harrington? Especially a loser like me of all people, with how tired I always was because of my insomnia and my constant messy brown hair hidden under a gray beanie, normally that I didn’t wear now that I was in my early twenties. Somehow out of all the people he could have had, he chose me to be with, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. We were now both done with college, me now going to school to be a surgeon, and him a childcare worker. We lived in a pretty nice apartment for two adults, with one still in medical school.
I was snapped out of my thoughts by arms being wrapped around me in a hug, pulling me closer to his chest until my head rested against it, my eyes shutting as I listened to his heartbeat. He knew how hard this day was for me....he didn’t know how hard it was losing a parent, but he could empathize with me and comfort me. It was my mother’s birthday...and it was always hard for both my dad and I. But now, with my dad living in a retirement home, it was even harder since I didn’t get to see him all that often. But Steve normally made it all better.
Every year on my mom’s birthday, I would go and visit her grave where she was buried, and normally I went alone. I didn’t like Steve seeing me cry...so I never asked him if he wanted to go, but this year he asked me to do things a little differently, wanting to come along. And me being me, not being able to say no to my adorable boyfriend, said he could come along. It was never super eventful whenever I went to visit my mom, just me talking to her about things going on into my life, hoping that she could hear me. I didn’t have an opinion on whether or not spirits exist, but if they did I hoped she was always there watching me.
Steve and I stayed cuddled together for a while, not saying a word to one another as he ran a hand through my messy brown locks,” I love you…” he suddenly whispered, pressing a kiss into my hair and hugging me a little tighter than normal. And I just looked up at him, leaning up and kissing him softly. I didn’t want to speak, not trusting myself to be able to hold myself together in front of him after he was being so damn sweet to me. And he obviously kissed back, taking that as a sign of ‘I love you too’. Which is exactly what it meant.
Once we were done with our little comfort session, we both got up to go take showers and get ready. I went first, since despite my love for the man, it annoyed me when he took so long in the damn shower, but he always came out looking cute as hell, so I guess he made up for it in the end when it came down to it. It took a couple hours, maybe two and a half for the  both of us to be dressed and ready to go. I was wearing one of his hoodies, it being a little bit big on me and some jeans. Nothing too special, but nothing that would make me look like a homeless person.
While I was fixing my hair in the mirror, Steve came up behind me and wrapped his arms around me from behind, pulling me closer to him and nuzzling his face into my shoulder. I couldn’t help but smile, leaning back into the male’s chest,” Hey…” I said softly, the first thing I had said this morning since we woke up. “Good morning my love…” he said softly, pressing a gentle kiss against my cheek, and it made my heart soar. He always made me so happy.
“Are you ready to go?” he asked, pulling away from me after one more kiss against my face, and I nodded. “Yeah....I’ll drive,” I told him, grabbing his hand gently and tugging him towards the door, grabbing the keys off the little table before making my way out to the car, Steve in tow. As I opened the driver’s side door, I tried to mentally prepare myself. It always took me a while to build up the courage to go see my mom. I still hadn’t told Steve how she died...all he knew was that she was dead, had been since I was about three.
As I got inside and turned the car on, I turned on the heat as we drove off. On our way there, it started to rain, nothing huge, just a small drizzle, nothing that I hadn’t gone to visit her in before. In fact, it always seemed like it rained on her birthday...kind of reflected how I always felt about the day. As I was driving, one hand on the wheel and the other rested beside me, I felt Steve gently grab my hand, giving it a small squeeze in reassurance, and I visibly relaxed...jeez my mom would have loved to have Steve around. He was just such a sweet guy, and he made me feel complete.
As we pulled up on the side of the road outside the cemetery, I took a second to compose myself as I shut the car off, grabbing Steve’s hand in a tight grip and looking out at the many graves. I could clearly see my mom’s grave from the car, the bright blue forget-me-nots I had set there a couple days ago on my way home from school still standing out amongst most of the dead or red ones. But I always figured forget-me-nots suited the best for dead people.
It took a minute for me to compose myself before I opened up the door, stepping out and walking over to Steve, who was not standing at the passenger side door. He reached out to grab my hand in his, slowly leading me over to the gates of the cemetery. They were open, not having closed yet as it was still pretty early morning.
Steve had me lead him over to my mom’s grave, both of us looking at in silence before I made the first move, kneeling down beside the marble, and resting a hand on it,” Hey mom….me again. I uh...brought Steve this time, he wanted to come see you. He’s pretty cute huh? Just like I told you,” I said, laughing a little at my own joke as I looked over at my boyfriend, who was just looking at me with a small smile on his face.
I turned back to the stone, sighing softly,” I miss you....nut you probably already know that with the amount of times I come to visit you. Um...dad is doing good, he likes the retirement home I put him in..I wish he could live with Steve and I but for now we just don’t have the space or the time to be with him all the time. Maybe once we get a better place...I can take him home, but….for now he’s gonna have to stick with the home..” I muttered softly, feeling a couple tears well up in my eyes as I looked down at the patch of grass underneath me. And I felt Steve slowly wrap an arm around me, pulling me close to his side.
I thought we would sit in silence for a bit, but Steve started to talk to my mom...and honestly it was the sweetest thing I had ever seen him do,” Mrs. Smith...nice to meet you, well unofficially I guess. I’ve seen pictures of you but….that’s about it. Quentin’s dad told me a lot about you too...how Quentin was almost a guy version of you...thanks for that by the way, you made a pretty damn cute son,” he said with a small grin. Of course he still had to be a flatterer when it came to talking to well...a dead person.
“I just....I was gonna wait a little bit for this but….Quentin’s dad told me all about how you wanted Quentin to grow up happy...be with someone who loves him and have a happy marriage. And well...we don’t plan on starting a family for a while...but I well...I was gonna wait to do this for a little while but I guess now is a good time...here in front of you…” he said softly, turning to face me. I already had a couple tears rolling down my face that he reached up to wipe away, pressing a kiss against my cheek gently.
“Quen...I love you, I really do. You literally make me so happy I can’t even describe it....and I was gonna wait a little while to do this, but then you reminded me that your mom’s birthday was coming up in a bit....well, I wanted to do it in front of her,” he said with a small smile, reaching into his jacket pocket to pull something out. And my eyes widened as he pulled out a little black, velvet box. Was this really happening? Right now? Well, Steve did always have a flare for the dramatics. “Quentin...we’ve been together for almost seven years now....and well, we’ve been living together for around three of those years. I mean we’re basically married already...but I couldn’t wait any longer. I want it to be official with a little band on your finger showing that you’re mine. So, baby will you marry me?” he asked softly, opening up the ring box and holding it out to me.
If I wasn’t crying before, I definitely was now. All I could do was nod my head and smile like an idiot through the tears as he slipped the little silver band on my hand, grabbing me and pulling me close for a hug. “I love you…I love you so much…” he told me quietly, tilting my head up to kiss me. And I kissed him back, wrapping my arms around his neck. I felt the rain slowly stop, a slight bit of sunlight shining down now as we pulled away. “I love you too,” I told him as our lips parted, a bright smile still on my face like earlier.
I felt the wind blow through my hair as I sat in my boyfri- fiancé’s arms. And for once on this day, unlike every year, I felt happy. I felt like I was on top of the world...and Steve was right here with me. My mom would have been so happy had she been here right now...and honestly I felt like she was, smiling down at us. She had always wanted me to be happy...so I guess you could think of it as her final wish...and I was the one to fulfill it…
Happy Birthday to you Mom….
First Post
So uh....I may have just made my first post a little bit ago. And I kind of wanted to make this profile a place for one-shot commissions for DBD. I mostly will only do gay ships, maybe with some straight ship exceptions depending on what it is :)
Late Night Kisses- A HarringSmith OneShot
It was late at night, the moon just barely full in the sky as I walked down the dark streets of Hawkins, Indiana. The only real light that offered me any help was the natural glow of the moon and the scarce amount of streetlights scattered throughout the edges of the road. It was silent as I walked, save for the music playing softly in my ears from my cassette tape. Really it might not have been the best idea, walking in basically pitch black with music playing, making me mostly unaware of most of my surroundings, but I had grown to not care. Nothing had happened to me yet, and I doubted it would anytime soon. Really the only reason I was walking this late at night by myself was because I had decided to stay back and help out one of my fellow classmates with some work they were struggling to understand. And time had just...flew, it really hadn’t seemed they were even really struggling, more so just..a procrastinator. And honestly, it kind of upset me they would waste my time like that. Guess that’s what I get for being selfless all the time, not to sound narcissistic or anything.
As I rounded a corner, only a block or so away from my house at this point, I felt someone grab my shoulder, and I yelped as I spun around, heart rate picking up at the scare. But, my heart rate slowly started to slow as I saw the smiling face of one of my best friends, Steve Harrington. The brunette had a cheeky grin on his face, looking like he was struggling not to laugh as he quite obviously, purposely intended to scare the hell out of me.
I gave the taller male a small galre, really holding no meaning to it,” You jerk! Don’t scare me like that, you know I hate it,``I told him, not being able to help but give a small giggle of my own. I couldn’t be mad at Steve, even if I really wanted to. He had been my best friend ever since I had gotten to this god forsaken town from my even worse home, Springwood Ohio. Steve was…..well he was the first one to offer to show me around, which by the looks I got from everyone who heard him ask, wasn’t a very common occurrence for the male, and we had just clicked afterwards. We had a lot of the same stuff in common to my surprise, considering you would probably take one look at us and think we would be polar opposites, but that wasn’t the case. And I had basically stuck by his side my whole time here, which he really didn’t seem to mind.
“Sorry Quen, I couldn’t help but take the opportunity. You were perfect for a scare with your headphones in and all,” he said, falling in step beside me and giving a small nudge to my shoulder with his own. “Speaking of which, I could have sworn I told you so many times NOT to wear those when you’re walking home at night? What if it wasn’t just me who wanted to grab ya? You probably would have been gone~” he joked, but I knew he was actually concerned for my well being when it came to walking alone in the dark.
“Yeah I know…..I’m sorry, just couldn’t help myself. I was kind of mad, since the person I offered to stay back and help with on work just...made me do most of it for them while they texted their friends. Really should have been paying more attention…” I muttered, reaching a hand up to brush my curly hair out of my eyes that stuck out from underneath my gray beanie. “Really just wanna go home and sleep…” I told him, a small yawn escaping me at that very moment, stiffening slightly as I felt the male sling an arm over my shoulder without saying a word, relaxing slightly as I leaned my head against his shoulder.
Steve and I weren’t like...normal friends it seemed. We were a lot closer and a lot more physically affectionate with one another, but it really didn’t bother me at all. Though it definitely seemed to bother Steve’s girlfriend, Nancy Wheeler, even if I had assured her multiple times I wasn’t out to steal Steve from her. We were just close friends, it’s all we would ever be. We were both entirely straight…..I just hadn’t found the right person for me yet to date, that was all. I hadn’t found any girls attractive since moving here, which honestly surprised me. Most of them were pretty I would admit, but I never felt romantically attracted to well...any of them. But that didn’t mean I wasn’t attracted to girls at all. I had been in love with Nancy Holbrook for years, so obviously I liked women.
We walked in silence for the rest of the time before we got to my doorstep. I only lived a street away from Steve, and knew the brunette could handle himself if he needed to. He took his arm from around my shoulder and I turned to face him, looking up at him with a bright smile” Thanks for walking me home Steve, I really appreciate it,” I told him, looking off to the side at the wooden door that separated me from the one thing I wanted, my bed, so I could sleep. I was waiting for Steve to say something along the lines of ‘You’re welcome, see you tomorrow’, but that didn’t come. Instead when I looked back at the taller male, he was just….staring at me with a look I couldn’t exactly pinpoint. “Hey uhh….Steve you okay/ Do I have-”
I was cut off by the male speaking, stepping only the slightest bit closer to me, but it felt like so much more,”You have...really pretty eyes...anyone ever tell you that?” he asked softly, a small smile seeming to come onto his face as he looked at me, and I felt my face slowly start to turn red at the compliment,” Th-thank you...I um….no I haven’t been told that before. I appreciate the compliment but it’s late, you should start heading home,” I told him. I have no idea what had caused the male to say that. Maybe it was just...him being weird again and trying to tease me? I really had no idea.
My statement seemed to snap him out of whatever trance he seemed to be in, his own cheeks tinting a light pink color as he nodded, looking off to the dark street,” Y-yeah you’re right, I should probably be going. I um...I’l….see you tomorrow Quen, goodnight,” he said softly.
“Goodnight….” I say softly, as we both stand there not really wanting to leave just yet. “I suppose I should go now…” I persist, willing myself to go inside, but we continue to be rooted to the spot, the air thick with some sort of tension as we stared each other in the eyes.We were silent for I don’t know how long, just looking at each other before Steve moved first. Though instead of moving to walk down the stairs, he closed the distance between us so we were basically chest to chest, me now having to crane my neck up to see him. There was that look in his eye again...but this time I was almost certain I had the same exact expression.
And as he placed a hand on my cheek, slowly leaning down to bring his face closer to mine, I couldn't resist. I leaned up on my toes, closing the distance between our lips more before they gently collided together. I didn’t think a kiss could feel like this….like they say in fairy tales, but it made my heart jump out of my chest and fireworks go off in my head as he gently kissed outside my front door. And I knew in that moment, why it was I felt so different around Steve than I ever had a girl before. I was in love with the silly brunette. I was in love with his perfect hair. I was in love with his stupid little jokes and his goofy smile whenever he would say something he found amusing. I was in love with his cute little nicknames for me. I was….in love with Steve Harrington, and it had taken me only this long to realize it.
As we pulled away, we said nothing as we looked into each other’s eyes, arms wrapped around each other and not wanting to let go. This went on for a cu\ouple more seconds before Steve said something, basically a whisper,” I’m in love with you Quentin Smith. I have been for a while now….I just, didn’t know how to tell you. I’m done with Nancy….it’s you, it's always been you. And I want you to be mine….think that can happen?” he asked with one of those stupid cheeky grins on his face, and all I could do was smile like an idiot and grab the sides of his face, pulling him in for another kiss as a way of saying yes.
This is what I needed, right here. Steve was my happiness and my everything. And as we stood there, just kissing until we lost our breath, I honestly felt complete. And...it was a nice feeling, a really nice feeling...
