this is so scary
#talking to a psychologist idk in 10 minutes#it's fucked that you have to open yourself to a stranger to get the good advice#we live in the bad timeline in which psychology thinks itself too good for neurology and thus wants your soul as payment instead of tests#and to top it all off i'm very much at fault for everything i struggle with so there's a bit of a confession aspect to it as well#okay so this was useless#she had me describe my room like a stranger and i thought she was about to do some hanibal-like psychoanalysis maybe even tell me an#earth shattering truth about myself but she said to tidy up and pay attention to myself during#and i should consider therapy (to be told to tidy up every week? imagine if i was a cleaner and had to make an appointment every workday)#question is should i tell my parents it was rubbish or should i pretend to be a changed woman#(ik it's the first one... would've been nice to get a price for this though like it took over 90 minutes)
