Hello everyone, Faten and her family have been displaced multiple times since the settler state of Israel began destroying Gaza. Each displacement was more terrifying than the last, for each time the family was fleeing an onslaught of bombs and rockets. Even worse, Faten's eldest brother, Nidal, has been missing since the 10th of November, 2023.

Faten and her family are now living in southern Gaza where food and water are extremely difficult to come by, she has spoken about her struggles in this post. The war has disrupted their careers, their education, and made living very difficult because every day, Faten and her family must brave extreme heat, pouring rain, and very soon, the biting cold of winter.

Faten has organised a fundraiser to provide daily necessities, leave Gaza, and resume their lives as soon as possible. She has made a blog @fatenfamilygaza and posted about her life a few times now. Unfortunately, her posts aren't getting very much traction, so she has asked me to make one for her. At the moment, she is trying to raise $2000 (22,005.147NOK) for food, water, and other daily necessities. This is over and above anything that has already been raised at the moment, basic necessities are extremely expensive in Gaza. The fundraiser has been vetted here (#289).

Please note that the currency for this fundraiser is Norwegian Kroner (NOK) which means €10 (EUROS) = 118NOK and $10 (USD) = 109NOK. Let's help Faten meet her short term goal as soon as possible!
