mate if you had to clock in 50 hours of work per week (5/6 days per week) when would you train ideally? in a perfect world i'd train everyday outside as long as i desire but with work/weather restraints my options are sometimes just a gym. it feels tedious and constricting. especially having to look presentable at work right after a sesh.. i need x amount of hours of sleep too
