Plans for my house: First floor - Front will have a cafe/diner feel, backroom is my bedroom or guestroom, add rooms for bathroom and a reading room. Second floor - Living areas and/or hobby space Basement - Punishment room... I mean... Uhhh... Just a storage space. Nothing shady at all. Ahem.
