In an alternate universe they made those 6 seasons of slowburn kibbs at the end of which Gibbs sails off into the sunset on his finished boat with Kate at his side. The boat is also named after her. Now I want to quantum jump into that universe just to watch it. Or better yet, get DVDs and bring them back with me to show y'all!

Had to get some Kibbs out of my system. Some days I really miss Kate Todd, and the early, happier days of NCIS.

This video I had made circa 2014 was inspired by a fanfic I read at the time in which Kate and Gibbs have to go undercover, him as a marine (duh!) and her as a waitress at a diner. My header image is also an illustration of the said fanfic the name of which unfortunately escapes me.

In turn, the video inspired me to write a story of my own which doesn’t include anyone dressing up in uniform but does include some of the other elements present in the video and also has an overall “countryside” theme to it
