“Picture my day” is a self-experimental blog. The task is to take pictures throughout the day and upload them immediately to the blog. Starting and ending each day with a picture of the time the participants wake up and go to bed. The idea behind is to experience what it feels like to expose your private life to practically everyone and to get an idea of how it feels for people who do this voluntarily on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and co everyday. How do you like to be watched with every step you take? Framework conditions: Duration of experiment: 9 days. Alarmclock after wakeup & before sleeping. Start with 5 pictures a day. Increase everyday post with one pic. Ending by 12. Starting with hashtags at day 3. Increasing the hashtags during the experiment. Last two days: free choice of posts. Experience!
