Teasing brothers | WangXian
Ft. Lan XiChen and Jiang Cheng
A/N: Hiiiii! Here I bring yet another mdzs tickle fic because I can’t live without mdzs and I cry because I’m trying to not see spoilers of the new season. It’s hard. It’s hard.
This fic is inspired by this post and I literally screamed to gorgeous @otomiya-tickles that i thought about WangXian and she encouraged me to write this out. Thank you babes ♥
I hope you enjoy it~
Summary:
Words: 2,597 (three words away of 2,600, it kills my perfectionist side)
“Who would have thought that this rebel called Wei WuXian would now be married with HanGuang-Jun, a male cultivator from nowhere else but the Cloud Recesses.” The smirk on his lips was sharp. “What do you have to say, Wei WuXian?”
Wei WuXian simply shrugged, a shameless smile pulling at the corner of his mouth. He didn’t feel embarrassed by his shidi’s words, on the contrary, he latched onto Lan WangJi’s arm, sending a smug smirk at Jiang Cheng.
“I can only say that I was wrong and that, if I knew I would be this happy with HanGuang-Jun, I would’ve declared to him when we were young.”
Jiang Cheng seemed even more pissed by his answer, his cheeks tinting a shade of pink when Wei WuXian pressed a gentle kiss on his husband’s fair cheek. Lan WangJi didn’t react at all, at least to Jiang Cheng’s blind eyes, but Lan XiChen and Wei WuXian noticed that light blush latching onto his white earlobes, spreading through the shell of his ears.
They both chuckled at the sight, leaving Jiang Cheng narrowing his eyes in confusion and Lan WangJi avoiding looking at anyone in that quiet place somewhere within the Cloud Recesses, where fresh air rushed between the trees, making their leaves brush against each other, creating a peaceful melody that surely made the four men having some kind of a picnic, relax, shielded from the summer sun.
Lan XiChen certainly never thought he’d be part of something like this, but looking at his brother, he’s glad. Happy that Lan WangJi was finally able to touch the happiness that was once stolen away from him and that still haunts Lan XiChen from time to time, between another amount of things that haunt him now, because he helped to annihilate the love of his brother’s life.
However, he likes to think that that is part of the past. Lan WangJi would never hold grudges against his big brother and Lan XiChen knew that he was happy to have his husband, his brother and even Jiang Cheng together to get some time to forget about the past, the present and the future.
“Ah, but WangJi is not so different from Young Master Wei, is he?”
Lan XiChen is not the kind of person that enjoys to tease, but something, maybe the fresh air or, he dared to say, the happy atmosphere surrounding them, told him that it was okay to tease his little brother just a tiny bit.
“Brother?” Lan WangJi asked, genuinely confused.
“Do not make that expression, WangJi. I remember clearly that frustrated look on your face whenever Young Master Wei was around you and now, you are married to him.” Lan XiChen didn’t say that beside that frustrated look, there was also some kind of hope in his eyes and admiration everytime he looked at Wei WuXian.
Jiang Cheng chuckled as Wei WuXian roared with laughter. Lan WangJi, on the other hand, merely cleared his throat, brushing away one leaf that fell on his lap.
“I’m glad at least one of you both still has a bit of shame on them,” Jiang Cheng said, rolling his eyes as Wei WuXian almost splits his sides with laughter. “You are so loud! Shut up!”
“You make me!” Wei WuXian said back. “You are just jealous because you haven’t gotten married!”
They weren’t close, actually, they were sitting right across from each other: Lan WangJi and Wei WuXian in one side and Lan XiChen and Jiang Cheng at the other, but, in a blink of an eye, Jiang Cheng launched forward, startling the Twin Jades when he pushed Wei WuXian back and Wei WuXian let out a shriek followed by boisterous laughter.
“You little sh-,” Jiang Cheng stopped the bad word before it slipped out of his mouth, remembering where he was and with who. “You little rascal! Do you think you can look down on me just because you’re with HanGuang-Jun?”
Wei WuXian shook his head, arching his back and laughing nearly hysterically as Jiang Cheng drilled his thumbs right on his hips. “I’m sorry! I’m sohohohorry!” He begged, trying to push Jiang Cheng’s hands away.
Lan XiChen watched with amusement, and maybe just a little bit of embarrassment, how Jiang Cheng ignored that funny apology and kept tickling Wei WuXian to hysterics. He then looked at his brother, who looked a bit uncomfortable, but also urged to save his husband from his torment.
“Now, now, is this how brothers tease their brothers?”

Tickle fights are tickle fights | WangXian + Lan SiZhui
A/N: Watch me writing yet another tickle fic for mdzs as if I didn’t have prompts in my askbox ahhahaha. Anyways, I hope you all enjoy it!
Summary: It’s morning in the Little Bamboo Pavilion.
Words: 2,486
“Senior Wei, good morning,” Lan SiZhui says with a warm smile as Wei WuXian enters the kitchen, rubbing one of his eyes and yawning loudly, his clothes falling off one of his shoulders, letting see a path of milky skin and maybe a little red mark that Lan SiZhui avoids to look at all cost.
“Would you like some tea?”
“‘Morning, SiZhui.” He yawns again, sitting messily at the table. “Yes, please. Say, where’s your HanGuang-Jun?”
Lan SiZhui pours the hot tea in two cups, not spilling a single drop out, and places one of them in front of Wei WuXian. “HanGuang-Jun left just a few minutes ago,” he says, sitting at the opposite side of the table and placing the other cup in front of him. “He said he is going to bring breakfast for us.”
“Breakfast?” Lan SiZhui nods. “You have not eaten since five in the morning?”
“Mnn. HanGuang-Jun said that he usually waits for you to eat breakfast, so I told him I would wait too.”
Wei WuXian nods, taking a sip of his tea and burning his tongue. “Lan Zhan is really talkative today, isn’t he?”
Lan SiZhui can’t help but chuckle as he also takes a sip from his own cup. “Well, he did not exactly said all of that, but I assumed that’s what he meant.”
Wei WuXian lets out a bark of laughter, almost dropping the tea from his hands. “And here I thought only ZeWu-Jun could read Lan Zhan that easily, but you can too! Tell me your secrets, SiZhui!”
Lan SiZhui smiles, shaking his head softly. “I am pretty sure, out of ZeWu-Jun and me, you are the only person that can read HanGuang-Jun completely, Senior Wei.”
“Hmm? Can I?”
“Of course, you seem to know what HanGuang-Jun is thinking just looking at his eyes,” he explains, “but since it is something common for you to do, you do not really notice it.” Lan SiZhui gives a small nod, proud of his own words.
Wei WuXian, on the other hand, feels a strange wave of embarrassment fill his insides. He knows SiZhui is a very observant kid, after all, he was raised by Lan WangJi himself, but he never thought he would be one of his subjects of observation.
However, maybe he is right? Back when he was a teen, studying in the Cloud Recesses, he really did wonder how was it possible for Lan XiChen to read someone as emotionless as Lan WangJi, but now, after being together for a while, he really can see how easy it is to read him.
Regardless, he still feels exposed, so, wanting to change subjects, he looks up at Lan SiZhui with a smirk of his own, making the kid tense a bit.
“Hmm,” he mumbles, taking another sip of his tea. “One thing is for sure,” he says, the tone of his voice at the verge of teasing, “you have taken after Lan Zhan a lot, now you are lecturing me and all.”
“I would never, Senior Wei,” Lan SiZhui answers, shaking his head a little.
“And you barely express your feelings, just like HanGuang-Jun,” Wei WuXian continues. “Back then, you were all smiles and giggles, always clinging to my leg and sinking your little teeth on ChenQing!”
Lan SiZhui blushes deeply, clearing his throat and wanting to dig a hole into the wooden floor to hide his head in. “I- I was a kid back then, Senior Wei,” he says through nervous stutters. “I’ve grown up now, and I was educated by HanGuang-Jun, so, it’s only natural that I take after him.” Wei WuXian doesn’t fail to notice that gleam of pride twinkling in Lan SiZhui’s eyes, and he smiles brightly at him.
“I understand,” he says, placing his elbow on the table and placing his chin on the palm of his hand. “However, I do miss giggly A-Yuan,” he chuckles when Lan SiZhui blushes even more.

The Gusu Lan Sect Sunrise
Tumblr media
A/N: Holy wow! XDD Alright this was so fun and cute to write! I am so glad I got those three requests. This fanfic was requested by an anon, @dirtpie39 and @friendshipisvaluable! I really hope you guys enjoy the fanfic! And to everyone else who reads it, I hope you guys enjoy it as well <3
Summary: After coming back from a Night Hunt, Wei Wuxian goes to the JingShi to see Lan WangJi but when he finds him not there, he’s drawn to where the melody of the guqin sounds. It is there where they have some silent and playful time to themselves before they watch the sunrise together.
Word Count: 2394
It was in the dead of the night when Wei Ying had gotten back from the most recent Night Hunt with the two Lan disciples along with Jin Ling, and he had expected Lan Zhan to already be resting in the JingShi. However, as he made his way inside and towards their shared bed, Wei Wuxian was surprised to see that his husband was not in bed and all his robes were missing as well. Letting out a hum, the younger male hopped over the bed and stepped back outside, taking in the cool night air as the full moon lit up everything around him in a soft pale light. Closing his eyes as the wind swept his hair back, Wei Wuxian let his eyes shoot open as the melody of Lan WangJi’s guqin entered the air, gaining his attention as a smile made its way on his lips. Chuckling softly, Wei Ying glanced around before he followed the beautiful tune, being as quiet as he could since it was now the clan’s resting time and if he was found, he would most likely be punished by Lan Qiren…again. Running past the familiar pond with a flowing waterfall, Wei Wuxian pushed himself up the hill until he slowed down and leaned against a tree, observing how Lan Zhan played.
“Couldn’t sleep without me, Lan-Er gege?” Wei Wuxian cackled, moving off the tree as he sauntered towards Lan WangJi, who had stopped playing as he watched his mischievous husband plop down next to him. Leaning into him, Wei Wuxian sighed and closed his eyes, letting Lan WangJi’s warmth surround his slightly cold body as the sound of the guqin being softly placed down reached his ears. Noticing arms starting to wrap around his waist, Wei Ying didn’t have a chance to really think about it before he was drawn into Lan Zhan’s lap, his back pressing firmly into the other man’s chest. “If you wanted to me to sit in your lap, HanGuang-Jun, you should’ve told me before I sat down!”
“Mn…” Lan Zhan shushed, holding Wei Wuxian tighter against him, moving so that the shorter male’s legs were able to fit neatly on top of his. Letting out a huff as he was told to be quiet, Wei Ying leaned back against his husband and turned his neck, pressing a kiss against Lan WangJi’s cheek. Grinning when he froze briefly, Wei yelped when Lan Zhan’s hands suddenly pressed flat against the cloth of his stomach and his face was buried in his shoulder, pressing soft nips to his pale skin. “You’re cold…”
Letting his cheeky grin leave for a more softer smile as he let his gaze leave his husband to stare up at the night sky, observing the way the stars twinkled beautifully. Noticing how Wei Wuxian moved his gaze from him, Lan WangJi blew out a breath against his neck and moved his fingers around the shorter male’s clothed midriff like he would on his WangJi, however his movements were slightly interrupted when Wei Ying kicked his knees up and leaned back harder into him, his snorty giggles breaking the once silent air around them. Blinking in shock, Lan WangJi gazed down at where his hands were before he started to connect the dots.

Lan Sizhui Adorable Headcanon Thing
Here’s a cute headcanon/imagine thing I shared with @mystictickles about Lan Sizhui <3
Lan Sizhui has this most adorablest laugh. When he’s tickled, he’ll try to grab at the ticklers hands but when he realized this doesn’t work, Lan Sizhui just squirm around and weakly protest to try and not let the tickler know that he’s actually having a little bit of fun. His laughter is light and quiet until the tickler hits a certain spot on his body, it is then that Lan Sizhui would squeal and let out snorts that would crack the tickler up along with him even more than he already is.
Wei Wuxian sometimes comes up behind him and squeezes his sides and it causes the disciple to squeal and try to muffle it against his hands because loud voices are against the clan’s rules. Wei Ying would crack up while Lan Sizhui would protest and whine while he flushed with embarrassment

Lan Sizhui’s Best Sleep Ever
Tumblr media
A/N: Alright, I don’t know why I did this since my thumb is now throbbing like a son of a bitch, but I wanted to get this out just because it wouldn’t leave my mind. This is my first time writing for Mo Dao Zu Shi, so I apologize if they’re not in character or I got a few things wrong. Anyways, other than that, I hope you guys enjoy the fic! I want to tag: @otomiya-tickles and @ticklygiggles because I wanna share the love of this anime with them! <3
Summary: Lan Sizhui has a fever nightmare and somehow gets out of his sleeping area to go to where Lan WangJi and Wei Wuxian are staying.
Word Count: 1097
Sitting up straight with a small gasp as he was awoken from a nightmare, Lan Sizhui panted softly and looked around the small sleeping lodge that he and the other disciples shared. Wiping the pooling sweat dripping down his forehead, the teen bit back a whimper as he slid out of bed and pulled on his white robes, bringing them closer to him when a breeze of cool wind swept against his chilled skin. Opening the sliding doors as quietly as he could, Lan Sizhui paused and glanced back at a sleeping Lan Jingyi before he stepped out into the night, making his way towards the familiar JingShi. Keeping his steps as quiet as he could so he wouldn’t get caught being out past the clan’s resting hour, Lan Sizhui finally stopped in front of his Dads’ resting area and stopped, silently debating whether or not he should bug them this late at night. Not getting another moment to think, Lan Sizhui gasped softly when he lost his balance and his body moved forward as he slapped his face against the door.
“What was that? Is someone out there?” Grabbing the door to push himself back up just as it opened, Lan Sizhui blinked owlishly as a blurry image of Wei appeared in front of him. Swallowing the lump in his scratchy throat, Lan Sizhui went to open his mouth but all that left it was heavy coughs as his body leaned forward. Frowning softly at this, Wei peaked behind to him to see Lan Zhan shrugging on his white robes before he turned his attention to his obviously sick son. Reaching out, Wei Wuxian helped the younger male to stand straight before he pressed his hand to his forehead, feeling the heat radiating off his skin. “Er-gege, I think he’s sick…he’s awfully warm, what do we do?”
“Mn…” Lan Zhan mumbled, moving to stand next to his husband before he too reached out, placing his hand on Lan Sizhui’s cheek. Noticing how hot and flushed the disciple was, Lan WangJi frowned and glanced at Wei, who nodded. Moving until his back was to Lan Sizhui, Lan Wangji crouched down a bit as Wei Ying helped their son on his back and he could lift the teen with no trouble. Bringing him inside carefully, Lan WangJi heard Wei Wuxian close the door to their JingShi. Not really knowing what was happening as he buried his face in Lan Zhan’s shoulder, Lan Sizhui tightened his hold on his Father’s robes before he was suddenly placed down on a soft mattress. “Sit still.”

Remedy — MDZS 魔道祖师
Mo Dao Zu Shi | WangXian
Summary: One evening, Wei WuXian welcomes a moody Lan WangJi at home and invites him for a bath. To cheer him up, he initiates a water and tickle fight, with hopes of lightening up the mood. (Prompt by anon)
Notes: Ref. Chapter 95, 100, 111, Extra; Thank you anon for the sweet prompt, I finally finished it! I started off a bit serious but I hope you can enjoy the fluff that comes afterwards^-^ Yay for bathing WangXian! (Also on Ao3)
Word Count: 1K+
“Lan Zhan! Welcome home.” Wei WuXian was happily splashing around in the bathtub when his husband arrived. Lan WangJi looked at him and gave him a nod as a greeting.
“I’m bathing,” Wei WuXian said matter-of-factly. Lan WangJi nodded again.
He replied, “I can see that.” Wei WuXian hung over the edge, lips pouting until Lan WangJi finally finished taking off his outer robes and approached to kiss him. Wei WuXian kissed him greedily, but Lan WangJi already moved back and sat at his desk where a pile of paperwork was waiting for him.
“Join me?” Wei WuXian asked. Lan WangJi looked over the first of the pile with nighthunting notes from the disciples and gave him a side-glance. He shook his head.
“Come on. If you behave, we won’t break the bath, and you can work later. I missed you today, and you missed me. Least you can do is bathe with me.” Lan WangJi kept a stern gaze on the notes for one moment longer before getting up, and Wei WuXian lit up when he began to undress.
“Not for too long,” Lan WangJi said, and Wei WuXian smirked.
“Not for too long,” he repeated after him to confirm. He knew it would always be Lan WangJi who was unable to resist him whenever they were squished together in the narrow bathtub with their bare bodies. From the first time they ever made out, engaged in intimacies, to many evenings in their married life, the bathtub had always played a particular role.

“I’m Very Ticklish” [WangXian]
Mo Dao Zu Shi /  魔道祖师
Tumblr media
A/N: I can’t say this was not inspired by the toilet-seat-cover scene from Clannad a slight bit hahaha, and don’t ask me why I suddenly thought of that. Just some random WangXian tickle fluff because I felt like it!
Summary: Wei WuXian has been a bad boy and provoked Lan WangJi by tickling him, so Lan WangJi comes up with a rather strange punishment. (sfw with few mentions of sex.)
Word Count: 3473
“Good morning guys! Are we ready for today’s archery practice?” Wei WuXian chirped merrily. He held his breath when Lan WangJi gave him a firm stare.
“…and I’m very ticklish,” he added. The juniors all gave him weird looks, and Wei WuXian felt a rare feeling of shame and embarrassment that made his face and entire body heat up.
“Gross. Why would you say such nonsense?” Jin Ling asked, scoffing in disgust. Lan Jingyi also frowned, fuming, “Why would I wanna tickle you?”, and several other disciples whispered in confusion, but Lan Sizhui smiled merrily and sneaked closer towards him.
“Really, Senior Wei? You say we can make you laugh, like this?” Wei WuXian blushed when the disciple was brave enough to poke his side, and he spazzed and let out a loud cackle in surprise.
“A-Yuan! No no no stop!” he cried, jumping away to hide behind Lan WangJi. Getting tickled by someone he considered his own son was too humiliating!
“You said it yourself, so it’s your own fault anyway. But let’s get going. Geez, such nonsense in the early morning,” Lan Jingyi sighed, and he convinced the others to walk ahead towards the Lan Sect’s archery practice field, leaving Wei WuXian behind with his husband. He rubbed his side and pouted at him.
“You are so mean…” he whined. Lan WangJi gave him that look again.
“…and I’m very ticklish.” Lan WangJi finally nodded, seeming content, and he followed after the disciples. Wei WuXian sighed and followed as well, the pout still lingering on his lips.
Today, he was suffering from a very bad punishment, and all thanks to his very good and smart self.

One spot, all the fun | WangXian
A/N: heeeeey~ watch me writing for Mo Dao Zu Shi again even though I haven’t finished my prompts ahahahahaha… ah. I hope you enjoy this! I feel like I didn’t make justice to own my idea 😭 but I hope you all like it!
Summary: Lan Zhan is the subject of Wei Ying’s fingers even on the most intimate moments, so he thinks it’s time to show Wei Ying a lesson.
Mentions of sex, but nothing too nsfw
Words: 2+k
“How was that, Lan Zhan?”
Lan Zhan wanted to sweep that smirk off Wei Ying’s mouth, but he could barely move with the leftover tingles spreading from his hips all the way up to his ribs. His bare body twitching slightly as he tried to regain his breath after that ruthless tickle attack from his lover.
Wei Ying, on the other hand, was smiling wildly, happy with the mess his husband had become after just a few post-coital tickling.
He really didn’t mean to tickle him, but when both of them had reached their climax after a heated sexual intercourse morning, Wei Ying’s fingers started to carelessly caress around Lan Zhan’s body, feeling those tights muscles under the smooth skin, following those scars at his back and the burn at his chest.
Lan Zhan was breathing heavily into Wei Ying’s neck as he came back to his senses from his orgasm, his body still highlighted by sensations, so, when he felt Wei Ying’s fingers lightly touching his ribs as they came back from roaming around his back, he couldn’t help but let out a wholeheartedly laugh, the sensation tickling him just as much as a harsh squeeze, (which he knew very well thanks to Wei Ying). It made him jump away, falling off Wei Ying and into the bed on his back.
Wei Ying beamed at such reaction and before Lan Zhan could stop him, he was straddling him, digging his fingers into the spaces between Lan Zhan’s ribs and claiming that ‘he didn’t know one could be more ticklish after an orgasm!’
Lan Zhan had the feeling that he, somehow, did know about it.
“How was it, Lan Zhan? How was it?” He asked again, poking Lan Zhan on his ribs, making him jump and let out a strangled sound.
“Awful,” he firmly says, sitting up in the bed, (pushing Wei Ying off) and putting his white robes back on.
Wei Ying giggled, “c'mon, it wasn’t that bad, was it?”
“Awful,” Lan Zhan repeats as he turns his head to look at Wei Ying sprawled onto the bed, the morning sun showering his bare body, making his milky skin look like honey. He was smiling at him, his cheeks flushed and his forehead slightly wet with sweat. His lips plump and red after Lan Zhan bit, sucked and kissed them. Obscene white and sticky liquid drying up on his lower belly.
Lan Zhan felt his chest flutter and he acted impulsively, throwing himself on top of Wei Ying, straddling his hips and kissing his lips passionately. Wei Ying shrieked at his lover’s sudden movements, but then melted under the attention, wrapping his arms around Lan Zhan’s neck as the white robes, open by the top, fell on his body, making him shiver slightly with each brush of the fabrics against his skin.
Lan Zhan felt the lips captured by his stretching a bit into a smile. Satisfied hums leaving Wei Ying’s mouth as Lan Zhan pulled apart to leave kisses down his neck, on those red marks he had left just a few minutes ago.
“Am I forgiven, Lan Zhan?” He let out a soft gasp when Lan Zhan bit at his earlobe.
“No,” he whispered against his skin and Wei Ying frowned as he threw his head back, exposing his neck more.
“No? Then why are you-
Wei Ying gasped again when he felt the so familiar numbness at his hips, he tried to move his legs, his torso, his arms, but they were all useless. Lan Zhan had used the incantantion on him!
"Lan Zhan!” Lan Zhan lifted his head from Wei Ying’s neck and he shivered. He had never seen that gleam on Lan Zhan’s eyes before.
He didn’t like it at all.
“Wei Ying,” Lan Zhan said, grabbing Wei Ying’s useless arms from around his shoulders and placing them at each side of Wei Ying’s head, pinning them down, even though that was not needed.
“Lan Zhan! Why are you using the incantation?! I hate when you do this!” He growled, shaking his head, he was glad he could move his head, at least.
“Punishment.”
“Punishment? For tickling you?” Lan Zhan nodded once. “C'mon, Lan Zhan, you have a beautiful laugh! And you laughed while we were doing that!”
“You made me laugh.”
Wei Ying flashed him a big smile. “Well, I did, but it was not my intention to do it in the first place! Since you laughed I felt courageous!”
Lan Zhan let go of Wei Ying’s arms and he looked almost satisfied to watch them stay right where he left them. He then proceeded to sit down on top of Wei Ying’s thighs, barely past his manhood.
“I am going to do it.”

MDZS Tickle Headcanons!!
I want to write more MDZS fics but... I can't think of anything...TT
But just so I can still write at least something, I've decided to just throw out some headcanons! And maybe I'll be so luckily as to get ideas from them, so let's gooo!
Wei WuXian
Tumblr media
• This man definitely is very experienced in tickle fights and as a teen he never missed any opportunity to start one.
• Now that he's matured, he does it less often. However if he's provoked, he won't hesitate to put his skills to use!
• Both Lan SiZhui and Lan JingYi have been victims of Tickle Monster Xian. Just thinking back about how they suffered still gives them goosebumps.
• In the past, tickle fights between him and Jiang Cheng were a normal everyday thing. Wei WuXian was the little shit who started them, Jiang Cheng was competitive and determined to make the other cry and win the fight.
• In the end, it always ended up with Jiang Cheng being the one who got tickled to tears. The worst thing is, most of the time he didn't even get to tickle Wei WuXian. It was completely one sided.
• Only a few times did he manage to overpower Wei WuXian, and when he did, he got him good.
• It's not that Wei WuXian always won because he wasn't ticklish. He was, very, but he was just good at defending himself and outsmarting the other. When he let down his guard and Jiang Cheng managed to get the upper hand, Wei WuXian would scream.
• When he's tickled, he's extremely squirmy and if you're not careful, you'll receive a kick or a punch in the face. He also doesn't just laugh. He screams and begs, and if you tickle him long enough, he'll cry.
• Only if Lan WangJi is the one doing it, he's a lot calmer. Most likely because even when tickling, Lan WangJi is gentle. On top of that, he trusts Lan Wangji more than anyone.
• Though, it's not that Lan WangJi isn't capable of tickling Wei WuXian to tears. In fact, he could make him cry within seconds. He just doesn't want to, unless it's a punishment.
• Tickle fights between Lan WangJi and Wei WuXian are so soft and cute, you could hardly call them tickle fights. Wei WuXian absolutely loves poking Lan WangJi's sensitive spots to get a reaction.
• Lan WangJi may have grown stronger against Wei WuXian's teasing, but tickling is one thing he can get him with. A few pokes to his stomach and Lan WangJi makes the cutest noises!
• When the tables are turned, Lan WangJi loves placing soft, tickly kisses all over Wei WuXian's face, neck, and all other places that are sensitive. It's not enough to make him go crazy, but it still tickles, so Wei WuXian just ends up giggling a lot. Lan WangJi thinks it's adorable, and will never stop doing it.
Lan WangJi
Tumblr media
• Lan WangJi isn't necessarily fond of tickling itself, but if it's with his Wei Ying, he doesn't mind it.
• He had never been tickled or tickled someone else before Wei WuXian brought it up, but he had always been curious. So when Wei WuXian suddenly poked his side out of heckin nowhere to get his attention, he was beyond confused and surprised by the sudden weird feeling.
• Even though he doesn't look it, he has a playful side. Whenever they're making out, he loves softly brushing his fingers against his sides, or if he gets the chance, wiggle a finger under his arm to make him giggle. He'll say that it was on accident, but Wei WuXian, and we as well, know that that was not at all the case <3
• When he's sober, being tickled too much makes him feel a bit uneasy. But when he's drunk, he would even go as far as to ask Wei WuXian to tickle him.
• He'd lay down on his back and tug on Wei WuXian's sleeve to get his attention. Then he'd put his arms above his head and just stare at his husband.
• The first time he did this, Wei WuXian was speechless. Again. Because drunk Lan Er-GeGe is always full of surprises.
• "...Lan Zhan? What are you doing now?"
• (Okay. There's my idea. I am saying no more about this, this is getting a fic >:3c)
• Wei WuXian doesn't know how he does it, but even when tickled, Lan WangJi looks beautiful. It's not even because of the fact that Wei WuXian would never think of his husband as not-beautiful, he just is.
• The way he scrunches up his nose, how his hair flows when he throws his head back, when he squeezes his eyes shut when trying to endure it, it's all beautiful.
• Lan WangJi isn't really the the type to tickle others. He only really does it to Wei WuXian. And even then it's because Wei WuXian started it in the first place, most of the time.
Jiang Cheng
Tumblr media
• Ticklish bb, and he hates it.
• In general, he doesn't like tickling that much at all. The only times he actually enjoyed it when he was younger, was when his sister would tickle him to show affection, or when he got to destroy Wei WuXian with merciless tickles.
• When he tickled people, he never held back. He'd immediately go for people's worst spots and go all out. He didn't have the patience to torture people slowly
• However, it's the slow kind of tickling that got him the most when he was on the receiving end. Because he's so impatient, the feeling of his tickler tickling him so softly that he couldn't laugh but also couldn't stay silent, absolutely drived him crazy.
• Endless swearing... A fun game: count the amount of times he says "fuck" while tickling him LOL.
• In all honesty, right now, this man has other things on his mind. I think the idea of tickling someone wouldn't even cross his mind, probably not even with Jin Ling. Just threatening to break his legs is enough to scare the poor boy.
• However, if he does ever happen to tickle someone, it'd be Jin Ling. Jiang Cheng is harsh, but he loves his nephew. As difficult as it is for him, I'm sure he'd love to become closer with his sister's son.

A dumb ass tickle fight on a rainy day (MDZS || Wei WuXian & Jiang Cheng)
Wow…. Finally…. A fic!!! For REAL!!!
No but seriously, MDZS owns my whole hecking heart atm. I’ve had so many ideas for fics for a while, not writing them would just be a shame. I’ve caught up with the novel, and I can really use some MDZS tickles. I’ve been picturing Wei WuXian and Jiang Cheng having a tickle fight to the death so many times, I just absolutely had to write it. So here we are, I hope you enjoy! ♡
(Also sorry for the lame title lmao, I couldn't think of anything and this is pretty much what it is heheh)
To avoid any confusion, this happened in the past, after they returned from the Cloud Recesses!
Word count: 1522
"Jiang Cheeengg..."
Today was an unlucky day for Wei WuXian. Unlike the past few days, when the weather was warm and sunny, ever since this morning it had been raining non stop.
Wei WuXian had planned to go hunt for pheasants today, as well as picking (stealing) lotus seed pods. However, seeing how hard the rain was pouring down, he and Jiang Cheng were stuck inside.
Of course, Wei WuXian was bored out of his mind. With nothing to do, he kept pestering Jiang Cheng by repeatedly calling his name and poking his arm to get his attention.
“Jiaaang Cheeenggg...”
Jiang Cheng had been trying to read a book in silence, ignoring Wei WuXian’s cries for attention. However, considering this had been going on for quite a while already, he finally couldn’t take it any longer. As a vein popped in his forehead, he shouted, “One more word and you can say goodbye to both of your legs!”
Wei WuXian pouted. “How cruel… Jiang Cheng, you’re always so mean!”
Jiang Cheng, “You..!”
Before Jiang Cheng could kick him, Wei WuXian dodged his leg. “Jiang Cheng, you’d better be careful! What if you break something?”
He was actually only half joking. Considering Jiang Cheng’s temper, he really could break something if he wasn’t careful.
Jiang Cheng scoffed. “Would you look at that. Who’s the one always going around causing trouble wherever he goes? That’s right, you! And you have the balls to tell me to to be careful? Don’t make me laugh!”
Wei WuXian crossed his arms and gave him a ‘what-are-you-talking-about’ look. “Who’s causing trouble? If you’re talking about what happened with Lan Zhan, I apologized to him! Besides, it wasn’t even entirely my fault either. Out of all the times we fought, Lan Zhan was the one who started them,” he argued.
“You’re unbelievable. Here, let me do you a favor by killing you right here and now so you won’t have to embarrass yourself even more,” said Jiang Cheng as he was about to pick up a vase, ready to smash it against Wei WuXian’s head.
Wei WuXian, “Jiang Cheng… Think about it. You’re telling me that killing me here and now would prevent me from embarrassing myself more, but wouldn’t me dying so easily and randomly here in the hands of my own shidi be the most embarrassing thing?”
Jiang Cheng clenched his fists so hard that his knuckles turned white. To him, it sounded as if Wei WuXian was saying that he was weak and that it would be embarrassing to die in his hands for that reason. Needless to say, that wasn’t Wei WuXian’s point at all.
However, Jiang Cheng had already been angered too much to hold himself back and swung his fist at Wei WuXian’s face. “You jerk, wanna fight?!”
Wei WuXian grinned widely. “Guess what? I’ve been waiting for it!"
Blocking Jiang Cheng’s fist with one hand, he used the other to aim a punch at his stomach. Jiang Cheng jumped away, but Wei WuXian’s hand still brushed against his stomach. A loud giggle came out of Jiang Cheng’s mouth.
His face turning beet red, he covered his mouth with his hand immediately and covered his stomach with the other.
Wei WuXian froze due to the sudden unexpected reaction. He carefully looked at his hand that brushed him and soon came to a realization. No way, could it be..?
When Wei WuXian and Jiang Cheng were younger, the two would start tickle fights with one another all the time. Though as they grew up, they replaced having tickle fights with fist fights.
He knew that Jiang Cheng was extremely ticklish back then, but to think that he still would be! Quickly enough, Wei WuXian forgot about punching him and got other ideas instead.
As he slowly walked over to Jiang Cheng with an amused expression, he spoke, “did I just hear that right? Jiang Cheng, you couldn’t possibly be ticklish, are you?”
Hearing this, Jiang Cheng froze.
Wei WuXian, “Oh my… So it’s true! Jiang Cheng, this is dangerous! What if this happens during a real fight? People will think that you’re making fun of them!
Jiang Cheng backed way everytime Wei WuXian got closer, until his back was pressed against the wall. Knowing his shixiong, this would not end well.
He yelled, “Fuck off!! What in the world gave you such a ridiculous idea?! I was simply just laughing at how stupid you really are, don’t make shit up!”
Wei WuXian, “I’m making shit up? Fine, let’s find out who’s the real liar here.”
Before Jiang Cheng could protest, Wei WuXian had already pounced on him and started wiggling his fingers all over his sensitive stomach.
Immediately, the room was filled with Jiang Cheng’s screams and laughter. “Wei WuXiahaahan!!! I’ll fuhuhucking kihill you!!! NO! STOHOP!! HAHA- FUCK!”
An endless stream of swear words left Jiang Cheng’s mouth as Wei WuXian was tickling him.
He never really intended to make this a full on tickle war. He just wanted to see for himself just how ticklish he was still. In the end, he also just wanted to prove his point. He decided to show him mercy and stopped tickling after about a minute.
….Bad idea, though.
“Wei...Wu...Xian!!” Jiang Cheng’s face was extremely red from laughing so much, as well as the extreme feeling of embarrassment.
He pushed Wei WuXian on the ground and glared down at him, breathing heavily. “Fine,” he spoke, “if this is the way you want to fight, that’s completely fine with me. But don’t think I’ll go easy on you, even when you start crying and begging like how you always used to.”
Oh no. He had this insane look in his eyes, the look that told Wei WuXian that it’s really over for him. Now it was his turn to watch as Jiang Cheng slowly came closer, until he finally attacked.
Within seconds, Wei WuXian was already screaming. Jiang Cheng gave him absolutely no chance to struggle or fight back. He sat on top of him while attacking Wei WuXian’s entire upper body with merciless tickles.
“WAAHAIT!!” Wei WuXian yelled out. He expected anything but this. He was more than ready to be kicked in the face, but he never expected Jiang Cheng to actually tickle him!
While it may have looked a little bit silly, Wei WuXian was actually having a hard time here. Jiang Cheng wouldn’t just have a playful tickle fight with anyone, especially not now. Jiang Cheng was serious. He wanted to win this stupid ass fight, and from the looks of it, he would.
“JIANG CHENG!! I’M DYIHIHING PLEASE JIANG CHEHEHENG!!!” Wei WuXian’s limbs were flying everywhere and Jiang Cheng had to dodge a few kicks. Not like it was hard, though. Wei WuXian was too busy laughing to focus on kicking him properly.
“Good. Die,” is all Jiang Cheng said.
Jiang Cheng went from squeezing his sides to spidering his fingers against his ribs. Sometimes he’d reach behind him to squeeze at the back of his knees, and after just a few minutes, Wei WuXian was crying.
Jiang Cheng never liked to hold back during tickle fights, but this time it was like he was more cruel than ever..! Was it because he’s older and stronger now? Whatever it was, Wei WuXian felt like he was standing right in front of hell’s door.
As tears were rolling down his cheeks, Wei WuXian begged, “Plehehease Jiang Cheeng!! I prohomise I won’t bother you anymore!! I will do anythihihing!!”
Jiang Cheng, “Oh? Anything?” He raised an eyebrow.
Wei WuXian, “Yehehes anything!!!”
Jiang Cheng thought for a second, before remembering that he said he wouldn’t show him mercy even if he cried and begged. Thus, he decided not to fall for it.
Jiang Cheng, “Yeah right. Just shut up and suffer.”
It’s not like he needed anything anyways. All he wanted for now was for Wei WuXian to know that if he fucked up, he’d pay for it.
After about 5 more minutes of continuous torture, Jiang Cheng finally stopped moving his fingers and rested his hands on Wei WuXian’s sides.
Wei WuXian was a mess. His bright red cheeks were wet with tears, his eyes were all red, his hair was everywhere, and all he could do was wheeze underneath Jiang Cheng.
Admiring his work, Jiang Cheng stood up and looked down at his shixiong. “This should be enough to teach you. Next time, think before you do stupid things. Unless you actually wish to suffer, then of course keep going and wait for your death.”
Wei WuXian was unable to even speak, so without saying anything else, Jiang Cheng left the room.
Wei WuXian flipped over on his stomach, but didn’t have the energy to get up.
He also had just realized that it had stopped raining. Just great… Well, he could always go pheasant hunting another time. For now, he’d just take a nap.
But he swore, that even if it’d be the last thing he does, he would get Jiang Cheng back for this. Just wait. Just fucking wait.

Summer night melodies | WangXian
A/N: hey! Watch me writing this instead of the prompts left in my ask! I’ve been craving tickle content for WangXian, and since I was not provided with it I had to provide myself *cries* I hope you enjoy it! Some summer vibes because I’m tired of this endless winter. I hope this is not too out of character, I mean… it is a bit, but I hope not too much. *sweats*
Summary: Nights at the JingShi are usually filled with the lovely sound of Lan WangJi’s Guqin, however, this summer night, there’s another lovely sound filling the room; a sound that flows out Lan WangJi just as melodic as the Guqin’s music.
Words: 3,132 (got a bit excited;;; under the cut)
A soft and cheerful, but still slightly melancholy melody flooded the JingShi, the sound seeping out the open windows, fading into the darkness of the summer night in the Cloud Recesses.
The Guqin’s strings vibrating with each touch and light pulls made by the elegant and fingers, creating notes that made Wei WuXian feel like he really was in the dephts of the clouds, in a little part of Heaven where only the person playing elegantly and him existed.
How beautiful was that?
Lan WangJi’s back straight, almost painfully, his hair neatly falling over his back in a black cascade with only the whiteness of his forehead ribbon. Wei WuXian in bed, laying on his belly with his arms crossed in front of him, holding his head. He could hear the soft mumble of a song coming from his lover in front of him.
The screen that separated the bedroom from the study room had been moved, by none other than Wei WuXian, so that he could observe Lan WangJi, from the comfort of the bed, doing his daily tasks: reviewing his writings, the disciples’s reports, or transcribing poetry that, if Wei WuXian was lucky enough, he could hear it in whispers against his ear at night, when the lights had already turned off and they were both cuddling against each other in their bed.
At nights, he was able to observe him revising again or, like now, play his Guqin until bedtime.
The thought of Lan WangJi whispering romantic poetry in his ears, however, made his face flush bright red and a big smile appear on his lips. Who would have thought that Lan WangJi would do that kind of things? Yet again, he was a man full of surprises.
Especially when he was intoxicated.
Wei WuXian couldn’t help but giggle at the memory of a drunk Lan WangJi after just one glass of liquor; the things he does in that state are things that no one would believe if they didn’t see them with their own eyes! Wei WuXian was happy to be the only one allowed to look at him in that state. However, it was still pretty funny, so he laughed a bit more into the palm of his hand.
At the other side of the JingShi, Lan WangJi wondered what was making Wei WuXian giggle like that, but he didn’t stop playing, in any case, he thought the laughter sounded according to the melody his fingers were producing, so he let him giggle until he had finished the song, his gentle hand resting upon the strings to silence the instrument.
“Ah, Lan Zhan, Lan Zhan!” Wei WuXian’s giggles died down. “Can you play once more?” There was a huge smile in his face and Lan WangJi was about to start another melody, but he stopped himself and simply got up to blow the candles off. Once that was done, he made his way to bed, the moonlight illuminating his path.
“It’s nine o'clock,” he said with his baritone voice as he put the screen back in its place. “It’s time to rest.”
The smile on Wei WuXian’s lips didn’t disappear, on the contrary it grew larger as soon as Lan WangJi was under the white blankets and he settled on his back, ready to sleep. Wei WuXian following him, laying on his back on his side of the bed.
“Lan Zhan always follows the rules, he never spoils me, not even a bit.”
Lan WangJi looked at him with a very slight scowl. “There are punishments for not following the rules.”
“Am I going to be punished by HanGuang-Jun for not following the rules?” Lan WangJi looked at him intently, almost glaring. “Don’t make that face, Er-gege,” Wei WuXian laughed. “I was simply pulling at your leg a bit,” he winked playfully. “You get all serious about the rules, but earlier I was just remembering how drunk you get after just one glass!”
Ah, so that’s the reason behind that laughing fit.
“I just took the time to remember the things you did a few years ago! When I recently came back!”
“The things I did?”
Wei WuXian nodded, turning on his side to have a better look of his partner. “Yes! I think it was the first time I ever saw you drunk! Or was it the second?” He hummed, placing a finger on his chin as he thought about it. Lan WangJi thought he looked extremely cute. “Well, it doesn’t really matter! What really matters is the fact that you were truly out of yourself, Lan Zhan!”
Lan WangJi kept his lips sealed, he didn’t even bother to try to remember the nights he had lost conscious in front of Wei WuXian after one glass of liquor; he knew he wouldn’t be able to, not matter how hard he tried, so he simply let Wei WuXian continue.
“That time you tied my wrists with your head ribbon and showed me to the disciples as if I was some kind of prize! We also played hide and seek!” Wei WuXian could barely hold back his laughter remembering Lan WangJi walking around the inn’s room where they were staying at, a serious expression in his features as Wei WuXian threatened him to lick his hand if he caught him.
“Hide and seek?” There was almost amazement in his voice when he spoke. “I don’t remember.”
“I know you don’t, that’s why I’m telling you!” Wei WuXian stopped laughing after a coughing fit.

The Grand & Grandest Master
..of Tickle Fights - WangXian (Mo Dao Zu Shi /  墨香铜臭)
Tumblr media
A/N: I’m Mo Dao Zu Shi addicted! I saw the anime and I haven’t even finished reading the novel yet, but couldn’t help myself! I had to write this! I think once I get more comfortable writing them as I get further into the novel story I might write more.
Summary: Wei WuXian introduces tickling as a way of playing, teasing, punishing and affection into his relationship with Lan WangJi, and even though it is awkward at first, Lan WangJi proves to learn fast.
(sfw but few mentions of sex)
Word Count: 2189
Overwhelmed. Powerless. On the brink of possibly dying; Wei WuXian gazed up at the ceiling. Lan WangJi was leaning over him, his long hair trailing over Wei WuXian’s collarbone as his fingers worked skillfully on his ribcage.
Wei WuXian’s eyes were tearing up. His face was flushing bright red. He couldn’t scream, he couldn’t even move, the lower half of his body felt the familiar numbness and was unable to move. He could only just lie there, arms above his head in submission and suffering from the greatest punishment of a lifetime.
And punishments had definitely gotten scary. Why? For Lan WangJi had truly mastered the art of tickling, knowing exactly what he was doing to Wei WuXian’s hypersensitive body.
Why the second young master of the Lan Sect would know of such dirty methods? Wei WuXian had taught him. Dramatically watching his life flash by, Wei WuXian thought it wouldn’t be wrong to remember that certain night when he had been foolish enough not only to teach Lan WangJi about tickling, but also how he should do it. He was dying from exploding sensations anyway, so might as well.

Mo Dao Zu Shi tickle headcanons
That no one asked for but I’ve been dying to write for mdzs but I haven’t given myself the time because I’m an awful procrastinator (also, I’m feeling really shy writing this omg idk what’s happening) I’m only doing Wei Wuxian, Lan Wangji and Jiang Cheng for now, so LET’S BEGIN!
Wei Wuxian (Wei Ying)
Has one tickle spot and only one: right where his hips meet his thighs.
That’s the most sensitive spot on is body (canon) so he’s definitely pretty ticklish there
Not insanely, though, but enough to have him cackling and snorting if he’s getting tickled for too long over there
His laughter is pretty cheerful, a bit high pitched but without being annoying nor agressive to the ears
It’s pretty hard to catch him off guard, he knows his weak spot, so he’s gonna try to protect it real hard
Probably the only person who can really catch him off guard is, of course, Lan Wangji and Jiang Cheng back when they were young
Ruthless ler, will not stop tickling his victim until they’re crying with laughter and begging for mercy
Wei Wuxian likes to poke people’s sides to watch them flinch (it usually doesn’t work with Lan Wangji), his favorite victim is Lan Sizhiu, the teen jumps like five feet in the air and flushes slightly and it always makes Wei Wuxian laugh
“S-Senior Wei, please don’t do tha- EEK!”
Poking Lan Jingyi will end into a poking fight between the two
Wei Wuxian tries to cover his hips, but Lan Jingyi usually don’t touch that spot because well it’s a bit too low, but he does sneaks a poke here and there when he notices that’s the spot
The ponking war can only be stopped by Lan Wangji, Lan Jingyi will not fight against Lan Wangji
He doesn’t mind being tickled, and he enjoys having tickle fights every now and then
Lan Wangji (Lan Zhan)
Knows what tickling is but has never been tickled before
Lan Wangji with his beautiful serious expression can’t be ticklish… right?
Wrong! He’s ticklish on his ribs, belly and hips, you can’t change my mind
He definitely finds out when Wei Wuxian is being too handsy like always and too bubbly about finding Lan Zhan’s tickle spot
Wei Wuxian just needs a soft squeeze to Lan Wangji’s ribs to have him jumping away from him, chocking into a giggle
Both of them are very surprised
Especially Wei Wuxian, Lan Wangji was not one to react this way at all
“Lan Zhan, Lan Zhan! Perhaps, you can’t ignore the feeling because you didn’t know how it feels?”
Wei Wuxian is satisfied only when he sees laughter induced tears in Lan Wangji’s eyes
Lan Wangji doesn’t have a loud laughter, it’s quite deep and juuust slightly high pitched, just a little, but over all, it is very soft, it’s truly a beautiful sound to hear and Wei Wuxian looooves it
Lan Wangji is all jumpy around Wei Wuxian after that attack, Wei Wuxian thinks it’s the cutest thing ever
“Wei Ying,” Lan Wangji would warn
“I will not do it again, Lan Zhan! You had enough for today! Tell me, tell me, did you like it?”
Lan Zhan is not too fond of the feeling just yet, but he can’t help but feel happy when Wei Wuxian tickles him, so he thinks it’s okay
He’s a clumsy ler, not knowing what to do or how to do it, he’s just adorable
Tries to stay away when Wei Wuxian is on his playful mood, he’d rather not die laughing
Lan Wangji gets tickled a lot when he’s drunk, it’s probably the only reason why Wei Wuxian makes him drink
“I’m missing your laugh, Lan Zhan!”
Poor Lan Wangji
Jiang Cheng
Will murder you if you tickle him
He’s ticklish under his arms and thighs
He’s only left his sister and Wei Wuxian tickle him before
Doesn’t like to get involved in tickle fights, but if he is, he’s gonna go hard on his victims
It really depends on his mood and the people around him if he joins the fun of a tickle fight
Wei Wuxian was the only one able to make him cry with laughter, he still feels humiliated about it
He’s a ruthless ler like Wei Wuxian
Not scared of revenge, he knows he’d win- unless it is Wei Wuxian, then he’d go carefully
His laughter is loud, he’s the most ticklish out of the three, so his laughter tends to be loud and squeaky, still pretty cute
“Stopstopstop! I’m gonna fuhuhuhuhucking kill you!”
Can’t stop swearing while being tickled, and can’t hold his laughter at all, he’s really cute
He once managed to tickle Wei Wuxian to tears, but revenge was hard on him
You know that egg yolk thing on the knee? He dies, like d i e s
