Well, that was embarrassing. She really hoped that that guy didn't notice or see her and just think she was a falling squirrel or somethi-- His presence is nearing? What. She looked over at the raven haired male as he knelt down beside her and rolled onto her back. When he asked if she needed help, she was baffled. She had no idea what to do. Should she take his hand or yell at him for being on private property? It wasn't like there were signs everywhere or anything, so that would be her family's fault on their part. Taking his hand seemed like a better idea, anyway. "Uhm... I-I don't... But thank you for your offer." She took his hand and used it to pull herself up anyway. What kind of thing to say was that if you were going to take his help anyway, Minuet?

⌈ ★ ⌋ Kyouhei has come to the realization that it was most likely some sort of forest animal around, where there’s nature, there’s going to be the animals that thrive on said nature. 

Snap - Snap —… Thud. Wait, what was that… A squeal? 

Lowering the camera once more, his eyes shot over to where the squeal came from and he blinked multiple times til he registered what happened. This girl fell down, maybe it was her that he sensed nearby? 

Growing concerned, he made his way over to the girl and knelt down to attempt at helping her. Not even knowing where to begin, he held out his hand. “You okay? -Need help getting up?”

"Eccentric, sure. But... what? Why would anyone say no to that? Just brush your teeth a lot. That's what I do." He is very serious about his sweets.

⌈ ★ ⌋ “I like to use the word eccentric~” He chimes nonchalantly. “It’s my own fault though, too many sweets. Cakes and cookies at home all the time, I should learn how to say no.”

"Wow, you're weird." He picks up candy and stuffs his face like a little hoe. "But I can't believe you got a cavity. "That's kinda lame."

⌈ ★ ⌋ “It’s kinda like a pinata, except nobody has to hit me to get candy spilled on the floor. Perfectly good candy, so anybody can come by and pick it up.” Wait— what?

Perception! Excellent perception! Minuet knew the look on Kyouhei's face. He knew she was there. Maybe not where or who, but he definitely sensed something. She was a master at concealing her presence, but he could still tell that she was watching him. This was definitely intriguing. She'd observe him some more before showing herself, maybe? Nope. She was a klutz. As she shifted her position, she tripped over a tree root and fell face-flat on the ground, squealing as she did so. Well. That failed.

⌈ ★ ⌋ It’d been quite awhile since Kyouhei has pried himself from the busy streets of the city, and now that spring was right around the corner, it was time to finally dust off his camera.  Winter-themed photography wasn’t his favorite so he hadn’t really bothered with it much. Not that he wanted to leave the house much with it being so frigid outside anyways. 

Not entirely sure of where he was aside from the route he came from, his attention was stolen by the forest that was nearby. Not taking any time to hesitate, he began to step forward and make his way through the forest. 

Fingers grasped firmly around the side of the camera, and he lifted it up to his line of sight so that he could peer through the view finder. Everything seemed so much more colorful here and he just needed to capture this moment. 

Snap - Snap - Snap. 

The only thing audible around him was the shutter noise from his camera. Feeling satisfied with the few shots he took, he lowered the camera to waist height to take a quick look around. Although he was sure he was the only one around, why did it feel like someone else was around? No need to ponder on it too long, he was going to continue taking pictures while it’s still daylight.

"Woah! Those are some quality sweets, what are you doing tossing them away?!" Killua will not stand for this.

⌈ ★ ⌋ Casually throws candy everywhere. “I’ve got a cavity, I can’t have this anymore.”

The evening had reached its highest peak --the sky was orange and purple, the colours blending harmoniously with one another as they collided brilliantly. Such a beautiful evening made the greenery of the lush forest shine brilliantly. Such colours calmed Minuet greatly, the young hunter finding solace in such vivid beauty. Enough so, that she strolled around the forest with calm serenity to soothe her nerves from a long day at work. She sensed a presence though. This forest was private property. Who would be travelling around her home at a time like this? The sound of a camera shutter broke the silence and Minuet quickly found her way to the noise, freezing when she saw... it was a boy? A boy who was... taking pictures of her beloved forest?  Shyly and quietly, she stayed out of sight, keeping her presence concealed like only someone with her caliber of skill can do. She would watch him. Watch him and observe him.

Nexus smiled, glad to know that the girl wasn't hurt. She was so short, so of course, Nexus wasn't aware that she was older than him. "I wouldn't leave you alone either, Missus!" He chuckled, scratching his cheek. "You're really pretty --ya know?" He wasn't being sly or flirtatious, he was being honest. Nexus never did anything with ill intentions, never. Nexus was a good kid, and everything he said was his honest opinion seeing as he made a point not to lie without good intention.
