This blog is dedicated to the dedicated Nalgene water bottle users worldwide. Please send in your Nalgene pictures, any will do. Stickers are a major bonus! Stories are great too, about that one time you tried to break your Nalgene, or used it for some extraordinary thing. Currently these are mostly reblogs, if there is any issue please just tell me.

My best friends and I all work at a summer camp together where nalgene is the only bottle to be caught drinking out of. This year after the last week of camp we went camping in Skagit Valley, B.C, where, amidst the rain on our tarps we spread out our nalgenes to create a string of lights swinging on carabiners to celebrate our last campfire together.

What is the best Nalgene water bottle to buy for school?
Take a look around the Nalgene website! There are a few options...and it definitely depends how much water you drink. I love my 32oz widemouth, but they have some neat caps too like the multi-cap and the On-the-fly (which in blue looks like a whale IMO). The narrow cap might be better if you like to drink while walking...I can't tell you how many times I have arrived to class with a wet shirt ;) I really think you can't go wrong, it just depends what you like! They have some nice neoprene sleeves you can buy to keep your water colder longer, I love using mine!

Note
been a nalgene user for years always been hesitant to put stickers on with fear of them just coming of when cleaning the bottle. Can stickers withstand a good washing of the bottle?
Yes, however, it depends on the type of stickers. Nice ones that are shiny will last for a pretty long time. The ones that are more paper based will disintegrate. I have plenty of Nalgenes with stickers on them that have been through the dishwasher countless times and still made it out alive.

2014 is going to “work out” just fine. Last night’s self-portrait was on the last day of 2013, and tonight’s was on the first of the new year. All the best!
