It's October which means a Halloween themed crossover, and people voted on Hocus Pocus!

Uh oh, Suzie didn't realize lighting that candle would summon 3 evil witches from the dead! Nor did she realize the candle needed a virgin to light it.

Hocus Pocus is one of those 'must see' Halloween movies. While it's a family movie it does have some dark and mature themes, and it has some great humor. The story is about a couple of kids who bring back a trio of witches who want to steal children's youthful souls. There's an original song in the movie I'm obsessed with called 'Come Little Children' which is haunting and beautiful. I don't want to say too much about the movie for anyone who hasn't seen it yet and might want to check it out.

September's crossover art features Megamind! Is he in his villain phase or his hero phase by getting rid of that pesky homework? Hard to say, but Suzie certainly thinks it's fiendish!

Megamind is a fun subversion of expectations where the villain is the protagonist who just defeated his hero nemesis and the main themes of the movie is the decision to choose who you want to be. It's funny and iconic, and definitely one of the greats out there that is absolutely worth watching if you haven't.

My favorites include Coach's Fruity Mint Zing and Pandora's Box, mint and fruit are a lovely combo and the chili peppers in Pandora's Box make the tea a unique mouth experience mixed with a lot of other flavors that are chaotic but pleasant. And if you're looking for an autumn flavor, The Reaper's Cabin is a nice spiced tea that makes you think of the holidays in a cozy cabin.

August's crossover art features Puss in Boots: The Last Wish!

Puss in Boots the Last Wish was a pleasant surprise, an unexpected gem that no one was really expecting to be great. But with beautiful animation, incredible characters, multiple entertaining villains, great humor, a clever story, and good emotional moments, this movie is easily something I'd call a masterpiece.

It doesn't need Shrek at all to stand on its own as a great film. It's hard to say much else about it other than how amazing it is because I just want people to watch it without spoiling anything. It even has neat little secrets in it when you pause some frames! Please watch it if you haven't!

For the month of July people voted on Hazbin Hotel for the crossover art, so here are two depressed absentee fathers with very important status who actually deeply care about their children.

Hazbin Hotel is certainly a phenomena, an independent animation making it to an actual studio and being on a platform is an impressive feat. Hazbin Hotel is what I can best describe as an experience. It's not exactly top notch in terms of writing, character writing and design, and its status as a musical, but it's fun to watch as it's quite a unique adult series. The world of Hell is interesting and there are a lot of opportunities for making your own OC designs for the series as it is pretty open ended how Sinners can look. If you don't like a lot of swearing and lewdness though, this isn't the show for you.
