How could the yari possibly miss the chance on suddenly marrying the guy? With a bonk to his head with his own fist, a smile paints over their lips as they simply prop themselves on their heels. 

Before they could reply, a laugh had escaped their throat; eyes shutting for just a moment. A hand was beginning to snake its way over Nagasone’s shoulder; giving it a pat or two. Then, their arm wrapped over the other’s shoulder with a tug to pull the other close.  ❝ Nn. This will be a fun and interesting day, right? ❞

&&  ·  ———   nagasone chuckled at the yari, amused by his endearing movements. he took the opportunity to slowly slither an arm around otegine’s waist before responding. “day?” nagasone questioned his new spouse, his eyebrow arching, “the deal was we’re married for a week.” he teased, using his other hand to caress the other’s jaw. 

  nagasone tilted his head in a quizzical manner before speaking again,  “unless you’d prefer to only be married for a day? you might hurt my feelings though.”

                    “Oh-!”

          The tachi stumbles back, and he swears he can feel his bones rattling even moment later from the impact. So tall — and evidently built like a brick wall! Mikazuki blinks and gazes up at the unfamiliar sword with widened eyes, a palm pressed against a screen to steady himself.

                    “I’m sorry,” he blurts, and bends just slightly at the waist, “I ought to look where I’m going…” But more than apology in those big blue hues is interest; usually never present for the introduction of Saniwa-sama’s newest blades, the news of a new arrival never reached him.

                    “Ah… who are you?” he asks, and almost seamlessly he glides back into that poised and elegant facade, head canted just slightly, and giving a smile that shines just as brightly as his eyes.

&&  ·  ———   the impact of another did’t even cause himself to lose his footing; he stood tall, sturdy. the fellow sword didn’t seem so lucky, however, stumbling back after the impact. amber eyes watched with mild worry as the other steadied himself. he hadn’t recognized the other blade even a little, proving that nagasone had yet to meet every sword in the citadel. 

    the kotetsu laughed heartily at the other’s question, as if there was some inside joke the other wasn’t in on. “i’m nagasone kotetsu!” he claimed his name boisterously, proudly. his demeanor changed in the blink of an eye, however, suddenly less confident, “i’m only a counterfeit though. i’m not a real kotetsu.” he confessed, praying this sword’s reaction to his counterfeit status would not be similar to his brother’s. 

    “but.......can’t i get your name too?” he asked, back to his usual confident attitude, “idon’t have the slightest idea who you are.”
