Actually one of my first prints from close to Jan I think. I don't ever post most my work Also while people have bought me nice art supplies and stuff it's rarely clear when I've used them - this one used printing supplies from Auntie Rena, brush pens from my sister (for the planning and sketching stage), and a book on how to draw fabric from my dad so thanks everyone). Rain clouds over Champaign. It's a view from christie parking lot, though there wasnt enough space to actually define the buildings since this print is ca 1.5 inches wide on salvaged soft wood A preliminary woodblock print. These and around 5-10 other prints completely destroyed my linocut tools but create interesting marks. Probs dont use linocut tools for wood. Still I have these and a bunch of lino and acrylic plates to start printing. I haven't painted much recently since nothing has worked. I tried an avocado (in admittsdly terrible light, hence why it failed). Got angry since it was horrible and I couldnt tell why and just attacked the canvas with paint out of the tube - only mixing on the canvas. Doesnt look like an avo but.... It's somewhat interesting?
