Concentration. he managed to concentrate and be distracted all the same, because of a name. Emerson. A past love he buried , along with the rest of his emotions. The military was tough, yes, he had to lose a part of himself to get through but the real stab wound to the heart, was finding out she no longer was present in this world. How many times has he seen the light fade from others eyes, how many times has he even cared? each passing, each death of an enemy slowly numbed whatever emotion he could ever feel. Emerson death, sealed his fate.  He had handed the other student the note, but his mind wasn’t all there, even if he kept his composure calm, collected on the outside, inside there was nothing. The background noise was suddenly fading, echos of voices fading in and out, almost hearing a high pitch noise before someone was right in front of him.

            Aro stared at her blankly, Levi had told him that she was alive, he didn’t believe it…until now. Her physical form before him, her voice sounded the same. but it felt like a haunting. He had already many of those. Blinking as he took everything in. Mind processing, allowing the logical aspect of his brain kick into gear shutting out any attachment of feeling, leaving him to reply in similarity to a robot. “Emerson.” should it have been a surprise, she was a daemon now right? in his understanding they come to protect the gods, and so she was alive because she was chosen. That made sense, so it wasn’t as if it wasn’t possible.

          𝐓𝐇𝐄  𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍  𝐇𝐄  𝐇𝐀𝐃  ,  𝐎𝐑  lack  thereof  made  ema  to  frown  ,  especially  as  he  stepped  back  ,  as  if  afraid  she  would  touch  him  .  the  daemon  took  a  deep  breath  ,  trying  her  best  to  stay  calm  ,  despite  the  raging  storm  inside  her  heart  and  mind  . ❝  how  ...  when  did  you  come  here  ??  ❞  she  asked  ,  surprised  of  how  steady  her  voice  seemed  to  be  .  after  she  came  back  ,  ema  often  thought  about  him  ,  but  with  everything  that  was  happening  --- -  her  trying  to  get  used  with  her  new  life  as  a  daemon  and  training  in  the  underworld  ,  she  couldn’t  go  find  him  .   and  even  if  she  did  ,  what  was  she  supposed  to  say  or  do  ??  ❝  evie  gave  me  the  letter  ...  and  the  bracelet  ...  ❞  ema  said  ,  lifting  her  right  arm  a  little  so  he  could  see  she  was  wearing  it  .

After he had patched things up with Sunny at the Valentine’s event, Elio has frequented the greenhouse more in his free time. The daemon has always found flora pretty to look at, and he still didn’t know much about them, which meant it was a good way to spend more time with Sunny, or at least, that was the way his mind connected it. Spotting the demigod near some brightly colored plants, the daemon approached with a huge grin on his face. “Good morning, sunshine!”  // @mythlvgical·

          𝐇𝐈����  𝐃𝐀𝐘  𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐄𝐃  𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄  𝐀𝐋𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐒  --- -  gentle  fingers  tending  to  the  flowers  in  the  greenhouse  .  sunny’s  thoughts  however  kept  going  back  to  one  specific  person  :  elio  .  after  the  valentine’s  day  party  ,  the  son  of  persephone  kept  wondering  where  the  two  of  them  stand  .  elio  said  he  liked  him  ,  but  did  that  mean  they  were  a  thing  ??  was  sunny  allowed  to  kiss  him  now  ??  to  hold  his  hand  ,  maybe  ??  he  had  no  idea  .  blinking  ,  he  realized  what  he  had  done  too  late  ,  the  flowers  he  was  trying  to  take  of  going  wild  now  .  and  if  that  wasn’t  enough  ,  the  person  who  filled  his  thoughts  showed  up  too  ,  making  the  demigod  squeak  and  blush  . ❝  good  morning  ,  eli  .  ❞

             ❝    𝐓𝐎𝐎 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐖 ,  ❞   elijah whisper between their kiss, his lips tuping upward as he makes the task almost impossible. yet, that didn’t stop him as his arms now lace around his boyfriend’s neck , and he uses his tiptoes to help level the difference in their height. it’s only after a brief moment that he pulls away to smile up at him.   ❝   i’d sleep with one eye open if i were you, he might be lurking in the shadows,  ❞  he continues to play along. lashes fluttering as if to add on to his act, but he breaks out into a fit of laughter soon enough. shaking his head, unable to keep it going.   ❝  i’ve missed you  ❞   eli professes with a peck to the younger’s cheek.    ❝  notice anything different ??  ❞  he asks in an almost sing-song voice. half expecting deimos to say something about his new hair color. 

          𝐇𝐄  𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐃𝐍'𝐓  𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏  𝐁𝐔𝐓  𝐆𝐑𝐈𝐍  into  the  kiss  ,  his  eyes  already  on  the  pretty  pink  hair  his  boyfriend  was  spotting  .  deimos  wondered  if  it  was  possible  for  him  to  fall  even  more  in  love  that  he  already  was  .  with  a  relaxed  expression  on  his  face  ,  he  kept  elijah’s  body  close  to  his  own  even  after  the  kiss  ended  ,  his  hands  sliding  down  and  resting  shamelessly  on  his  boyfriend’s  ass  . ❝  i’m  not  afraid  of  shadows  ,  i’m  a  big  boy  .  ❞  a  cheeky  reply  to  match  with  his  cheeky  smirk  ,  which  soon  turned  into  a  gentle  expression  . ❝  i’ve  missed  you  ,  peach  .  ❞  and  gods  ,  how  much  he  did  .  it  was  crazy  how  much  elijah  was  filling  up  his  head  all  the  time  . ❝  hmm  ,  i  wonder  ...  is  this  a  new  outfit  ??  ❞  he  asked  ,  playing  it  dumb  for  the  time  being  ,  even  if  he  loved  the  new  look  on  the  other  .

He had finished writing his notes and handed them to another student as they wanted some tips to improve. Usually he would just tell them what they needed to do, others required hand written. nonetheless he provided it, it was interesting to predict a move before it happened. He could sense eyes on him, though he paid no mind to it, wanting to observe the others fighting.

           𝐄��𝐀  𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐃  𝐓𝐇𝐄  𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆  𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇  the  other  demigods  ,  so  most  of  the  times  ,  she  ended  going  to  the  training  grounds  to  watch  them  ,  heal  them  and  sometimes  ,  even  to  show  them  a  move  or  two  .  today  was  one  of  those  days  ,  cue  why  she  was  there  .  with  her  hair  up  ,  ema  walked  on  the  training  ground  ,  ready  to  kick  some  ass  ,  however  ,  she  stopped  the  moment  when  she  saw  him  .  heart  picking  up  its  pace  ,  ema  felt  a  punch  in  her  stomach  as  the  memories  of  him  flooded  her  mind  ,  leaving  her  breathless  .  the  bracelet  she  always  wore  seemed  to  burn  against  her  skin  ,  but  she  managed  to  make  a  step  towards  him  and  then  another  and  another  ,  until  she  got  close  enough  to  be  able  to  touch  him  if  she’d  like  . ❝  aro  ...  ❞

         𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆  𝐇𝐈𝐒  𝐁𝐎𝐘𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐃   probably wasn’t the smartest idea, especially considering deimos was trainer . however, that didn’t seem to stop the son of eros as he made his silent approach. lips pressed together as he tried to suppress a laugh, he tiptoed behind the other and, it’s only once he’s close enough that he wraps his arms around deimos’ waist in an abrupt fashion.  ❝  boo !!  ❞  he laughs out , burying his face into the taller male’s back.  ❝  hurry, kiss me before my boyfriend sees.  ❞  elijah teases. 

          ��𝐈𝐓𝐇  𝐓𝐇𝐄  𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐓  𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐄  𝐆𝐎𝐍𝐄  ,  deimos  started  to  put  the  stuff  they  used  away  ,  humming  softly  to  himself  .  he  had  no  plans  after  ,  so  he  was  thinking  of  looking  for  his  boyfriend  and  just  spend  the  rest  of  the  day  with  him  .  lost  in  his  thoughts  ,  he  almost  didn’t  hear  someone  approaching  ,  but  the  moment  a  pair  of  arms  wrapped  around  his  waist  ,  deimos  grinned  ,  already  knowing  who  it  was  . ❝  gosh  ,  you  so  scared  me  !!  ❞  the  son  of  erebus  replied  ,  snorting  at  elijah’s  word  as  he  easily  turned  around  and  pulled  the  other  in  his  arms  . ❝  what  if  your  boyfriend  kills  me  ??  i  heard  he’s  very  jealous  .  ❞  he  added  ,  a  smirk  on  his  face  as  he  leaned  down  and  pressed  a  kiss  against  his  boyfriend’s  lips  .

as he entered the building, dionysus by bts began to blare from seemingly nowhere in surround sound. ❝ hello? can anybody help me? i’m sort of new, ❞  he announced to the area at large. he draped himself against a wall with a dramatic sigh, glancing at a nearby stranger.  ❝ you don’t understand what i’ve been through. i was kidnapped by pirates as a youth. my parents hate me. i’m very very edgy. and to top it all off, apparently i’m a child of mania? she’s just the worst of them all, don’t you feel so sad for me? ❞

Elio always made it a point to show up for fun events like these, but he’d be lying if he said that there wasn’t anything that had been nagging at his mind as of late. He turned his head, suddenly catching Sunny’s gaze, and he tried to offer them a small smile. Was that alright? He doesn’t know where he stood with Sunny now. The daemon had been too stunned to properly respond to their confession, and he’d noticed that they’d been avoiding him since. It bothered him, even if he knew that he was probably partly to blame. He walked over to Sunny, his usual boisterous tone traded for a more gentle one as he spoke. “Hey, uh, can we talk?”

          𝑺𝑼𝑵𝑵𝒀  𝑲𝑵��𝑾  𝑰𝑻  𝑾𝑨𝑺  𝑼𝑵𝑭𝑨𝑰𝑹  to  act  like  that  ,  considering  elio  didn’t  do  anything  wrong  .  but  ,  to  be  completely  honest  ,  the  reason  why  they  started  avoiding  the  pretty  daemon  was  mostly  because  sunny  had  no  idea  how  to  act  around  the  other  now  that  the  elephant  was  out  of  the  room  .  but  as  the  daemon  smiled  ,  the  child  of  persephone  found  themselves  staying  there  and  waiting  for  elio  to  get  closer  . ❝  hey  !!  yes  ,  of  course  .  i  ...  i’m  sorry  .  for  acting  like  a  dumbass  and  for  avoiding  you  .  i  just  didn’t  know  how  to  act  around  you  after  what  happened  last  time  when  we  talked  .  ❞

With his recent streak of rather bad luck, this was definitely a much welcomed change, and he hoped it would stay that way. “I am absolutely delighted with what I’m seeing.” Thorn was so close to really thinking he’d have zero plans for Valentine’s. He was more than happy to shower Violet with compliments the whole day. He offered her his arm. “Hope you don’t mind me wanting to show you off a little.”

           it was van’s fault for losing focus long enough that he missed someone walking his way until it was way too late. he was about to turn to them and say as much when he realized exactly who he’d run into and froze. why… why did she have to look like that? it was causing him visible distress as he tried to quickly pull himself together long enough to make an escape.  ❝ no, i’m fine, ❞  he tried, unable to muster a smile, even for the sake of being polite. gods, he was so tired.  ❝ just try to be more careful. you wouldn’t want to get hurt. … ah, i’ll be going now, then. have a good night. ❞  and so he turned to leave, hoping with all the strength he had that this was the one time she wouldn’t try to fight him on it.
